“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything. “Great Porches, Love the View” Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 406 Ocean anchor. We especially loved sitting on the porch in the evenings. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator and the pool were much appreciated by the grandparents. One of the showers stopped working but it was no problem as a repairman appeared and fixed it within an hour of our call. Checking in and out could not have been easier. Overall, it was just a great family vacation at a great place.

“Roomy and Casual” We enjoyed our summer vacation at Kitchens. The house was comfortable and casual with plenty of rooms for relatives/friends. The house was kid friendly too, with a basement game room with ping pong table. Our favorite part was the screened porch where we all gathered in the afternoon. The joggling board was a hit with the kids! Old fashioned fun!

“Relaxing” This was the first time every staying on a houseboat. We were a little apprehensive to began with, the boat swaying in the wake, but it didn't take long to get use to the motion. Then there was the spectacular views of the yachts, fishing boats and barges passing right in front out you on the Intercostal waterway. Then just about evening Dolphins would pass by, just amazing. We enjoyed fishing from the front deck, not much luck, but very enjoyable. The condo was clean and comfortable. Not to far from downtown Beaufort, we enjoyed the sites there and the surrounding area’s as well. A very enjoyable and peaceful stay. Thanks

“Rate our stay” We were extremely satisfied with this condo. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the interior was excellent! My only issue was with the dollar store pots, pans, and utensils. I was very dissatisfied with that. It almost ruined the beauty of the entire condo. If that was fixed, I would definitely stay there from now on each summer
