“Great place to stay on Sandbridge!” Sunset 2 was a terrific place to stay. It had everything we needed and close to both the beach and refuge. It's a very nice space for two with a good sitting area and outside patio space. Nice little kitchen area and table for snacks and a quick meal. Good places to eat and get supplies near by. Andy and Parks are perfect hosts, wanting to make sure you have a good visit. My husband and I hope to come again. Oh, and do try the coffee provided. It was excellent. I highly recommend the place!

“SC Trip” We had an awesome week. The house was perfect for our needs and clean. It was not far from beach and you could walk there as well. Loved the area!

“Amazing” This place is more beautiful in person! I was truely Blown Away. The house was extreemly clean just like the other houses of Bruce and Marion we have stayed at. The three decks were amazing and my young sons enjoyed standing on them and looking into the stream. The jacuzze tub was huge!!!! My boys kept calling it the "pool". (We could have put all 4 of us in there) We will be going back and have rented from Bruce and Marion before. They are so friendly and caring. All three of their places are wonderful, but I have to admit.... This is my favorite!

“More than we expected, we will be back!” This is the perfect place to get away! We came in at night and I was nervous because I know how picky my boyfriend is about staying away from home. It was very clean the pictures don't do it justice. The hot tub was great. The inside was spacious. Chimney Rock was just down the road. We did a day of shopping and climbed all the way to the top of Chimney Rock and all the trails and came back and spent some much needed time in the hot tub and massage chair. The owners were right upstairs and we talked with them they were so nice however we couldn't tell there was anyone upstairs unless we went to them. I can't wait to go back!!! I need the sound of the river to put me to sleep again!

“Nice and Cozy” We had a great time during Spring Break 2014. We wanted to do something a little different with grandkids this year, and this Cottage was perfect. (We normally go to Gatlinburg) Cottage sits right on the river with the deck actually out over the river. Hot tub was well taken care of and located where we had a nice view of the river. We didn't realize we had scheduled opening day of trout fishing season, but we took advantage, and my son caught several nice fish right on the property. I enjoyed the fact that the cottage is a part of history, (Former Bat Cave Post Office), yet everything was updated with new fixtures and electronics. The beds slept great, and the grand kids loved the game room. Chimney Rock State Park and little downtown area are just a few minutes from the cottage on the same road. We were a little concerned about available dining close by, but were pleasantly surprised with the variety of options. Also used the available stainless Weber grill on the deck. I am certain we will return later in the summer. The owners were very nice, and made us feel like we were appreciated. Overall a very nice and relaxing vacation. (The massage chair was a bonus when I could get the kids out of it)

“Everything was Perfect, just what we had in mind!” The location is perfect, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Carol was wonderful with all our changes.

“Stop Looking! An Amazing Experience!” I am writing a review regarding our stay last week at Kingston Plantation. In the past we have stayed at his previous 2 bedroom facility at Kingston Plantation and loved everything about the property and the condition it is in. Every attention to detail has been attended to from the condition of the carpet to the comfortable beds. It is always clean and bug free. This has always been a concern of my wife’s and she can rest at ease at either of these Kingston properties. That being said about the previous property….we LOVED thi jaw dropping new site . The three bedroom facility allowed us to entertain friends and family in a luxurious and comfortable environment due to the expanded square footage. Our visitor’s children loved the on site water park and we enjoyed the easy beach access (right around the corner). The deck is enormous and overlooks a beautiful lake. My wife and I enjoy eating out, golf and good shopping. All these opportunities were just a stone’s throw away. I would recommend this property to any family or group of friends that would like to enjoy the beach, relaxation and a peaceful retreat. It fit that bill to a Tee!

“Great place!” This is a very nice & clean property in a great location. Most of everything you need is provided with the exception of food of course but Wal-Mart is just a 2 minute drive up the road. The property manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with, she was even able to allow us to check in a few hours early for our convenience as we arrived in Atlanta sooner than expected. The directions that were given to be able to enter the property were simple and we had a great stay here. We would love to rent this place again for our future trips. I give this property a 10 out of 10.

“Charming apartment” The owner was kind enough to meet me at the apartment. Upon arrival, I was pleased to see the place was exactly what was described in the listing. That was nice. The owner makes you feel right at home. It has everything a person would need to make it a comfortable stay. I found the location to be close to shops, and restaurants as well as easy access to the Interstate system. Allthough that part of town was rather new to me, I found it easy to navigate my way around. I go to J-Ville a couple of times per year, I would definitely stay there again, and recommend this place to anyone. ----- Thanks again.

“Wonderful Unit” First floor was well worth it we traveled with tweens and not having to take elevator was just wonderful unit was just as described Steve was great had one small problem he returned call fast a problem was fixed. Sitting in the cabana drinking my morning coffee listening to the ocean what more do you want beach pool great location and a great owner doesn't get much better. We were on a budget so cooking in room also another plus very well stocked kitchen for cooking.
