“Great Location” We very much enjoyed our 6 nights in this condo, from morning breakfast on the balcony to watching the sunset. Location is superb - there are 2 beaches within walking distance and you can walk up a short hill to a great espresso and creperie shop. We will stay here again.

“Kona townhouse” Great location...just need a little more of supply esp dish soap...otherwise the place is great...well supplied...Enjoyed the visit and the stay. It needs to have a big recycle bin next the trash bin...the only recycle bin we found is next to the pool/office. Also the property needs some upgrade...the window blinds at the other room is broken... bathtub upstairs needs more cleaning...sort of dirty... but downstairs shower is accessible and clean.

“#317 needs help” Over all thhe place was clean. But the tile floors need to be steam cleaned they are very DIRTY my feet on the bottom looked like I had been walking in mud from the first day on.

“sitting on the huge lanai on the ocean listening to the waves crash was wonderful” Kim of Keauhou Property Management impressed me the most. He answered my calls and questions promptly. When we left as did not need 2 bedroom and moved to another rental it was awful, Called Kim and he managed to find me a couple of rentals that covered our stay. He is my hero and highly recommend him and his company for their GREAT customer service. The property was great too, nice amenities and prefer this area now verses up the road closer to the hustle bustle but close enough to go.

“Mauna Lani perfection!” We've stayed in a number of units at the Golf Villas and G2 is now our absolute favorite. There are so many great extras for a family with children (paddle boards, bikes, beach toys, pack 'n' play, high chair, etc ...), plus a spectacular sunset view. We will be back!

“Kona Makai” Unit was acceptable, very nice location. Condos were very quiet and all non-smoking; a bonus. Interior is fairly basic, a bit dated. There are no special amenities; you have to buy everything you need. For example, there was a washer and dryer but no laundry detergent or dryer sheets, so I had to buy boxes of each to use these once. Other units in Kona have more complete supplies, snorkels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Overall is was OK, but not great.

“Beautiful Ocean Front Townhouse” My family and I enjoyed staying at Keauhou Kona #5 Townhouse. The Townhome was very well maintained. The two-story unit was very stylish with new granite countertops. We very much enjoyed the lanai and being so close to the ocean. The beach was not crowded and we saw turtles everyday. What I liked best about the location was that we felt isolated from all the traffic, yet there many nice restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls close to the townhouse. “Location of rental helped make Ironman World Championship's grea” Our rental experience could not have been better. My daughter competed in her first Ironman World Chanpionship in Kona and our rental played a big part in making this race fantastic. The rental was just far enough away from downtown Kona to be relazing and close enough to the highway to conveniently get to anywhere we wanted on the island. We are already making plans to return to Hawaii for the 2013 race and hope to rent through Kona Resort Rentals again. Thank you

“Amazing Beachfront Location! Can't be beat!” We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo in august-September. It was the perfect set-up for our family trip. Our four-year old twin daughters and our mothers joined us and we couldn't have asked for more. It was clean, with a well appointed kitchen, stocked with everything we could possibly ask for. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, the beds and bedding were cozy and clean. The best feature of this venue however is the waterfront lanai. We enjoyed sitting out dining al fresco, watching the ocean views and amazing sunsets over the ocean. The sandy beach below is literally fifty feet away and a perfect place for kids! Our girls absolutely loved the little beach and it was a daily favorite on our agenda. The grands could watch the girls having fun below, without ever leaving the house. We enjoyed grilling out several times on on the waterfront grassy BBQ area. The grills are spotless and maintained and cleaned daily. The grounds were safe and secure. The location is close to downtown Kona, shopping, restaurants and groceries in either direction, not to mention great pit stop for sight seeing locations and beaches. We had a couple of challenges arise during our 11day stay, but the owner took care of things for us and made sure things were made right. The only other concern we had was the humidity in late august, which was sometimes heavy, but with screens open and fans running it was manageable. Over all we loved our vacation and wouldn't change a thing. We'll now also be spoiled to oceanfront accommodations and the sound of the waves beneath our windows. We would recommend this rental, and would return again! Thanks Kathy & Bruce.
