“Amazing Family Vacation” We stayed over Memorial Day weekend 2014 with my family for my moms 50th Birthday. Steve was great so accommodating, friendly, and easily accessible. “Relaxing: Home away from Home...” Over the past 13 years, I have rented this upper cottage for a group of my friends and I to unwind and enjoy the start of fall in Ocean City NJ. The location is within walking distance to the beach (easy walking) and the house offers comfort and a true 'home' feeling. Safe to say, our favorite part of the house is the outside porch that offers ocean sounds and a nice breeze. The landlords (Brian & Karen) have become our family 'At the Shore.' They go above and beyond most rental landlords in that they get to know their renters, and they offer great assistance in helping us find entertainment and dining specific to our tastes. We can't say enough of how that personal touch matters to our gang. Thirteen years of heading to the same place means ... 'If it ain't broke, nothing to fix.' Our group will be heading back in 2013 for year 14!

“Wedding Bliss with a Twist!” We had a sister get married and needed a place to stay with our large family! At the last minute Mr. and Mrs. Kenney came through for us! They were easy to deal with and extremely kind! The Place was just spectacular! Great location, convenient parking! Everything was so neat and clean! We loved the book and seashore theme! We felt totally relaxed, even with our small children! There was even a book to write our memories in! That to us, meant that Mr. and Mrs. Kenney really wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves! thanks again so much! We certainly have great memories of such a busy weekend! The Stasuk's

“Amazing Family Getaway!” My family and I were fortunate enough to stay for a long weekend in this beautiful, comfortable property. The fireplace was perfect for a snowy, cold weekend. The home is beautiful and full of absolutely everything we could want or need. I surprised my boyfriend with this trip and he couldn't believe how close we were to the beach and how amazing the views were from our private master bedroom balcony. Jonathan and Judy were a pleasure to work with and were very helpful with getting information to me about the property. I cannot recommend this property enough and my family and I are counting down the days until the next time we can go back!

“Perfect find in Ocean City, NJ” I stayed in this house for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. We must of all said how much we loved the house 100 times. It's in great location. It's very roomy and has an open floor plan. Top notch, I hope to go again. The owner was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Thumbs up!
