“Great Tradition” We just returned from our third college retreat at Moose Hollow Lodge and could not ask for a better experience. The location is convenient yet secluded and serene. The lodge itself is comfortable and provides so much for entertainment, that several of our group never ventured out of the cabin- who needs go carts when you have Ms. Pacman! Not only was the lodge wonderful, but the staff was great and understanding. I recommend Moose Hollow to groups and will definitely be returning next winter.

“The name says it all...Heavens view” We were so thrilled to get to stay here. Everything was as described. The cabin was clean and tidy - ready for us to visit. There's so much room to move around and not worry about tripping over one another. The kitchen had everything. Great view. Loved the quietness. Love this place and would recommend to anyone! We can't wait to visit again.

“Clean and comfortable” Great cabin and very comfortable. Owners were very pleasant and prompt in their replies. The cabin itself was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Was disappointed the fireplace was completely cosmetic and had no actual flame. Though the location was fantastic, I was not too thrilled with where the cabin was. I was unaware it was located in what felt like an HOA. All the cabins were on top of each other and it felt more like a neighborhood home. The trip was great though and we appreciate the kindness shown by the owners.

“Incredible Cabin at an incredible bargain. Secluded, beautiful” One of the very nicest cabins I have ever been in. We could not believe the price. Starting with the drive up, which is not a scary mountain road, the privacy begins. Driving through the iron gates you gradually ascend up paved roads to the private drive-way to the top. Secluded, peaceful and view view view. Entering the cabin, without climbing a flight of stairs, you will be impressed with the quality that went into every detail of this cabin. Upscale furnishings and upscale cabin. We especially appreciated the regulation pool table that played true. Even the hot tub has a great view. I will recommend this cabin to my friends and family. We did not want to leave the cabin for anything. The cabin is located only 15 minutes from the center of Pigeon Ridge in beautiful Wears Valley. Or a scenic back route up into the Smokies and Cades Cove (a must see).

“Nice and Cozy” We had a great time during Spring Break 2014. We wanted to do something a little different with grandkids this year, and this Cottage was perfect. (We normally go to Gatlinburg) Cottage sits right on the river with the deck actually out over the river. Hot tub was well taken care of and located where we had a nice view of the river. We didn't realize we had scheduled opening day of trout fishing season, but we took advantage, and my son caught several nice fish right on the property. I enjoyed the fact that the cottage is a part of history, (Former Bat Cave Post Office), yet everything was updated with new fixtures and electronics. The beds slept great, and the grand kids loved the game room. Chimney Rock State Park and little downtown area are just a few minutes from the cottage on the same road. We were a little concerned about available dining close by, but were pleasantly surprised with the variety of options. Also used the available stainless Weber grill on the deck. I am certain we will return later in the summer. The owners were very nice, and made us feel like we were appreciated. Overall a very nice and relaxing vacation. (The massage chair was a bonus when I could get the kids out of it)

“Amazing” This place is more beautiful in person! I was truely Blown Away. The house was extreemly clean just like the other houses of Bruce and Marion we have stayed at. The three decks were amazing and my young sons enjoyed standing on them and looking into the stream. The jacuzze tub was huge!!!! My boys kept calling it the "pool". (We could have put all 4 of us in there) We will be going back and have rented from Bruce and Marion before. They are so friendly and caring. All three of their places are wonderful, but I have to admit.... This is my favorite!

“Great time!!!” First time going to Tennessee and we had an amazing time!! The cabin was nice and you have to drive up in the mountains. It was a bit scary for us because we have never been. When it was time to go up and park the road was a bit steep. We were in a Tahoe so it was no problem but still a little scary. Views were amazing and house had a cozy feeling!!

“The cabin was fanastic.” Staying in Wears Valley is always a blessing. Loved the cabin, was so comfortable. Hot Tub was great, wish we would have been able to sit around the firepit but we were always on the go Maybe next time
