“Relaxing stay in Sydney” The apartment was clean and well equipped with all kitchen utensils, bath towels, sheets etc. what I needed in every day life during my stay. There were some problems with cable tv, but it was fixed right after I mentioned it. Bathroom was a little bit old, but everything was working anyway. I really enjoyed the heated pool on the roof, it brought some luxus to my stay. The location was perfect (Manly beach and access to ferries to the city really near)and it was easy to use both buses and ferries. The owner gave good advices for sightseeing and there were many travel guides, ferry timetables etc. in the apartment. It was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and absolutely recommend the place!

Darling Harbour Getaway 2 Bedroom ,amazing views

Sydney apartment

“Awesome !!!” This has to be one of the best apartments in Sydney, The view is amazing, the location excellent, the premium quality of the apartment and little extras provided made our stay truly 5 star. The Sydney skyline views from the apartment are truly breathtaking, we also managed to watch the amazing fireworks from the balcony on the Saturday night. The location is central to everything. Darling harbour is a lovely place to hang out, explore, and has plenty to do, its within walking distance of the City Centre, Harbour Bridge & opera house, and with many lovely restaurants on the doorstep its the perfect place to stay. Would love to return if we get to visit Sydney again.

The Jacaranda Villa, Sleeps 14, Pool & Spa

Coffs Harbour villa

“We'll definitely be back Jacaranda Villa!” The Jacaranda Villa is really wonderful. We came here with with a big group of family and friends and it was just perfect for us. The main thing that attracted me to it as I trawled for hours over the internet for a suitable holiday house (groan) was the fresh clean and modern feel to the place, coupled with the different living spaces that could accommodate our various groups. The teenagers could hang out together, whilst the younger ones had their playspace elsewhere and, of course, the adults had space to relax and play too. The kitchen was great for our foodie group, and we could sit around and chat with that night's nominated cooks as they slaved for us! The lovely balcony looked out over the pool area and lush gardens. The pool, playground and games room kept the kids entertained. Oh and there was an absolutely beautiful wild lagoon, the kids loved exploring it on the canoes provided, actually I spent an afternoon on one while the kids were busy elsewhere, with my book, just drifting and reading, the tranquility of that was just what the doctor ordered! We walked down to the nearby beach most days to build sandcastles and splash around. It was lovely there, not too crowded like a lot of tourist spots. The villa is in a quiet location, it's huge and beautifully decorated. The photos don't even show all the rooms/areas in the villa. The owner was great (sorry his name has slipped my mind), he was really friendly and informative. We didn't have any problems but if we did then we wouldn't have had any hesitation in calling or emailing him. I would definitely recommend it, usually I've got something negative to say about a place but really I can't think of one. Well, that must say a lot. See you next year Jacaranda Villa! oh, and you've got to visit the daggy old Big Banana for a banana split and a play - yum! That brought back childhood memories, it's changed so much since I was a kid.

“Another wonderful stay” We so enjoyed our first stay in Jenny's lovely apartment that we returned for a second holiday. Once again, we had a fantastic mix of activity and relaxation. The apartment offers what has to be one of the world's best views yet it provides peaceful surroundings for a restful time. With the city only 9 minutes away by ferry, we were also able to enjoy the buzz and activity it has to offer. We will definitely be returning for a third time. Thank you Jenny.

About New South Wales

With perfectly preserved beaches, wonderful pockets of wilderness and spellbinding natural treasures, New South Wales is a vacation destination full of opportunities. It’s the most visited state in Australia and when you arrive, it won’t you take long to realize why.

Get right into the heart of the action by staying in one of FlipKey's popular New South Wales properties.

About New South Wales

New South Wales, often shortened to NSW, is the ultimate hub for culture vultures. Its vibrant capital city, Sydney, acts the perfect base to explore the state.

With Queensland to the north, Victoria to the south and South Australia to the west, you are surrounded by awe-inspiring landscapes…

The Tasman Sea lines the east coast and has been nicknamed 'The Ditch' by both Australians and New Zealanders. This is because it acts as a crossing zone between the two countries.

New South Wales is also home to Australia’s tallest mountain, Mount Kosciuszko, and offers every type of snow sport you could imagine. What will you try this trip?

There are five World Heritage sites to discover in New South Wales, and an abundance of leisurely activities to enjoy. Sydney, commonly referred to by locals as The Harbour City, is home to star attractions like the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and Bondi Beach.

What to do in New South Wales

As the country’s largest cosmopolitan city, it should come as no surprise that Sydney provides an array of dining, shopping and clubbing opportunities to suit all styles.

Potts Point and Surry Hills are two must-see hip inner city neighborhoods that guarantee a good time! Listen to live music, try a selection of street food or plot up with a beverage on a rooftop terrace.

There are long stretches of public beaches all along the east coast where everyone comes together to bask in the sun, so unless you’re a creature of habit there’s no reason not to set up in a different spot every day – hop around a little to make the most of your stay!

Check out the art culture in Chippendale, get your heart pumping with surfing and skydiving in Byron Bay or head to the Blue Mountains and walk to the foot of The Three Sisters.

Top New South Wales travel tips

Just three hours south of Sydney is Hyams Beach, where you’ll find the world’s whitest sand. The best way to travel to locations like this in and around Sydney is by renting a vehicle or taking a ferry.

Of course, easy passage through New South Wales is necessary for cross-continent transport, meaning that the entire area is well connected by rail and road.

Blinding beaches, warm welcomes, lush rainforests, seaside villages and hard-core hikes are just a few things you can look forward to when visiting New South Wales.

From individuals and couples to families and friends – there’s something for everyone. Why wait any longer to gift yourself the experience of a lifetime? Book your FlipKey property, today!

Direct Beachfront Ocean Vista Apartment at Coachhouse on the Beach
Great Oceanview Room

We had a wonderful two night stay in this open & bright penthouse apartment. The street view of the building is misleading, but the living space and surrounding back area is great! This property is right on the beach and great for morning or evening walks. You can hear the ocean from the bedrooms, no street traffic noise. The owner, Robert, was very helpful, nice, and told us the interesting history of the building. If you cannot navigate two flights of stairs, there are two apartments on the ground level. This was one of our favorite accommodation in Australia. Michelle & Jimsee more
ITALY - Living Surrounded by Comfort and Culture
Practically perfect in every way.

Exactly as the advert read.Any problems were sorted out immediately. Every kitchen utensil imaginable-I cook. Very comfortable bed. A real home from home. Amenities are incredibly diverse. You must visit the only wine bar Creek and Cellar where we celebrated our granddaughter's Christening ceremony in their beautiful function room. The Irish pub at the bottom of the road does excellent food. The hairdresser in Norton shopping centre is super. I could go on forever. So yes this was perfect for us and our daughter lives opposite. Thank you Josip and Greg.see more
BOND3 - Purpose Designed Contemporary Bondi Apartment
Lovely spacious apartment in a great location

This apartment is 5 minutes down a steep hill to the beach. It's quiet, has lots of storage space, a nice kitchen (but no spices left by prior renters, at least when I was there), seems kid-friendly. Many of Bondi's best restaurants are a block or two away. I'd happily stay here again. Two minor cautions: (1) it is almost impossible to put the key back in the lockbox (unless they've replaced it) & they don't have a spare if you leave yours in the apartment and (2) if you go out the front door at night, be sure the hall light is on so you don't fall off the oddly placed step.see more
