“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “tranquil luxury with a view that lasts forever” my wife and I wanted to stay in the Amapas, Conchas Chinas area to compare staying in the romantic zone yet we wanted to stay within a 15 min walking distance to the romantic zone..... We booked a week at casa de la hoja at a peak time of the season dec. 15-21 and just loved it !!!!....it is a villa with a home environment, everything is amazing: the living room with a picture view of the bay, the deck with the view that lasts forever, two master bedrooms suites so comfortable and both with views of Banderas bay that greet you each morning. The kitchen was equipped with everything for dining at home...so we cooked for several nights and most breakfasts all with amazing views! ....we shopped at Mikey's and the local fish market and made the best meals in PV...this was very special for us! each day we also spent time at the private pool....I think you get the picture.... the walk to town and the beach(romantic zone is about 15 min) so wear good shoes and enjoy the walk. We loved the healthy element of our walks. we took quick inexpensive cab rides back at night and/or with groceries.... Norma and Memo are on premise to take care of anything you need. “very private pool home” from the first day communication was there with norma and memo and owners lionel and Darwin-thank you. very private- great view of the bay-close to everything-very prompt on any questions but you never see them unless you wanted to. perfect for just wife and I but large enough for two couples. lots of room for a two bedroom home. very clean and lots of both pool and bath towels. we have stayed in homes in pv for the past several years and this is first review we have written- very impressed!

“Outstanding” This was my second visit to Casa Las Brisas and it was even better than my first. I could keep coming back year after year. The food, magnificent views, spectacular sunsets, and luxurious accommodations all make for a superb vacation! The staff is outstanding. Although we like to golf (El Tamarindo and Isla Navidad) are great courses, it is also nice to just lay back and enjoy the wonderful weather and pools. My husband and I travel a great deal, but we love to come back to Casa Las Brisas!

“Magical!” This place is really like paradise. I have never stayed anywhere that made me feel like I must be dreaming. The weather is always pleasant in Sayulita - not too hot, not humid, not wet, not buggy - so to stay at El Templito where the entire living, dining, lounge area, and kitchen are outdoors but private was magical. It is also only down a short staircase to the beach. The bedrooms each have their own bathrooms and plenty of storage space for long stays. The rooms are airy and makes you feel like you are enjoying the outdoors while being inside your room. The entire house is well-thought out and clean.

“Great family vacation home!” My wife and I were looking for a place which would put us close to the many activities we had planned in Sayulita... To satisfy our needs it was important to be roomy enough to include our 2 married sons, their wives and our 2 year old granddaughter. At the same time, we all have hectic schedules so we needed a place to relax and something to do while our granddaughter could get a nap. We did some research and discovered what i would call"A Cut above" in terms of luxury homes for rent... No place is perfect. But, Casa Roca Sayulita was just what we were looking for. It was close to the surf breaks, restaurants, grocery stores and other area attractions. The kitchen was a perfect place to cut expenses by dining in and allowed us enjoy ourselves without extra expenses. It was roomy, decorated very nicely, and had everything we needed. Our entire family was shocked at how nice it was for rental property. Further, it was cheaper than hotel rooms or 2 condos. It was really nice that the top floor had a table ideal for playing games after our granddaughter went to bed. We were able to enjoy ourselves without disturbing her but close enough to be aware if she needed us. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing 2 dolphins playing with big fish. We spent about 20 minutes just watching them chase fish in the bay... Once they caught the fish they played with them by throwing them in the air before eating them.
