“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Brooks and shorey were so nice and made everything easy” We had a great time staying at Emerald Towers West. Everything we needed was there. Very clean and well stocked. I will be going through Brooks and Shorey again in the future. I've rented from individuals before and some have been very hateful to us in the past. This was a most pleasant experience. “beautiful beach/condo!” Everything was as pictured....beautiful! We enjoyed our stay; the unusual thing was that the smoke alarm woke us @2:15am. We found nothing wrong, apparently it was only our unit. Reported to the front desk the next day and was offered to have batteries changed. Please have checked to avoid additional issue.

“More than wonderful !” My eldest son recommended Perdido Sun. I was taking the boys to Perdido Cye since 1988. My last visit was prior to " Ivan". I was so impressed by the rebuiling. Your property was just what my son from Germany and I were looking for a short vacation. From the managment to the condo was " Great, friendly and helpful". Our visit was wonderful. “Wonderful location, wonderful condo” We (6 adults) spent Labor Day weekend on Okaloosa Island. After doing a lot of research online, I finally found this location. Condo 401 is great! Beautiful views, spacious, very comfortable and clean. Lots of extras! Everything we needed was there. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

“Great place to stay” We have stayed at Pelican Isle every year since it was built and love the location. It is out of the heavy traffic over in Destin but only about 8 minutes to Destin and all of the great places to eat like Harbor Docks. Will be back next year.

“Quiet” I came to clear my head, I wanted quiet and peaceful and that's just what I got. I was a little surprised at how quiet the town was but it was cool and off season. I was alone but felt very safe. The condo was comfortable and the view was awesome. The next time I return, I would hope to have a partner, it would be a lovely place for a couple to spend a week together.

“The week was a most awesome experience.” the weather could not have been any more georgous. this was our 1st time in 392, but everything was perfect. Perdido Resort was vey accomidating. J.D. was quite friendly and helpful. the only thing i would want to suggest about the condo would be they need to put some type drapes on the bedroom windows. I am a sun worshiper so the beach was the best I have experienced.

“Wonderful vacation” The location of this property is great. The view from the balcony is awesome. The beach service is great especially not having to set up a tent each day - love the umbrella and chair service. The condo was nice but the bedroom furniture could use a little updating-possibly some new mattresses. Overall, our vacation was wonderful and relaxing.

“It was okay” The people who stayed in the condo above us were super loud, even after we called management, they were just ridiculously loud. Didn't like that you have to drive down the street to rent the DVD's that are included with the stay, to offer free DVD rental would mean the DVD kiosk is in your Hotel. The room had barely enough plates and bowls for the amount of people allowed to stay in the room, not enough cups. You literally have to was dishes everyday.

“Beds” I was pleased with the room until we had to take the sheets of when leaving and a fresh blood spot on matress cover, that tells me it was not washed before my arrival, I am very picky where I sleep, who knows what blood I slept on or what diseases it could carry, to make it worse it was around the face area. Also it stated no pets allowed, however a gentleman had a dog coming from the 3rd floor and one of the workers past by him and didnt say a word. Other than that it was ok
