“MAGICAL EXPERIENCE.” Our stay at the Venetian Bay Townhouse was a wonderful experience everyone should experience. It feels like Home away from home. It was secure the amenities were great. And the check-in process was seamless. Everything from the workout facility to the swimming pool was amazing. This should be apart of everyone's Florida experience.

“Simply perfect” I am not sure whether this is our 4th or 5th time at this condo as it seems so much like a home from home to us. David is one of the easiest, most helpful, flexible and generous person to deal with and makes the whole experience of renting there so pleasant. The condo is well furnished, comfortable and homely with the owner's personal items still there. He has even installed apple TV this time so that we could watch Netflix during our stay (he also has an iMac there for guests use too). All the facilities and benefits of The Charter are also available and so you benefit from the reception, concierge, bell boys, ski storage, private transport to the slopes, spa, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. All in all, we can't wait to return again, which must be the best type of recommendation.

“GREAT PLACE TO STAY, CLAY COURTS AMAZING, POOLS AND HOT TUB PERFECT BIKING AND BEACH AWESOME.” We Love The Island it is a great place for families found an excellant church to worship at GRACE COMMUNITY. Biked everywhere grilled daily, loved the Clay courts for tennis. Beach was very close by, FACILITIES were decent and very clean. HOPE TO BACK NEXT YEAR.

“Perfect for Beach Lovers” The views from this Condo are amazing. You cannot get better access to the beach!!! Everything was clean and well done aesthetically. We enjoyed our time, especially my husband who loves the Atlantic Ocean, thoroughly. Onsite parking is a great asset as is the elevator to the 4th floor. Helena and Robert were gracious and very accommodating. Would go back in a heartbeat! .

“11 out of 10” My son and had a blast staying at cottages at Christmas Mountain in the Wisconsin Dells. The house was very clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfy. The service at the front desk as well as through out the grounds was excellent. They provided us with a weekly list of activities that they provide for the kids and families. Everything was well thought out and planned to maximize our time there. We had such a great time that not only will we return next year, but we are planning a 3 or 4 day this fall. We had no "hidden surprises", and never once had to call with a complaint. I will rent from Sheri Lundstrom Everytime we go to the Dells.

“Wonderful Spring Visit” The condo is exactly as described and has one of the best (if not the best) view among the surrounding low profile condo buildings. Interior furnishings were a cut above most units and added to our great experience. Great fishing opportunities and plenty of other options for golf / tennis / exploring. We made side trip down to Citywalk in West Palm Beach and thoroughly enjoyed it. We highly recommend this unit!

“The cottage experience was relaxing and peaceful with a short wa” Enchanting cottage, very comfortable, enjoyed a little interaction with the owner's family and dog. Very sweet.

“Very welcoming and worth it !” Me and my family absolutely loved this vacation house everything was so welcoming and near perfect ! This house is definitely something we will never forget and hopefully when we come back we will be able to rent from kim molnar again ! Everything was to a T ! Thank you so much kim !

“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!

“Beautiful spacious home in a quiet Gated Community.” We were in Florida for the National Pop Warner Football finals. I was able to rent this home on short notice (one week) and was pleasantly surprised it was beautifully maintained and well stocked. Sri was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had several children with us of various ages and they were all kept occupied in the game room. Pool never really got warm but we did read the literature and wasn't expecting bath water but the pool and spa at the clubhouse was comfortable. Had a great time and would definitely rent again great value for your money. Also is very close to all the attractions just a short drive to any park you plan to visit.

“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Large enough for the whole family” We had a great stay and were really pleased with the size of the house. It allowed members of our extended family to have privacy but of course the family room, kitchen, and media/game room were the most popular areas. The kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool. The weather was unseasonably cold but we paid to heat the pool and everyone seemed surprised and pleased that is was so comfortably warm. Sri is very easy to work with and responded super fast to email communication. This is definitely the way to go when you have a large family. Very reasonably priced for the space and accommodations.

“Wonderful holiday” We had a lovely holiday staying at Emerald magic, the villa was just right for our family of 12 , our 5 grandsons loved the south facing swimming pool which was always lovely and warm while we enjoyed relaxing on the 6 sunbeds. The games room had loads of things to keep them happy and occupied while the adults relaxed. The barbecue with free gas was great at mealtimes, although it was out of gas when we arrived it was very quickly replaced with one phone call as were any other problems which occurred, excellent service. Plenty of pool towels, saving packing our own and the double buggy was so handy at the parks. The location to disney parks could not be better, only about 10 minutes drive and the complex is lovely with a really friendly lady at reception. Also Thank you for the special touch of the rose on the bed which made celebrating our ruby wedding anniversary a special occasion.
