“Quiet, comfortable, delicious, interesting and easy!” Quiet, tho we watched a movie and enjoyed the creek flow sounds; comfortable and pretty indoors and out; delicious organic goodies from the garden with tour; interesting to see and learn about the eco architecture; and super easy staying in or going to Bryson City or asheville. We totally enjoyed it and meeting Linda!

“Super will go again” Annual get together that has been to several places on Smith Mtn Lake with this being rated at the top. This was spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch that had super view of lake and plenty of room to accommodate all of our group. Plenty of dishes and accessories in the kitchen to cook and prepare whatever we wanted. With 5 bedrooms there is lots of sleep spots and privacy. Will go again.

“Cozy, Charming, Quaint” The Cozy upper room was very unique. My experience was wonderful. I really enjoyed the amazing bath and shower. It's all in the details and it felt like home in this little room. I would highly recommend the cozy upper room to anyone. I will make it a point to come back and stay again. “Convenient location; excellent value” Cabins are located just outside of the Gatlinburg strip, making it a very easy drive. There isn't much of a view, unless you're the type that enjoys being in the woods, but I wasn't there for sight-seeing. At under $400 for a three-day visit, the cabin served its purpose. It was mostly clean, but could have been better, and some things in the kitchen and bathroom could use updating. The cabins are stocked with cups and plates, and even some dish soap, among other small amenities, making meals (and leftovers) easier to prepare. The jacuzzi tub takes forever to fill, so be warned: start with hotter water than you think you'll want. My only actual complaint was that we got a cabin without a level parking area. All the other cabins seemed to have better parking. The area is quite hilly, and I drive a manual-transmission vehicle, so I had to back a wheel over a small, rounded curb every time. Overall, I was very satisfied during our stay, and would recommend this for someone who'd prefer a cabin over a mid-grade hotel.

“Honeymoon” My husband and I stayed in cabin #13, When we pulled up we got so excited because we seen the last cabin(12) we stayed in was beside our new one. In our daily life my husband and I have 4 kids and 4 dogs, So this cabin is perfect when the 2 of us want a quiet place to have that Husband and Wife time every couple needs, We will be coming back for many years.
