“Awesome” Very nice condo 8/10, just like the pics, really comfortable beds (pillowtop), a few things micheal should fix, the kitchen needs some basic things, wine glasses for 6, coffee cups at least 10 (just 3) some basics , salt & pepper, spices, new pots & pans, & a cooler for your drinks. Other than these minor compliants this is a wonderful condo and the staff at tiara sands were really nice. All the restaurants were excellent, we stayed 28 days and did not have one bad meal, it was wonderful . Todd & Nancy Vancouver BC January 2012.

“Lovely!” My husband and I spent two and a half months (January 1 to March 14, 2013) in this lovely condo. We could hardly believe our eyes when we stepped into it. It is decorated beautifully, and we found it extremely well equipped and supplied with soaps, detergents, etc. The view is lovely as well. And the grounds are beautifully kept. We found the staff to be very friendly and pleasant. Mike and Kim, the rental agents were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We were impressed with the security in place, and love the location. It is a nice quiet area and the beach is wonderful. If we were to have any complaints, they would be as follows: 1. The oven doesn't work properly. (We did not report it, as we didn't want to complain.) 2. It seems this was a "cold" winter, and this being a North facing condo, it was cold much of the time we were there. So cold, in fact, that after dealing with it for about three weeks, we went out and bought a space heater to make it bearable. Others in North facing condos were having the same problem, but since their stays were shorter than ours, I guess they just dealt with it and went home. We really feel the owners of those condos should spend about $70.00 and equip their units with space heaters.

“A little piece of heaven” My family and I have stayed in this condo many times, and it has been wonderful each and every time. The resort is beautiful, with a swimming pool and tennis courts. It is a beachside unit with private steps leading to the beach, which is perfect for the kids!! The home is filled with traditional Mexican art and decor is very beautifully done. I can't say that there is anything I don't like about this condo...except that we can't go more often!! :)

“By far,"The best place to stay in Mazatlan"!” The Casa Bonita offers everything a person could want to have an awesome time in Mazatlan. You can enjoy Old Mazatlan while experiencing all the amenities of a modern hotel. The location is close to everything. Walking distance to many great restaurants, Plaza, the market, stores, & the awesome beach which is only a block away. No vendors there hounding you to buy things from them as it is in the Gold Zone Resort area. The property is extremely well maintained & has everything you need. All the rooms were perfect. The kitchen Had everything you need, the décor had many historical pictures & the furnishings had old world charm. After a day of exploring, you can come back to an awesome private pool & take a dip while staring up at palm tree's & a great garden-like setting which is all open air to the entire living area. The wife & I took a drive up to the resort area of Mazatlan to check out the beaches & big resorts. It was chaotic at best. It was noisy, crowded, & we were hounded by vendors every ten steps that we took! We took the fastest cab back to Casa Bonita & Old Town & enjoyed the rest of our stay! We just returned home & are already talking about returning as soon as we can. We have to truly thank the owner Chris for making us feel at home while we were there & for showing all the great places to eat & visit. Thanks again for a truly great experience! Bill & Heidi

“Blissful Peace & Quiet” Estrella Del Mar is a beautiful and serene place. Gorgeous beach, beautiful pool, immaculate grounds - it is simply stunning. This condo is even better than it does in the photos - it is just lovely. It has everything you need to enjoy a luxurious holiday. Location is remote - but if you are looking to relax, stroll on the beach, swim in the pool and just hang out - there is no better place! Craig was a pleasure to deal with and made sure we felt welcome. We will definitely be back!
