“Paradise found at The Cozy Cottage on Lake Travis!!!” Speaking for our entire family, I want to thank you for an amazing four day vacation/experience. Upon arriving at Living Waters, we were immediately drawn into the peaceful, inspirational environment that encompasses the "compound". "The Cottage" was perfect for the seven of us. After we arrived, we sat out on the back porch to admire our surroundings. Bethany arrived to give us some wonderful advice as to what to see and do in and around Spicewood. Her charm and enthusiasm immediately got us all excited about our next few days of activities. Our next activities were from Bethany and Travis's recommendations: visits to the Stone House and Spicewood Wineries and swimming at Krause Springs. I saved the best recommendation for last: The Friday night Tomato Happy Hour with Kathleen. We met so many wonderful "regulars" as well as the other two couples who were staying at Living Waters. It was a memorable experience. Kathleen is an amazing person. After I read her little book that was upstairs in the cottage, I couldn't wait to talk with her. She bonded instantly with our family and the children were taken in by her warmth and friendliness. Little Haynie hadn't come home by the time we left so Kathleen invited us to come back the next morning, bright and early, so that we could meet him. We set our alarms for 6:30 am and we were not disappointed. My grandson Evan (age 10) said that petting a deer was one of the most wonderful experiences he's ever had. We all decided that we wanted to have a pet deer of our own!!! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience life in that little corner of heaven called Living Waters. “This was a place of calm in a busy world.” My husband and I enjoyed a week at your casita. We found that it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed the burros and they liked the carrots. It was easy to take day trips to see many of the local sights. Bill is a charming and helpful host. We are recommending your place to our friends.

“Making Waves” Very nice home. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean. Appliances were older, but all in good working condition. Main beds were comfortable. Grandson loved the bunk beds. Golf cart is always a plus and a “must” at Oceanside Villages for easy travel to the beach, pools and playground.

“nice place” The Condo was very nice & very clean, we enjoyed our stay and the owner was very nice and also gave us details on good places to eat and things to see. St Simon Island was beautiful. The only thing was we thought we could fish on the place but was told we could not by another owner.The owner did give us a place on a pier just 1/2 mild from were we stayed to fish and it was beautiful. It would have been a little more convenient if there had be a TV up stairs since we did not care to watch most of the things our husbands watch, but other than these two things it was great.

“MAGICAL EXPERIENCE.” Our stay at the Venetian Bay Townhouse was a wonderful experience everyone should experience. It feels like Home away from home. It was secure the amenities were great. And the check-in process was seamless. Everything from the workout facility to the swimming pool was amazing. This should be apart of everyone's Florida experience.

“Peace & Tranquility” I have stayed here 4+ times, and I come home relaxed and rejuvenated. It's centrally located in the middle of the western cape, the sunsets are perfect, we usually have meals out on the expansive deck, we bring our kayaks, watch the shipping entering the canal, walk/run/bike the canal path(both sides), cook or grill fresh seafood from local stores, enjoy the wine tastings at the Belfry, jump over to the vineyard for the day, and did I mention the sunsets? The home is roomy, light and airy, plenty of parking, just perfect for us.

“We all love the place” This house is both casual and luxurious. The lakeside house has great beds, nice sheets, a well-equipped kitchen, an amazing open and scenic living room, a lovely garden surrounding the house and lots to do in the area. I've enjoyed walking on and exploring the area along the shore, wading out into the lake to swim, relaxing in the hammock, and cycling on the many country roads. I've stayed there several times, with and without my kids, and we all love the place.

“Clean, quiet, comfortable, and roomy!” We have a large family, with 5 kids. We brought my mother with us on vacation, giving us a whopping 8 people to accommodate, for a week and this condo gave us plenty of space and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably! The gated community is great! Clean and quiet with plenty of parking.

“Good Stay” The room was great!! 2bdrm fully furnished . Plenty of space. The room was clean and aesthetically appealing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pools were a little shallow and water was a bit cold. Not much in regards to on site dining options. Location was easy walking distance to the Strip. Might consider staying here again depending on my needs.
