“Awesome place!!” Clean, closed to the Beach, quiet, spacious...Perfect!! Highly recommend it!!

“A little slice of Heaven” This was our third time at Chac Hal al and we love it!! We love the unit we stay in, it's roomy, steps from the beach, we feel very much at home here. There is some work that need to be done on the unit itself. The bathroom in the master bath needs to be painted and the shower leaks...a lot! The sliding glass door in the living room is very hard to open. However, we will return next year and hopefully for 2 weeks. We pray every year that it's as calm and quiet as the last time we were there. This is our little slice of Heaven!

“Villas del Mar C 101” Our group of eight have come to Villas del Mar C-101 every year for the past 10 years. The villa is very comfortable, clean and very nice. We love the large bedrooms, family areas and bathrooms, newly remodeled kitchen. The security is great and the many restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance is a plus, so many to choose from and everyone is very pleasant and courtious. We would not think of staying anywhere else. Also the villa is right on the beach so you can go back and forth for drinks,food, etc. you don't have to pack a bag!

“Location, Comfort & Style in Playa Del Carmen!” This incredibly spacious condominium rental is worth every penny and more! The location is fabulous, right on the beach and a short walk to 5th ave. and the Cozumel Ferry. The unit is decorated with a style like no other I've seen in rentals in the area, with a charming Mexican theme throughout and an abundance of unique decor. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, another rarity! The kitchen is gourmet and modern and so much fun to cook in! My favorite part is the huge balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the beautiful pool area. This is by far my favorite place to stay in Playa and I feel right at home every time I'm in this unit.

“Best Place in Cancun” Stayed at Tim's Penthouse #372 from 5/4/15 to 5/11/15 the views from the balcony were great. Tim was great to work with, I've used VRBO before but have never received as much information from an owner as I did from Tim. Also his housekeeper Francis was very helpful whenever we had questions. She was very nice. The condo has a lot of space and was very quiet at night. We used the transportation he recommended to get to his place, Entertainment Plus. They were always on time and the stop at the supermarket is a must. We also used them to go to Chichen Itza, well worth the $109 a person. You do not need to rent a car in Cancun, the bus system is very easy to use, $1 every time you get on the bus. I will definitely rent from Tim again when I return to Cancun.

“Great Vacation” I was very impressed with the penthouse. Everything was all set when we arrived in Cancun and the house was AMAZING!! There was plenty of room and very comfortable. The view was INCREDIBLE! I will choose this location each time I travel to Cancun. AMAZING!!!

“Amazing Location and View” My stay at condo 371 was the best ever. The condo had everything needed and was very comfortable. The view from the windows and the 2 balconies is priceless. Its nice to open the doors and windows and enjoy the ocean sounds and breeze without using the aC. The patio furniture is new and I enjoyed sleeping on the balcony under the stars a couple of nights. The property manager called me after my flight arrived to confirm and he was waiting at the desk for us so we checked right into the condo without waiting. You can see the pool from this condo which is nice if you have friends in the pool while you are on the balcony. The 2 pools were freshly painted while we were there and are very nice. Its a great feature to rent a luxury condo but also have the option to cook or pay for all inclusive. The hotel has nightly activities that you can participate without paying for all inclusive. I wish to go back to this condo year after year if it is available.

“Last minute trip was great” Decided at the last minute to take a trip to Mexico. Puerto Aventuras was great. Quiet, laid back and very safe (in my opinion). Rental company was very accomodating and helpful. Villas del Mar condo E-102 was also very nice. Enjoyed beginning and ending our days in our private hot tub on the patio overlooking the pool and ocean. Property is excellently maintained and staff is very friendly. We took a day trip to the ruins at Tulum and I am pleased we did. I would recommend getting the tour guide at the ruins. They provide a lot of great informtion that cannot be gained by the self guided tour. Have fun.

“Incredible Location, Fantastic Host - Highly Recommended” Our group of 8 had a fabulous stay at Swan Villas. It's just outside of Placencia in Maya Beach. The house is uniquely designed and very relaxing. Loved the private suites and especially the pool, when the heat got to be too much. There is lots of wildlife around, like iguanas and birds. The view is to die for. We enjoyed the kayaks on the "lake" side of the house and walking on the beach right across the street. Great restaurants in the area. We went to the Bistro 3 times. We were divers after the whale sharks and would be out most of the day. The house is very secure and the host is readily available and very helpful. Rudy gave us some great tips for the area, and even on to our next stop in San Ignacio. Would love to visit again.

“Exceeded our Expectations” Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Julie (8210). This condo was beautifully decorated, quiet, clean and well-managed. Having the washer and dryer available in the condo was very convenient and will make for lighter packing when we return. My husband and I got scuba certified during this visit to Cozumel and the pier which is just a short walk to the beach away was great as the scuba company would pick and drop us off right there saving taxi fair into town. The furnishings, including the king-size bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals. Security as you enter the complex are very professional and friendly. Both the living area and bedroom have a/C but we never used it... we enjoyed the cross breeze from the sliding glass door and bedroom window being left open.

“Wonderful place, clean and affordable” We stayed here for a month from Nov.11-Dec.11/2013. This was a well kept, clean and spacious unit -- well stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, etc.

“Paradise” We came to Cozumel for the Ironman Competition so we stayed the first 4 days in the city close to the race happenings. It was a busy 4 days. Then off to the peace and quiet of Residencia Reef. We walked in the door of Casita Del Mar and immediately felt relaxed, dropped our bags, cracked open a bottle of wine and watched the sun set right from our beachside patio. The room décor was calming and professional. They have thought of everything, abundant bath and beach towels, beach floaties, phone, internet, tv, there were even a few staple foods in the frig/cupboard to make cooking breakfasts easy. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen with a 2 top portable burner, micro, toaster oven, toaster, blender, quality, dishes, pans and utensils. We made breakfast and lunch/happy hour daily and went out for dinner. We found no restaurants within walking distance from the condo except the all-inclusive resorts which offer day passes. We took a taxi to town nightly (150 peso each way) Great food at Kendesa, La Hach, Gusto, The Money Bar. Best Dive shop is Deep Exposure, Rodger gave us personal attention in a small group and a nice boat. Saw everything, sea turtles, eagle rays, eels, lobsters, crabs, and more varieties of fishes and corals then I could count. We snorkeled right outside the condo for hours and saw so much, the highlights were the flounder, and rays. Another guest said she saw a seahorse! The staff at Residencia Reef were very accommodating and friendly. We booked our condos, car rental and photo tour with Pawel and Margaret. They were very helpful!
