“Awesome place, do not hesitate to take it!” We rented the appartment for 2 weeks and it was a real pleasure!! The people are helpful, polite and respectful. The appartment is awesome, well furnished and well situated. Also, it has a good price for the location. I would recommend it for everyone who needs an appartment it Miraflores. Thanks to the owner!

“very clean, reasonable, friendly, and cultural.” I'm from Texas and I stayed with my wife, and my kid in angelicas apt. for 2 weeks, it was one of the most interesting, and fun place to be. It was close to nearby store, restaurants, shopping mall, and cultural places in lima. The apartment is situated close to the most important place like the airpot, from there we went to cusco, trujillo,arequipa,and other areas in Peru. The apartment is close to one of the biggest mall in lima, movies, park, museums, etc., etc. The apartment is a bargain ! I feel like it was a give away, because other places for just a room charge 4 times as much, but her place is the whole apartment with great accomodations, you can cook, go the restaurant, and have appliances just like home. very, very clean...its a lot better than paying $200 just for a room in Miraflores. I didnt lose contact with my family or work because it has High speed internet,( she also provide a cell Phone for a very small fee, and security) and 100 plus cable stations. the people are friendly specially the owner, whose a lawyer by profession. Please try Peruvian cooking. its one of the best I had in my life, and I have been to 22 countries in 5 continents, also try Cuy, or the fruit Ganaderia...its wonderful. This Peruvian vacation is cheaper than a plane ticket 1 week to Cancun !!!

“A nice place, just off the ocean” We stayed here in October 2012 and it was a very smooth experience. The doorman was ready for us with keys when we arrived by taxi and we were set to go. A nice, 20 minute stroll to Parque Kennedy or a S/. 5 cab ride. The apartment was well furnished and as anticipated. Thank you Luis!

“Pleasent” Tha appartment is located in a good area, close to a mall, restaurants and easy to get public service. Carlos, the apartments manager and his wife were very helpful all the time of our stay. It was a nice experience to stay in the apartment.

“Lima accomodation. Enjoyable stay in San Borja.” This furnished apartment in the San Borja neighbourhood of Lima was just what we were looking for. It is in a quiet area , close to shopping centres & transportation. We spent 17 nights there & were well looked after & enjoyed the spacious accomodation provided at a very fair price. We will certainly return & will recommend this apartment to our friends.

“Greta location , great appartment, great expereance” We were in Lima in November. The service we got way more we paid. There is almost everything you need for the best vacation in your life, except there was no Russian cable TV for my mom :). The location is great everything is walking distance and I will come back next year (a few days are not enough to explore Lima) and will recommend to all my friends

“The views made me fall in love!” This was our first visit to Lima, and while many people thought 5 days would be too much, I could've stayed another month! Zonia was really easy to communicate with, and I was really comfortable making a reservation. Upon our 9 pm arrival with two small small children, we were met by her wonderful parents, who were gracious enough to take my husband to a neighborhood restaurant to pick up some food after a long trip. The condo is very nice, pretty new, with all the necessary amenities. While I did some light cooking, washer/dryer combo was the most welcomed thing, although I did have to go buy my own detergent. The place has it's own elevator, master bedroom has an unobstructed window with the ocean view, while the side balcony has some ocean view as well. There is a beautiful park right outside, and it's about a 20 min walk to Miraflores, historic Barranco, Museum of Modern art, a local supermarket and many restaurants in the area. We walked a lot, and enjoyed every minute of it, but for 10-12 Soles, you can get anywhere you need. It's a quaint and quiet area, and we'll be happy to stay there again.
