“An outstanding villa with fantastic service !” Wow ! Wow ! Wow ! An amazing villa that truly accommodated to the needs of the 12 of us ! The bedrooms are independent villas ( similar to the ones in Datai in Langkawi ) our children stayed in the orange room which had 3 bunk beds & 2 single beds and and when we walked in, you can hear the exclamations of excitement and screams from the children. With the adjoined red room , you get a huge king size bed which my daughter had her blissful nights of sleep. Whilst you rent the accommodation similar to most independent ones, with arsana Estate , you get the option to have their staffs provide meals for you on a daily basis like a full fledged hotel. The meals which were prepared nightly ( we did not even bother to venture out to the restaurants ) to both the children and adults were sooo delicious ( we had Indonesian food most of the times ) you must order the grilled ribs which were to die for, suckling pig was such a treat and the beef rending , gado gado and pomelo salad were favorites of my family. They have a great snooker room, a very impressive TV room, where we had numerous nights watching movies and having pop corns. During the day, other than spending a few hours out in Seminyak shopping or gallery viewing in Ubud ( both about 30-40 mins drive away and the villa can organize a driver who can drive y around should you wish to venture out ) you will find that you would rather return to the calm serenity which arsana offers and just relax , watch the sun set in the elevated pavilion, served by their wonderful staffs , a platter of snacks and champagne . What more can you ask for ... This was a perfect getaway holiday!

“First Rate...Excellent Staff, We'll be Back...Highyly Recomnended” We stayed at Villa Kaira Estate for a week in late May. Stunning large beachfront location and the photos on the website don't do it justice to be honest. Wayan the chef was sensational and was sensitive to a couple of guests who were fussy eaters, all his food was delicious. Definitely do the seafood bbq. Rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful and special mention to the driver Ketut who drove us everywhere and was very knowledgeable. He booked various restaurants and activities for our group too so it was all made super easy. We made use of the Canggu Club membership with the excellent water park and bounce trampoline park, our kids of various ages loved it! The booking process was efficient and easy, Craig was very helpful in installing some extra beds for the younger kids who all wanted to be in the same bedroom. All in all, a fantastic stay and we plan to return same time next year, we all can't wait. Thank you!

“Most amazing villa I've stayed in” This villa is deceivingly huge. The photos don't do it justice whatsoever. We had a quiet stay in probably the best part of seminyak, just walk to the shops and all the restaurants. We loved being able to walk to potatoe head and the beach. The rooms are massive and it's so comfortable, can fit so many people comfortable and the rooftop is such a bonus. I'd recommend this villa to everyone, I'II surely be back. “Excelent villa” Me, my wife, my senior lecturer and his family from Brunei / Sri Lanka stayed 6 days at Omahqu. It was amazing and wonderful experience to live there. There are complete facilities: big parking lot, swimming poll, billiard, kitchen, cable tv, and warm water in the shower. The owner of the house is polite and warm welcome (Mr.Arnov and Mrs.Ratna). Then the house keeper also very diligent, because he cleaned the house every day, give extra towel, threw the garbage. There is small shop that sell vegetable and fish, so we can just buy the ingredient to the shop and cook in the kitchen. My wife is very excited to see the ceramics, interiors and the antiques in the villa. Thank you so much for giving us good facilities and services.

“We loved it!” Thank you for presenting such a nice home! We loved the upstairs balcony with the fantastic view. We travelled with 2 children (8 & 10yo) who enjoyed surfing on the beach nearly in front of the house. The surf was giant for the first 2 days and then perfect for beginners for the rest of the other 4 days we were there. The staff were fantastic, we went out to a few restaurants but preferred the food cooked at the villa, it was healthy and fresh. I can recommend this house to anyone looking for a quality accommodation in a quiet and private setting. We felt safe at all times and sad to leave...We will be back!

“Lovely Location” Our group of friends stayed here in September and the villa is lovely, right next door to all the shops and restaurants. (only 30 seconds walk to The Deck where we took breakfast every morning and playing pool in the evening). The villa staff were helpful and the housekeeper was more than happy to run out and pick up anything we wanted. The value was fantastic for such a large villa in Seminyak and taxis are always outside for day trips. Thanks to everyone for a lovely stay.

“Great Location, with all the facilities.” Awesome place to stay. The apartment has plenty of space with all the facilities. Loved the huge pool, kids club, gym and beach club facilities are great. Service within the resort is great, with ample food options that is reasonably priced. As frequent travellers to Bali, we rate the Nusa Dua Penthouse up there with the best.
