“Wonderful villa with a view” We have been coming to PV, Nuevo Vallarta, Villa Magna, for many years however this is our first time at this particular villa. We absolutely loved it. Great location, beautiful view, not too high up since I have always had a concern for the stairwells in the hallways, where children are of a concern. Villa was very clean with all necessary appliances and cleaning supplies if needed. Boggy boards and toys for children available, however villa could use a few "noodles" for exercise in the pools. Televisions available but only a few american channels, wish there were a few more available. I like the idea that if you want to buy into the "Dreams" all inclusive you could, however we like to use different restaurants both in Nuevo and in Puerto Vallarta. The check in with our rep. went smoothly and received our deposit check within 10 days. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your villa.

“Perfect for us” My wife and I needed a quiet week in a lovely place, this was it. The unit is very attractive, beautiful beach location, lovely pool,area, excellent well stocked kitchen, and owner Larry was helpful in every way. Area restaurants are at least as good as any we.'ve found elsewhere in MX, a side trip to Sayulita was fun, also made us happy we were staying in quiet Punta Mita. We hope to return soon.

“The Ocean Mountain View and amazing Sunsets each day were Heaven” First I have to say Ian the owner was so personable and available at the time of booking and that continued right through our stay. He wanted us to have an enjoyable experience and we certainly did. We arrived to Condo Cobalto late afternoon to see crashing waves framed by an exceptional sunset from the expansive balcony overlooking the ocean. After getting our breath, Alex property manager gave us a tour and all the information we needed. He was also available throughout our stay. The Condo was fabulous, modern well furnished, comfortable and very well presented. It was well equipped with lots of towels, bedding and kitchen appliances and tools for cooking. The beds were comfortable. Three world travelled women (exhausted) enjoyed setting on the balcony each morning having our coffee taking in the beauty of the ocean and mountain view, watching the activity on the beach, and boats coming and going from the harbour. We spent most of our two weeks enjoying the peace and serenity of our surroundings, a beautiful infinity pool, the warm ocean water, comfortable lounge chairs (that were never busy) having long morning walks on the beach or on the sidewalk towards Paradise Village which were exhilarating because of the flowers, birds, and quietness. Paradise Village was a nice little place to see shops, have breakfast, and convenience store. But there was Oxo and Eddie's for breakfast large and delicious portions near the Condo. The restaurants in the area all served excellent food and we tried a lot but we also would just enjoy being on the balcony having dinner and conversations. Ian your Condo was a beautiful haven of relaxation and rest for us, we had fun, and came away rejuvenated and looking forward to returning next year.

“Punta Mita Magic” We stayed here with another couple in celebration of our 45th anniversary. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and the views of Banderas Bay from the balcony and the pool were breathtaking. Location is perfect. Private and secluded beach and pool. Near the village. Easy to get around this enchanting enclave with the villa golf cart. Played golf twice. Went deep sea fishing. Had wonderful meals at Casa Teresa, Tuna Blanca, and Sufi. Visited the St. Regis and Four Seasons but liked our villa so much we spent most of our relaxing time at home. Rosina the conciege and Susana the housekeeper and cook, could not have been nicer or more helpful in giving us a special and relaxing vacation. Susana's mahi mahi dinner, breakfasts and her tacos for lunch were delicious. Chef Mario came in two nights to cook priviate dinners, and we wish we could have taken him home with us! If we were to do it again, we would have him come in almost every night! Rosina arranged our dinners, our activities, did our shopping, and answered our questions promptly. Peter Fuller, the wine distrbutor, was very accommodating and even made deliveries. And last but not least, Mike the manager, was terrific to work with in arranging our stay and in communicating on a timely and informative basis. Everyone was genuinely friendly and most gracious. If we have any suggestions, they are minor and would be only to advise that food and wine prices in the village seem high, so if guests wanted to save some money they could stop at Costco on the way to the villa to stock up, and then ask Rosina to help only with fill-in items. Of course, the tradeoff is convenience so it is a personal choice. And for technologically-challenged people, it would be easier on guests if the TV in the living room were simpler to work. That said, we loved our stay, and we highly recommend HDM 206 without reservation to anyone who wants to spend some good-for-your-soul time in a little piece of paradise.

“Great building, great location” I've stayed here three times over the past three years, and I'll definitely be back. The condo itself beautiful with high end finishes and a million dollar view. The building has a pool and hot tub, and its gate opens directly to the beach. I could never leave the condo and be content, but it's only a short walk from great restaurants and activities in Punta Mita. Punta Mita is a great little town that is nice, yet not overrun with tourists. Ask for Gerardo at the marina for a great fishing trip. The location is also convenient to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita if you're looking for a bigger town for a side trip. I'm already looking forward to my next trip.

“Great family vacation” We just got back from another great stay at Sayulita Suites! Our kids are 4 years older now (12 and 14) and we all stayed comfortably in the Tulip suite. We really enjoyed surfing on the boogie boards provided. We also hung out in the beautiful front courtyard in the shade, reading and sketching, and enjoyed drinks with Lyn on the rooftop patio with its splendid view. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed - right down the blender for pina coladas! We were able to take the 5 minute walk into town for dinner or cook at home using great local produce and delicious fresh fish. A most memorable stay that we look forward to repeating!

“Beautiful new renovations” We are in agreement with the review Elle wrote and wanted to add a little more. We rented another apartment in this same building (I think there are 3 total)which was also freshly renovated. It turned out to be perfect for us because the balcony for apt a was too dangerous for our 2 year old who wanted to explore everything. The back end had a wonderful little nook to eat outside in the fresh air where there were safer gates. We stayed at 3 places over 2 weeks and this one was the cleanest :) There seemed to be ants in even 'the best' condos in town (where our friends were staying) but not a single one to be found in ours. There are always lots of birds to wake you up in the mornings, no matter where you stay it seems, but our kids eyes lit up with excitement whenever we heard the rooster calls that came from within the neighborhood. We slept through the calls in the mornings, as long as we closed a few windows at night. The beach towels that were provided make packing and laundry days sooo much easier/lighter - so thanks for providing that and the tons of hanging space and drawers. There were two large fan with easily adjustable speeds and the lighting was adjustable as well. Beautiful and spacious - many thanks.

“We have stayed here 3 times and love it!” Beautifully decorated,sunny rooms.Kitchen is well equipped. Our favorite area is the front balcony,with its cool breezes,overlooking the pool. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes into the town, along the beach or on the roads. The town has good choices in restaurants and a French bakery, which we frequent every morning. A local man comes around to the balcony every morning selling muffins.

“Perfect Place for a Wonderful Family Retreat” The ten weeks spent in Punta Esmeralda Huanacaxtle 201 were a joy. The accommodation was excellent for our family and friends to visit and enjoy. Our Property manager attended to all our requests,although few, as the condo is well cared for by the owner and propery manager. We loved the location as we were between two towns of Bucerias and La Cruz that provide all the amenities one could ever need. We truly love Mexico and this provided us with everything one would need for a wonderful winter hiatus!

“This one has it all and is very well priced!” This second floor unit with a wonderful roof patio (complete with a huge palapa) was exactly what we were looking for: very comfortable accommodations for 3 couples, only two blocks from the beach and from the main street, quiet, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen and great service! When we arrived we asked for extra towels and a few other items which were quickly provided. We fixed most of our meals (at home) and enjoyed eating on the roof patio. It felt very private because we were surrounded by green space and other homes. My only complaint was getting prompt responses from my early email inquiries and confirmation of my payments but it all worked out just fine. I would highly recommend this location for budget minded travelers who seek comfort but not "bling!"
