“Sandos Playacar is Amazing!” My family - me, my husband and two kids - just returned from an amazing week at the Sandos Playacar in Playa Del Carmen. We had such a fantastic time and LOVED Sandos. Everything was great - the food, the staff, the facilities, the entertainment and more! Sandos is a truly beautiful resort - the hacienda was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The food at the al a carte restaurants was especially good, although we enjoyed the buffet breakfasts very much. The staff bent over backwards to help us with everything. The beach section was beautiful with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, beds and hammocks to relax in. A short walk down the beach-2 minutes- brought us to a snorkeling area that was filled with tropical fish. The evening entertainment was top notch! All of our plans were booked through Georgette Flamm who provided detailed information and assistance every step of the way. She provided tons of info about the rooms and the resort, reserved transportation from the airport and gave us other valuable tips about our visit to Sandos. She responded to all of my questions immediately - I really was impressed how easy she made it! I would absolutely recommend Georgette Flamm and Sandos to anyone!!

“Great cozy home away from home.” We stayed in the Orleans bungalo apartment on July 15-18. It felt like we were at home. The apartment had lots of character and charm. Loved sitting outside on the terrace watching the free entertainment across the street , was it called the ship wrecked bar? I especially loved beiing able to go to the back alley and washing clothes. (I hope it belonged to the cottages property, if not then oops!) We utilized the kitchen and the gas grill out back on the patio.Everything was great and this cottage had plenty of space for two families. We met my cousins from Texas in Flordia for a vaca. We drove from Oklahoma. The flat screens worked great. I have no complaints about this place. I just want to say to all you all snotty people leaving negative comments.... Quit complaining or find somewhere else to stay. What exactly do you think you are getting when you hear the word "cottages" it's not going to have a bell hop and a maid that cleans up your messes daily. Maybe some of you never lived in 100 year old homes and only used to a lavish lifestyle. Obviously you spent your time in doors. not us we were at the beach the majority of the day until almost 9pm every night. I enjoyed my stay there. It was a good 3 day stay for us despite the rainy weather. Yet we still had fun.

“Perfection on Rum Point” This was our second trip to The Retreat. This time, we were without kids, so we only needed a one-bedroom and Rum & Kai is the perfect choice. The unit is very spacious, and immaculately clean. It's perfect for two or a small family. We had everything we needed and then some. We especially enjoyed the massive movie hard drive! The reservation process was seamless as was communication. The Retreat complex is the island's best kept secret--perfect location, great beach, quiet, wonderful snorkeling, great amenities--the list goes on and on. We will definitely return! Thank you for a great stay.

“Incredible view & fantastic staff” My family and I (7 adults & 1 child) just returned from Nutmeg Villa and we had a wonderful time!! Upon entering the Villa, there is a breathtaking view of the pool, the gardens and the sea which can't be beat. The rooms were spacious and suited our group well, especially the downstairs bedroom with the pool table and the games. We all agreed that the best aspects of our vacation were having a private pool and the staff at Nutmeg. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves to the fullest and we did! On behalf of my family we would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Chef Morgan, Carlington, Ms. Ann, Ms. Cathy, Garrett, Wayne, Dave and Donovan (the security guard) for making our vacation unforgettable.

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Fantastic Stay” The home was in a beautiful community and there was a huge resort pool with all the things one would look for in a resort setting. “Awesome ❤️❤️❤️” First of al I like to thank Amanda for quick response to my inquiry and also for Flipkey. This property at Davenport is amazing it was clean which is the most important, the bedrooms , bathrooms, the showers the kitchen, I'm a medical person so these things are important to me, very beautiful property near the gate and pool, spacious, complete kitchen needs, extra toiletries which we were not expecting so we brought our own before we came, they have extra towels, my family and I were very pleased and Linda who is the property rep responded to all the.calls we did. And NO Bedbugs which was my major concern. And the receptionist at the front desk of Regal Palms were courteous and accommodating. I will highly recommend this property. If I will booked another vacation I will surely comeback to this property.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“never stay in a hotel again” Every year 8 forty plus year friends get together for a reunion, this year it was in Florida. WOW, let’s start by getting that out of the way. I will never book another hotel room when I can stay in a lovely home like this. The home has everything and is centrally located to everything. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle large meals for a hungry crowd with plenty of cups, bowls, plates, pots, pans and cooking utensils. This home is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your vacation weather you want to sit by the pool or play a game of pool. The media room seemed to be a favorite hangout for sporting events or DVD’s as well as the pool. The beds are comfortable and clean with extra bedding supplied. Bathrooms are clean with extra towels supplied. No need to go home with dirty clothes again when you can wash on site, yes washer and dryer supplied. If you have to handle business a desktop and laptop are supplied and if you bring your own WiFi is also available. None of this could be possible without the MSR rental professionals they were there when I had any concerns or questions, thanks Nicole and staff you made my vacation great! What more could I say except where I started WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!!! P.S. I will return Anthony

“New Smyrna vacation” New Smyrna is a beautiful town to vacation at. We loved the cute restaurants and Flagler Ave shopping and ice cream! Oceanwalk Condominiums private beach required a little bit of a walk from building 3 but it was not bad at all. Only worry were the mosquitos. Bring your bug spray :). We were concerned of New Smyrna’s “shark bite capital” reputation but we never saw a shark. We did encounter the dolphins and manatees at Bethune Park, however. Our condo was beautiful and a great place to call home away from home for a week. We have definitely added New Smyrna into our rotation of vacation places!
