“A Little Piece of Paradise” Five friends enjoyed the idyllic surroundings of Gingerland Hill to celebrate a wedding. We could not have picked a better spot! The home is gorgeous - spacious, well appointed and comfortable. No worries here about picking a spot off the internet!! The owners were instantly responsive to our questions and came by daily to check the property and clean the pool. The location was beautiful - but you certainly need a car to get around and hit the beach. The only thing I didn't like was having to pack up and leave at the end of the week!

“Wonderful and Memorable Vacation” I had the fantastic experience of staying at Hummingbird Villa over a few days late Fall 2010. Mother Nature decided to fling some nasty weather during our stay but that did not dampen one of the most wonderful vacations ever. I was part a of group that stayed there and enjoyed delightful morning breakfasts on the main villa balcony, leisurely strolls into town during noon day, and evening activities that took advantage of a spacious and well maintained facility. The guest room was spotless, the landscape lush and well maintained, and my iPad worked with the wireless which was a really nice added benefit. The view is unbelievable - pictures do not do it justice at all. It's really nice to have both the peace and tranquility of Saba and the modern amenities of life right there when you need them. I would absolutely go back again - you can hang out as a group when you want and then go have some peace and quiet for yourself in one of the most gorgeous places I've ever stayed when you want too.

“A little piece of Paradise...” From the moment we contacted Billy with all our emails, he was nothing but helpful, courteous and pleasant! We spent 1 week at the house and were so happy we chose it! It's close to all the beaches, a gas station, Panaderias (Bakery), shops and grocery store. The pool is fantastic and the views are wonderful, day or night! During our stay, the days it would get very hot, AC would've been ideal, however, seeing the layout and design of the house- so open and airy, you would understand why there's no aC. We were welcomed by Evelyn, whom answered all our questions and made herself available if any issues (which we didn't have) the house was well equipped, full kitchen, spacious, clean and modernly decorated. I will definitely recommend Rincon Vista and plan to return for another stay!

“Wonderful” Chateau Margot was perfect for a family celebration and holiday. The three seperate buildings gave privacy and comfort for the three different families on this trip. The terrace was perfect to enjoy the spectacular views and get together for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. The house is very well appointed, tastefully furnished and very quiet.

“superb” lovely villa with stunning wrap-around veranda. beautiful master suite. good kitchen (we cooked dinner every night) . fantastic porch. peter, the owner, could not have been more helpful or pleasant to make arrangements with. and when one of our key-travelers was stranded in england due to the terrible snow, he suggested a very clever re-route (paris>st.maartens>nevis) that literally saved the family christmas. the villa is set in a large tended garden. lovely pool area. 7 minute enjoyable walk to oaulie beach - our favorite beach on the island (the fish tacos - incredible!). also near Gallipot restaurant - very good - and Ms June's that counts Oprah Winfrey among its former diners. monkey's visited the villa's grounds several times - to our great delight. we loved Golden Rock, the bar and south porch at Hermitage, the lobster salad at Montpelier... and Sweet Lips.

“Magical Vacation” Thank You Gail & Curlson for allowing us to rent from you. The instant we got to your place, we felt like we were "home". The location of your property is perfect, a short drive to Red Hook and close to some gorgeous beaches. The villa included many "little" amenities such as beach towels, paper goods, hairdryers, that really made my packing job much easier! The kids had the best time swimming in the pool & hot tub and ask daily when we can go back! I think even breakfast tasted better because we were able to eat it every morning on the patio overlooking St. John and Sapphire Beach. Whenever we had a concern or question, you were a quick phone call or email away. And the place looked exactly as it does in your pictures. This was one of the best vacations our family has ever taken. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - Take Care!

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!” I stayed 5 nights at this villa. It was absolutely amazing. We were a group of 5 girls. 2 slept in one room, 2 slept in the other and one on the pull-out sofa.The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were super helpful in assisting us with transportation and even providing us of a phone. The place was very spacious and clean. The backyard was phenomenal! The house overall had a home feeling to it. I will for sure stay here again when I return and have not stopped talking to others about it!

“Beyond Expectations” I would not stay anywhere else on the island. The house itself is in immaculate condition with huge sliding glass doors in every room allowing for amazing views of the Caribbean from every room. I loved waking up to the breathtaking sunrise every morning and the house's beautiful décor encourages complete relaxation. Whether watching TV, playing Xbox/Playstation or listening to music via the surround sound system, it felt like our every whim was met. The kitchen is stocked with gourmet appliances and cookware which made my ability to create fantastic meals for us easy and fun. When we tired of laying by the pool, the beach was less than a mile away and the Red Hook night life was right down the street. This villa is truly one of the premier locations on the island. I cannot wait for the next trip back

“Movie-Star Location” We have been renting villas in Nevis for several years and also stayed at many other Caribbean islands. Coccoloba is by far the best and most luxurious we have stayed in. This was our second stay there and we cannot wait to go back for out winter trip. This time we brought our friends Chuck and Sue. The villa is very spacious and both bedroom suites are beautifully furnished with large doors opening sraight onto the deck and pool. Peter and Louise (the owners) went beyond the call of duty organizing everything for us before our arrival, meeting us at the airport and thoughtfully leaving the fridge stocked with food and drinks. There was even a fresh loaf of bread waiting for us. The car rental didn't show up as planned on our arrival so Peter lent us his car for the first evening! The road up to the villa is quite rough in some places and we were pleased we had a jeep. However, once there, the views are just breathtaking. The villa is set in amongst trees and forest with no immediate neighbours so it really is very private. We did have unannounced visitors on two mornings when about 15 monkeys came down through the garden! Although the photos on the website are beautiful they don't do it justice. The pool has a real infinity edge, the water seems to just fall into the sea below. During our earlier visits to Nevis we used to have sunset drinks at Sunshines bar on the beach by Four Seasons. This time we always made sure we were back on our deck. Watching the sunset from there was just amazing. As I mentioned before we do villa rentals 3 or 4 times a year. Compared to the others we have rented this has to be both our favourite and the best value for money we have found. I would not hesitate recommending it to anyone.

“Best Place On Earth!!” Where do I begin... My husband and I were on our honeymoon. Dana and Jason were the best hosts-they gave you privacy, but if you need assistance they were always there to help. They made us feel at home in the HarmonySuite with happy smiles and open arms. We were given breakfast every morning-tastes of the Island foods- DELICIOUS ; ) It was amazing to see the iguanas that would come up to the deck to visit. The rooms were well-kept and well-stocked Dana and Jason have everything at your hands. The pictures don't lie the VIEWS were phenomenal-(I think I have a billion pictures of just the view) It was awesome to wake up and come home every day to the spectacular views. The pool/cabana and hot tub were extra touches to this fantastic getaway and are exclusively for your enjoyment . The people on the island are the best so sweet, helpful, and genuine-always great to be around, the beaches are jaw dropping we never wanted to get out- recommending COKI BEACH/ MAGENS BAY and night life was amazing recommending DUFFY'S LOVE SHACK/ SENOR FROGS (RED HOOK) all of this plus much more all located about 6-8 minutes away (car recommended). “Modern Oasis” This is a beautiful modern house with all of the amenities. The main 2-story living space has a glass wall that opens onto the outdoor terrace and yard. The infinity pool looks out over the ocean and lush green valley. We kept the doors open most of the time so that it really felt like the outdoor areas were part of the living room. The kitchen is well equipped and was perfect for the six of us staying in the house. We enjoyed it so much that we are going back this winter...
