“Great cozy home away from home.” We stayed in the Orleans bungalo apartment on July 15-18. It felt like we were at home. The apartment had lots of character and charm. Loved sitting outside on the terrace watching the free entertainment across the street , was it called the ship wrecked bar? I especially loved beiing able to go to the back alley and washing clothes. (I hope it belonged to the cottages property, if not then oops!) We utilized the kitchen and the gas grill out back on the patio.Everything was great and this cottage had plenty of space for two families. We met my cousins from Texas in Flordia for a vaca. We drove from Oklahoma. The flat screens worked great. I have no complaints about this place. I just want to say to all you all snotty people leaving negative comments.... Quit complaining or find somewhere else to stay. What exactly do you think you are getting when you hear the word "cottages" it's not going to have a bell hop and a maid that cleans up your messes daily. Maybe some of you never lived in 100 year old homes and only used to a lavish lifestyle. Obviously you spent your time in doors. not us we were at the beach the majority of the day until almost 9pm every night. I enjoyed my stay there. It was a good 3 day stay for us despite the rainy weather. Yet we still had fun.

“Loved it” Quiet but close to what ever you want. The beach is just across the road, one restaurant within walking distance, the main road to mainland is 1.2 miles away, but everything you need is on Gulf Blvd. The house and yard were well maintained. Inside was excellent shape with open floor plan that gave a sense of a large space. The kitchen was open and had about everything you would need including basic supplies like coffee, sugar, some spices, etc. We had arrived 1/2 hr early and cleaning lady was there so we went across the bridge to Johns Pass about a 1/4 mi and had a drink and came back as she was leaving to get a new microwave as it had broken when she checked it. There is a large back yard and private sitting area. The hot tub is in backyard along with a grill. The bedrooms were large with plenty of closet space. The bath room was roomy with a " sunken tub" that consisted of one step down for a seat and another step to the bottom for about 6-8 inches of water. However the shower was more that adequate. A really nice, comfortable place to stay for a few days.

“Great pet friendly place!!” The place was awesome!! Very short walk to the beach and a very cozy place. We brought our two dogs with us and they loved the place. The location was great. There is a park close by where we could walk our dogs. We were also close enough to the center of the beach so that we could walk to the shops.

“a fine 2 weeks in Siesta” charming property, that was comfortable for four. The unit was very clean and fresh upon arrival. The neighbours were friendly and the overall property well kept. Siesta Key is a quiet community with usual shopping amenities over the causeway. This property was a brief 10 minute walk to the beach. Would we stay again, yes.

“Best weekend to the end of the summer” The hideawy cottage was perfect for what we needed peacefully, quite and dog friendly that what was the best part! The staff was great and professional and helpful. This was a perfect getaway for my birhtday celebration. I am turly coming back to take another mini vacation it was all the comfronts of home. I would like to thank the staff at Blue Wave Condo Suites for a wonderfully experience and this will be my new vacation spot when I travel back to Clearwater Beach.

“Time in Paradise” We recently had the luck to spend two months in paradise. This condo was comfortably appointed, well stock to meet all our needs, and most importantly in the perfect location. The beach was a short walk to the left and stores and restaurants were just a short walk to the right. “Your best choice for location!” We stayed for 10 lovely days in this home and I have to say It was an even better location than I expected. Everything you could want to do is in walking distance or you can walk to the village (maybe a 3 minute walk)and hop in a free taxi . The house is well appointed and beds are very comfortable. We traveled with a 10 yr.old, 11yr. old , and 15 yr. old my 15 yr. old niece slept in the trundle bed and commented on how comfortable the bed was. In the kitchen you will find a drawer full of menus for the many nearby restaurants and information for water activities. I highly recommend parasailing while your there ! Considering how close everything is the street is very quiet and the owners were great to deal with. Thanks Kathi and Grant!

“A perfect spot for us and for our golden retriever!” What a great place to enjoy the beauty of Treasure Island. The bungalow that we stayed in was wonderful...clean, a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, a great backyard. Susan, the owner, was also great to work with on every level. She was attentive, often checking in on us to make sure all was going great with our stay. She was also responsive to our rental needs and responded immediately if we had a question, etc.. She also embraced our golden retriever and he, too, immediately became fast friends with Susan. This bungalow is literally a block from the beach, a short walk over the bridge to John's Pass and close to grocery shopping, lots of great restaurants right on the beach, etc.. A great experience and we will definitely plan to stay at this bungalow again!

“What a great getaway location to relax and view the secluded private beach and gorgeous ocean view!!!” We stayed in the Lobster Shack which is a cozy clean bungalow which offered a salt water pool with an awesome view of the Gulf waters. Liz is great making sure our needs were met while addressing unexpected refrigerator problems. She is quick to reply contacting a repairman to resolve the issue. Canines are welcome. I miss the relaxation and calmness of the setting yet on Gulf Blvd there are activities to meet everyone's interests. Thank you Liz and love your puppies.❤

“A wonderful place to be!” Our rental was right on the pool/beach. It was perfect! Gorgeous pool and the beach - beautiful, private - everything you could want. The cottages were spacious, clean and kitschy. They had everything you needed. You could tell good people stayed there as everything was well kept and stocked. The owner, Liz, was lovely and even though we had no pets, every pup there was well behaved and everyone was respectful of the rules. The people staying at the other cottages were wonderful and had stayed there before. Obviously Liz knows what she’s doing . My parents also stayed with us and both of them loved the place. The beds were very comfortable which doesn’t always happen in rentals. Hoping to see you next year! Cheers!
