“PERFECT FAMILY VILLA!” This villa is HUGE and gorgeous! We were traveling with a large family and with 7 bedrooms and 9 beds plus a crib in the master there is more than enough room for your whole family to enjoy a get away! There are 2 rooms located down stairs so if anyone is disabled they can use these rooms. This home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in private pool -with a bathroom entrance right off the pool area! We felt very safe in the community this villa is in and the area surrounding it. Champions Gate is a gorgeous little community with everything you need within 10 minutes. We were visiting Disney and found this villa a wonderful option to staying in the parks. It took us 15 minutes to get to any park and we always parked and loaded a tram quickly and went right to the door. I don't know why people have always convinced me staying of property would be such a hassle..it was no hassle at all! A lovely bonus to this villa was an ice cream truck driver lives right down the street and hits the neighborhood 2 times a day. The kids LOVED that! The home came with all the comforts needed to make us feel at home. Including pool toys, 2 high chairs, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, big beach towels, bath towels and rags, kitchen towels and all the cooking utensils and appliances needed for cooking meals. We did have a dilemma with an odd shape staircase that our child gate would not fit and a toddler but we just moved a couch to block the entry from the livingroom to the front area and that worked well. The home is tiled so it was easy to keep the floors clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were mixtures of full and flat to suit all preferences. The home smelled nice and did not have the mild moldy smell many FL homes can have from the high humidity in the area. The owners were a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, helpful and prompt to answer my silly questions about where items in the house were and how to work locks etc We will for sure stay here the next time we visit orlando area. This villa felt like home and was hard to leave. It truly is so comfortable and I am a hard one to please! If you are reading this and considering this home...seriously do not continue your search. There is so much that can go wrong when renting homes on vacations. But this one does everything right!

“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!

“Very Good” Nice quite location. It is close to the theme parks and all the family attractions. My family is well pleased with the spacious home, The children and adults are taking full advantage of the pool throughout the entire day prior to leaving the house and upon our return.

“Amazing” Fantastic Home! Close to Disney, Stores & Resteraunts. Yet in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Perfect bedroom layout for large families. Super , Super clean!!! Welcome Basket a very nice touch and Gary could not have been more helpful! Awesome Pool, Hot Tub and Games Room, the grand kids loved it!! We will be back!

“Decent place but lacking in some areas” For one week in July 2014, my family from Alabama to Alaska (with us from Canada) all stayed at 928 Solona Circle. Overall we were happy with the house rental but do not stay here if you need assistance with anything. It took my 4 phone calls over 3 days to just find out what the Wi-Fi password had been changed to (the one that we were emailed was incorrect). It may not be the safest neighbourhood as there were police men in the gated area twice during our stay. And the house was filled with broken outlet covers and had very dirty couches, which needed steam cleaning. It was a spacious home and we loved the walk-in closets as well as the ease in which to find it and the easy drive to Disneyworld. But if you want to stray there, you need to supply everything- even your own toilet paper and Kleenex. The jets ion eth hot tub did not work and the game room had a broken foosball table. Overall we were mainly happy with our stay but were disappointed with a few things.

“Perfect for a family visiting Orlando.” This condo was perfect for our family of five. Most important to me, it was perfectly clean. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and there were plenty of bath towels. The starter items (paper towels, dish soap, coffee filters, small soaps/shampoo, etc.) were very helpful. Washer and dryer in unit were, of course, invaluable. There is a grocery store and drug store in walking distance. We only visited Universal during our stay and the location was perfect, approximately 5 minutes from condo. Communication with the property managers was prompt and clear. The clubhouse pool seemed smaller than in the photos and was quite busy with kids the two times I saw it (not an issue for our family as we were busy elsewhere). The clubhouse has a computer/printer available which proved helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

“Spacious, newly decorated, great location, friendly owners.” This condo is spacious and larger than other condos we had previously stayed at. It is newly refurbished and has every home comfort included. There is plenty of parking and a well maintained adult and childrens pool which whenever we attended was never overcrowded. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. This was our fifth visit to florida and the whole experience exceeded anything we had experienced before. This condo is just moments from seaworld and i drive and only ten mins from disney. You can even see seaworlds kraken and fireworks from the pool area. Publix supermarket, pizza restaurant and walgreens pharmacy/convenience store are all onsite and only a couple of minutes walk from the condo. The building the condo is in is well maintained, clean and quiet. Overall i would rate this condo 5 star and would not consider staying anywhere else when we return to florida.

“Great location and confort” Confortable, well equiped kitchen and linen, nice compound. Recomended for family trips! Near atractions and shopping.

“Would highly recommend!!” Fantastic top floor condo. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and generous bedrooms. Very peaceful location and we were completely unaware of any neighbors. I was attending a Convention and pleased to find it was just a 15 minute walk from our condo. My family visited the parks and they were all close by. The location couldn’t be more perfect! Clubhouse with gym, games room for the kids and 3 separate pools. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to the condo again next year.

“Everything we could have wished for and more!!” Just back from a two week stay here. Condo looks exactly as it does in the photos, stunning! We have been to Orlando many times, however this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. Everything went really smoothly, from booking, paying and getting all the necessary information required. The location is excellent, close to parks and the pool was great also. We had decided to take it "easy" this time round in Orlando and having such a beautiful place to stay in was wonderful. Great to sit outside on the porch in the evening watching various fireworks and enjoying the evening sun. The condo was also well equipped and felt really at home here. Would recommend and hopefully will return soon.
