“Great Location and Condo” Great Condo and Location I can't say enough great things about this location and condo, we arrived on Monday and by that afternoon my husband was already wanting to set a date for a return trip. We decided to try to return for the week after Christmas since he's a teacher and the kids will be out of school. This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water. The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. “Best stay anywhere in 15 years” We took the whole family to this nice 3 bedroom condo and thoroughly enjoyed the stay with the beach right down the elevator and out the back door. Minutes from many enjoyable hotspots. Pool was not very large but was big enough for my granddaughter and her friend as they had it by themselves quite often. My one piece of advice, when going out to eat, go early! Pia and Christian keep the place in immaculate condition.

“Very nice and accommodating.” The condo was very accommodating for 3 adults and a child. Great location as it was near most things we wanted to do (parasailing, zoo world, eat, etc). The view from the room was great which was made even better when my grandmother was unable to leave the room; she could see us on the beach and in the pool. The room had basic necessities that you don't want to bring (towels, washcloths, cooking and eating utensils, etc.) Overall it was super nice!

“Beautiful condo with amazing balcony view” First of all, thank you Joe and Pat Gremillion for sharing your beautiful condo with us and for being so accommodating in making our arrangements. This condo was absolutely beautifully decorated. The balcony was amazing. Not only was it spacious, it was also nicely furnished. The view from the 17th floor was awesome. Parking was a breeze, we were lucky enough to park on the 2nd floor during our entire stay. Access to the beach was just a step away, very convenient. We are planning to return again next year.

“Finally able to relax.” Friendly helpful service. Very Clean, comfortable and fully functional. Felt secure. Close to elevators, close to pool but still for enough away for a little privacy.No traffic noise. High enough for great view of the gulf through the palms, but close enough to the ground for a beach experience instead of nose bleed. Some may say the kitchen might need an update but the pictures are accurate. We were fine with it.

“Well kept, great pools and location, owner responsive” The condos look a little dusty from the parking area, but walking into the unit it was immediately apparent that the owner cares about his property and takes great care of it. It is really nice - updated, immaculate, and has all kinds of extras - filters for the coffee pot, oil to cook with, and sugar/Sweet and Low, a spice rack etc. All the interior details go together and you really feel at home. The bed linens are nice quality and soft. I couldn't figure out the wifi and BluRay and had to call the owner, he responded immediately and was very patient and helpful and got me set up. I would definitely rent from him again. The pools here are great!! The Waterfall one that the unit looks down on has a deep end of 5+ft, the other one has shallow incline for little kids and a great Rain Mushroom thing in the pool that the kids loved. Also, there is a security guard at night that watches who comes in the gates. He clears out the pools at 10p nightly so there are no raucous pool parties. Awesome experience, thanks for sharing, Mr. Juneau - And PS - the door lock is digital and it was GREAT not having to keep up with a key/card in the ocean. There's also a locking safe -
