“Close to Old Town Scottsdale” Candice was very accomodating wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo is decorated very stylish. Comfortable beds with plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. Nice linens. All standard applicances in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Having a single car garage at ground level was also very nice. The local trolly also stops in front of the condo complex. Grocery, post office, and drug stores within walking distance. This condo is close to Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Stadium with quick access to the freeway. We liked being minutes away from many attractions including restaurants, museums, parks and shopping.

“Absolutely perfect” This was a family trip including myself, two grandchildren, daughter & son-in-law for the primary purpose of scattering my husbands ashes. I could not have picked a better place to stay. It is just beautiful with the feel of home away from home. Every amenity you could ask for, spacious, private (even the pool), with special touches that make this a special place. The owners, Paul and Rosemary are two of the nicest people I've met in a long time making sure that you have everything needed but not intrusive. The proximity to Old Town, the mall, and just about anywhere you would like to go is great. I wish I could have stayed forever. Thank you Rosemary and Paul for helping to make this trip a celebration of life.

“Hidden Gem” We enjoyed our stay in this hidden gem in the heart of Scottsdale. This private home is in a quiet neighborhood yet it's close to everywhere you want to go. The layout of the home works well for couples or a small family. The backyard is very private with a lovely lawn,beautiful citrus trees and flowering plants. The owner was terrific during our stay. Give it a try I promise you won't be disappointed!

“Great place to stay” The unit is comfortable and well appointed. The pool and hot tub is convenient to the unit. It has all the comforts of home. It is centrally located and has great restaurants nearby.

“Absolutley Wonderful!!” The photos we saw don't do the place justice. It was just beautifully appointed, situated in a maginficient location, just perfect for our family. All the amenities are at your fingertips, both inside and outside. Cari-Lee thought of everything we could possibly have wanted or needed, and she was always there when we needed to ask about anything. We had a lot of fun playing golf and tennis, and the kids loved the pools and hot tubs. Ps: There is no Check-in and Service per say so i gave it five stars anyway other wise wonderful.

“Great condo for family!” Very bright and clean, lots of thoughtful amenities in the home. Easy to find and get in and out of the complex. Close groceries and restaurants. Everything we needed for the week.

“This is a totally awesome house with awesome owners” This house is awesome! Well taken care of, very clean. The property is very close to downtown, restaurants, airport etc.

“Very quiet and beautiful mountain views” My husband and I stayed here in January of 2014 and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The first thing we noticed when we came were the beautiful mountain views. Just gorgeous. We had friends over a couple of times and the place was very comfortable and felt like home. This was our first time to Phoenix and we were very happy with our choice. The owner was pleasant and hospitable. We used the gym once and it had great equipment. The pool area also had nice mountain views and we loved the jacuzzi! Especially in the evening. It was a nice escape and hope to come back in the future.

“Great place to stay for an early spring break” Pete - thanks for being such a great host. The place was situated right near everything we wanted to do - dinner and drinks in old town Scottsdale, spring training games, you name it. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming down again some time soon!

“Clean, comfortable, attractive condo” We spent a week at this condo in Scottsdale. Candice, the owner, was always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. Two books were available to explain how things worked and to give information about dining, sights to see and how to get around. The condo was beautifully furnished and had all the appliances that one would need. The unit was quiet and we felt safe and at home. However, if you want to be able to walk to shopping and sights, this is not the place for you. We had a car and were quite able to pick up groceries and go where we wanted to go.

“A Little Bit of Heaven” The service received from Tina and John was second to none. The booking was easy and the house was immaculate. Every part of the vacation - from the cleanliness of the house, the pool, the area, even the weather - was either as expected or surpassed expectations. It's no wonder therefore that we've rented this particular house for just under a month, every year since 2001! The house is in a great position, close to local shops including a supermarket, lots of restaurants, a bank, opticians, etc. It's only a 7 minute drive to Scottsdale Road, the arterial north/south road that runs through the middle of Scottsdale. Even closer is the 101 Loop, the orbital freeway that encircles most of Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale and all points between. It connects to other major roads, eg the I 10, the interstate freeway that takes you to Los angeles, via Palm Springs, and the 60 and the 93, leading to Las Vegas. Scottsdale itself is clean and tidy and apart from being a haven for golfers, is also great for shopping, with several malls a short drive from the house. The eclectic choice of restaurants is also a big attraction!

“Fanastic” Location of condo in North Scottsdale in a gated community terrific. Easy access to pool and club house. Quiet. Close to all amenties. Weather great during our stay. Will most likely return.

“Comfortable Condo” My husband and I stayed here with our dog for 2 months, February and March, 2015. This unit is very comfortable, supplied with everything you might possibly need during your stay. The premises are spotlessly clean. The owner was always available and did everything she could to ensure we were satisfied. I cannot imagine a more friendly, organized or efficient manager than Candace. She left printed instructions to most answer most questions a tenant might have about the condominium and the area, but responded quickly when we had any request. The unit is on the ground floor, located just across the street from the pool area. The designated parking spot is conveniently located a few steps away from the front door. Although the pool isn't heated, there is a nice hot tub/Jacuzzi in the pool area, as well as lots of lounge chairs and patio tables. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and visiting with other residents in the sunshine. Everyone we met here was very welcoming, and many other tenants had pet dogs or cats. When relatives came to stay with us for a few days, they told us that the fold out sofa, with the addition of the mattress topper provided, was quite comfy!

“Loved it there!” We were hoping that the place lived up to our hopes as we had really no idea about how we would like North Phoenix. We chose it because it seemed centrally located for our explorations of various areas to possibly purchase a home. The biggest plus was the promise of wonderful walking trails very near by. The trails were all we could have asked for, the neighborhood is very lovely & private. No big city feel in the least! Our hosts, Nancy & Bill made us feel truly at home from the moment we walked in. In a nutshell.. We have plans to return two more times!
