“Never been more pleased” First I must say I am a travel agent and I have been to some places where the house looks nothing like the photos, but I must say this house was immaculate. Everything was so neat and clean and just beautiful. The decor was absolutely awesome. There was a private backyard and deck which was very peaceful. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will visit again. The owner was very pleasant and worked with us, we needed to add another night last minute and he accommodated us with no issue. I will definitely recommend this house to my travel agent partners and anyone I know who is visiting my home town, the city of New Orleans.

“Best View Ever” This was a very nice condo at the beach! Most condos only offer a view facing the beach but this unit has a clear long distance view all the way to Ft Morgan from inside the unit, the beach view and the Lagoon in the back. Windows surrounded the living room and kitchen while there were two sliding doors that opened to balconies on both sides. The condo was very nicely furnished including flat screen televisions, the property had a number of pools onsite and it was close to nice places to eat.

“Paradise by the beach!” 1203 is a beautiful unit with awesome views, access to two pools & hot tubs, and easy access to the Beach via a covered walkway. Very clean and well maintained and the owners were great to work with. Lots of good restaurants and shopping opportunities close by. Loved it, and hope to be able to make it my home away from home again soon!

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Amazing! Didn't want to leave!” This cabin is everything we wanted and more! Great location (just a few minute drive to snowboarding/dining) and none of that cheesy typical cabin feel with plaid and bears everywhere. It was decorated nicely and felt very homey. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a jack-and-jill bathroom. There was a kitchen, living room and another full bath upstairs. The living room was a great place to relax after a long day of boarding and we enjoyed the convenience of the kitchen (stocked with plates, utensils, mugs, paper towels). I highly recommend! OH, also, the owner was great! I booked last minute (Friday night) and Jeff responded right away and I got it booked for that weekend. I really appreciate the responsiveness and would love to stay here again if I'm in the area.

“Perfect San Miguel Home” We had 8 in our group and were so comfortable in this lovely home. We wanted to be close to town to walk to restaurants and shopping and Casa Carole is in a great location for this. The decor is amazing with lovely art and furnishings. The staff is great and helpful in every way. I would stay here again anytime and the owners are wonderful and want you to have a great time with helpful tips and solicitous follow up. Loved it!!

“Quiet Bungalow in convenient neighborhood” I stayed at this home for 4 nights with my friend for an extended weekend holiday. The photos are pretty accurate of what you will be getting. It's a duplex with a master bedroom at the top floor. Please note that there is no door to this bedroom, it's basically in a converted attic space. There are 2 other beds on the ground floor next to the dining area. I love the cute IKEA furnishings and well stocked kitchen. My friend and I were so happy to have pots and cooking tools to make breakfast after stopping by the Saturday farmer's market and Antoinelle's cheese shop. There is a laundry room outside of the house that is located in a separate garage. Bring your own detergent and flashlight. Pete was super helpful throughout the booking process.

“Great Place” Great place to stay. Very clean, great location next to down town Austin. The only thing I would change is a TV in the bedroom.

“A great way to experience New Orleans!” The Love Shack lives up to its name as I fell in love with the property, the hospitality, and New Orleans. I've never rented a property online but the owner put me at ease by taking the time to talk to me over the phone. I had never been to NOLA and it was my birthday. The owner made my stay very special having birthday decorations up when I arrived! The owner also made sure I knew where to go and what to do during my stay. The property was very clean with all the amenities you would expect... When I come back to New Orleans I definitely plan to stay at the love shack again.

“i am reborn” what an amazing experience this winter was,[dec 1-feb17] with these wonderful hosts. i admit reluctance describing how great it was because then there will never be a vacancy!! everything written in the previous reviews is true. i especially liked their friendliness and sociability while respecting my privacy and need for quiet time. ajijic was a wonderful choice for a first-time snowbird and this location was perfect for me. several local acquaintances expressed their approval with very 'green' eyes.

“Wonderful ajijic” We just got back from 6 amazing weeks and absolutely loved it. Bob and Sharon are excellent hosts, very welcoming and always ready with advice on local attractions and pointing out all the lovely little nearby markets etc. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and you could not beat the location. One block to the lake front and malecon and a couple of blocks to the plaza. There are an abundance of great, reasonably price restaurants, all within walking distance. This was our first trip inland Mexico and we look forward to our next stay in 2014. I should also mention that the weather was great !

“Home away from home” The appartment was very clean upon arrival and everything was exactly as presented on this website. The rooms were very spacious, the kitchen fully equipped and the walk-in closit was huge. We felt right at home in no time. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Austin and surroundings. There is a bus stop right around the corner, which will get you to the university and downtown Austin in only 15 minutes. A supermarket, bakery with delicious cookies and several restaurants are within a short walk.

“Great house!” Three large beds, lots of clean towels and all necessary stuff in the kitchen. We stayed here for a week during SXSW and enjoyed very much our stay here.

“Location, ammenities, comfort!” Laura's helpful, friendly manner made us feel welcome even before we arrive. Her beautiful home is centrally located with tons of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were very comfortable, so we all got a good night's sleep which is a must for me with my bad back. The living room is spacious and open with a two story ceiling and lots of comfortable seating. I particularly enjoyed the clean, well equipped kitchen. With a small grocery just a convenient walk away, we were able to easily relax and "eat in" for a few meals and the back patio was perfect for conversation and drinks after dinner. We also enjoyed a long walk though the trees in Pease Park which is just a couple of blocks away. More ambitious souls jogged or biked but it was so pretty and peaceful we just took our time. An austin treasure tucked away on a quiet street just minutes from downtown and the UT campus, this is definitely a 5 star rental. We plan to rebook this gem next time we come to town for UT football games!

“Paradise found at The Cozy Cottage on Lake Travis!!!” Speaking for our entire family, I want to thank you for an amazing four day vacation/experience. Upon arriving at Living Waters, we were immediately drawn into the peaceful, inspirational environment that encompasses the "compound". "The Cottage" was perfect for the seven of us. After we arrived, we sat out on the back porch to admire our surroundings. Bethany arrived to give us some wonderful advice as to what to see and do in and around Spicewood. Her charm and enthusiasm immediately got us all excited about our next few days of activities. Our next activities were from Bethany and Travis's recommendations: visits to the Stone House and Spicewood Wineries and swimming at Krause Springs. I saved the best recommendation for last: The Friday night Tomato Happy Hour with Kathleen. We met so many wonderful "regulars" as well as the other two couples who were staying at Living Waters. It was a memorable experience. Kathleen is an amazing person. After I read her little book that was upstairs in the cottage, I couldn't wait to talk with her. She bonded instantly with our family and the children were taken in by her warmth and friendliness. Little Haynie hadn't come home by the time we left so Kathleen invited us to come back the next morning, bright and early, so that we could meet him. We set our alarms for 6:30 am and we were not disappointed. My grandson Evan (age 10) said that petting a deer was one of the most wonderful experiences he's ever had. We all decided that we wanted to have a pet deer of our own!!! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience life in that little corner of heaven called Living Waters. “Great home to stay at while in Texas hillcountry!” My wife and I stayed at this home for a few days in September. The property was very nice, and quiet. The house was completely clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the deer that came to visit. We would definitely stay here again!
