“Just as good as it could be... No better!!” This our third time staying with John and Nancy. We absolutely love their place and their hospitality. They have the most amazing home with a view that is hard to describe. I will have to take pictures the next time! The room is so warm and cozy. Great breakfast and wonderful company. It is like visiting close friends at the coast. Stimulating conversation and privacy when ya want it. The hot tub sits right outside the room overlooking the ocean. It just doesn't get better than this!! We tell all of our friends and family about this treasure. We don't leave home often. This is one of the few places we go that I am not wanting to get back home right away. We will be back again very soon. Thank you so much John and Nancy. You guys are the best!!!

“Our stay was a great experience!” The Bayside Bungalow in Lincoln City is a beautiful, clean and fully-equipped home. We enjoyed the views, the hot tub, roasting marshmallows and exploring on a very quiet beach. We enjoyed seeing sea lions on our beach, kite-flying and watching wind surfers right from the house! Lincoln City was a great locatin for us as we had siteseeing planned both north and south of the house. The home is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. We will be back someday to the beautiful Oregon coastline and will definately look at staying again at the Bayside Bungalow.

“Gorgeous views, Family friendly, Pet friendly beach house” This was a wonderful place to spend the Christmas holiday at with extended family. Our tweens really enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Watching the tides come in and out and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets was lovely.

“Well appointed house in nice development” We recently stayed here for a corporate team-building event (fishing trip). The kitchen is large and well appointed. The place is nicely decorated and clean. Would highly recommend for reunions or events like ours. We lacked nothing.

“The VIEW is everything!” From the moment my husband and I walked into the cottage, we were thrilled and in awe of the ocean view. We spent a lot of time exploring the area but always returned back to the cottage loving that view. We walked the short distance to the beach every evening and enjoyed looking for rocks and shells and driftwood. I believe the cottage was built in 1939 so there are aspects of it that show it's age but the main living area is lovely with super comfortable chairs and couch. Kay (and Randy) are very easy to work and readily available for questions/problems - although we didn't have any. I would return in a heartbeat! ❤️

Each of us was enthralled with the wondrous setting that "Below the Falls Lodge" calls its homestead. The gentle whooshing of the creek, the calls of the birds, and the sweet swaying of the trees rocked us into a natural harmony filled with happiness and contentment. You've created such a beautiful and imaginative home! It is so in tune with the gorgeous surroundings that it feels like the house itself is alive and growing out of the mountain. What an awesome achievement! You've thought of every detail to make a home that seems to anticipate its inhabitants' needs. “Excellent place to stay with an incredible view” We had an excellent time staying at Windows on the Sea. The condo has a fantastic view of the ocean and is very beautiful. Every little detail was thought out and taken care of. It gets a little ding for "comfort" 4 out of 5 stars because the radiant heat in these condos is very poor and you can't get much hot water while also heating the condo. Not that big a deal and a space heater is provided and also wouldn't be an issue anytime but the winter. Also note: the other rentals in this building are ran by a rental company and we have had a very bad experience with them in the past. If you want to stay in the building, this one "Windows on the Sea" is the one to stay in and has the best view by far.

“Great Location!” Loafer's Paradise is a perfect spot to getaway for a beach weekend. Located just north of downtown, the sits just steps from a trail that leads you right down tot he beach. The neighbor is quiet and if you're up for a trip to the outlet mall, it's right up the street. The house is cozy, with a full kitchen and a master suite that is separate from the main part of the house, so it stays nice and quiet.

“**Psst! Hidden gem that's pet-friendly!” This was our second stay at Pop's Cabin/Cottage and it is our favorite place to relax. Looking for amazing ocean views? This little place has 180 degree view of the mighty Pacific. Perfect place for storm watching! Very well stocked kitchen with amazing coffee and everything you could possibly want. Very quaint with new furniture, wood burning fireplace (wood provided!) This is a little hidden gem that we are so thankful to have found. Great environmentally conscious owner provides fair trade locally roasted coffee that is delicious. I can't say enough about how much we love this cottage.
