“Ideal vacation home” Everything about the property was excellent. It was clean, well maintained, beautiful landscaping, and very well equiped. We met the owners and they were extremely nice and welcoming. We have already reserved 6 weeks for next year at the same time.

“Relaxation” We stayed at Casa Del Rio for 10 days and from the moment we got there we felt at home. The property manager meet with us and we very helpful and informative. The home has everything you need the pool area is large enough to host several people. However, nothing will ever top getting an opportunity to see dolphins swim right up to the dock. It was an awesome experience and we really enjoyed our stay!!

“Absolutely perfect!!” This house has everything you could ever need or want away from home. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 6 children (including 2 toddlers), this house was perfect. Everyone had space to sleep comfortably, and we all had enough space to enjoy our company without driving each other crazy lol The house is set up with everything you need, we were amazed to find toiletries in the bathrooms and the garage so well stocked up. First time we ever find this at a rental property. The kids loved the beach and pool toys. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect for our visits to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. We had enough beach towels for everyone too which is a big plus! The kitchen had everything we needed, even Dunkin Donuts coffee! We had a great time making easy meals to accommodate everyone's taste. The grill was perfect for making a great meal and enjoying it outside. If you need to take a break from the everyday hassle, you do not need to look any further! This house is perfect, has everything you need, in perfect condition, with a great surround system. We hope to visit again next year! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

“Great home in a great location” My wife, adult daughter and her 4 month old son vacationed at this rental in April 2015. Adella meant us when we arrived even though it was late at night. She gave us a terrific tour of the house and showed us how the pool and other amenities worked. She was a very gracious host and was very responsive during our entire stay. The home was very clean, spacious and in a wonderful area. We enjoyed all aspects of the home and our vacation. I would highly recomend this property.

“Great family fun!” Our extended family live far apart so we rented the house for a week to spend some time together. There were 13 of us staying in the house, 5 ages thirteen and under! We had a great time. The kids loved the pool and all the space in the house. There was enough room that we didn't feel like we were tripping all over one another and each had our own space. The walk to the beach is easy and short so frequent trips were made there. It is also only a little over a mile to the "Plaza" where there are lots of stores, restuarants, etc. The wagon was very helpful for the little ones when we made this trip. The owner is very easy to work with and the house is well stocked with towels, dishes, toilet paper, etc. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a vacation away from home. We loved it!!

“Amazing House” My family and I had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. The views were stunning! You and Janet have all the amenities and much more. The kids loved the large pool, as well as my husband and I. Fishing off of the dock was very enjoyable as we caught more and more fish. My husband and I have been coming down to Marco Island for over 20 years. Your house is by far the best house that we have stayed at. We are looking to return to your house as soon as possible!
