“Best holiday ever” Everything was fabulous. The fantastic condo, the beautiful interior, the location couldn't be better. A few steps to the pool and another few steps to the ocean. From the first moment it was breathtaking. Susana and Rebecca, the two marvelous staff, did a absolut best job ever to make us the most delicious food and clean up for us every day. Rosina helped us out with all our questions and fix whatever we asked for without a doubt. We travelled the hole way from Sweden without knowing not more than I read on internet, we could even end up on the beach without a condo just cheated ( who knows this days?) I can honestly say I had very high expectations, and for once, ALL my expectations was fullfilled with the highest score. How can I describe a place like this, all the beauty you see with your eyes, all the comfort your body can feel all the things you can do, the beachclubs, the experiences with the fab company Puerto Vallarta adventures and so on..... I can do the list so long. We didn't have time to do evertything we really wanted to because we were so pleased and satisfied to stay at the condo. We had it all there. The only thing I could complain is the 2 last nights there , we stayed for 11 nights, we had some neighbor called and complained at us that we were noisy. Yes, we were laughing and talking, we were 11 persons( we had some friends living in another hotel there on visit) at the terass and playing cards, so naturally our voices was loud. But the clock was before 9 in the evening, it was a friday and the same on saturday. Of course we stop and go to bed, but this incident was the only thing I could complain. We were so lucky that we had better neighbors the rest of the days, otherwise it could destroy the hole vacation. I mean, if you stay in a condo with other people, you must like people and accept they are living around you. If it's a big party nighttime, I fully accept it's not acceptable, but before 9 and just having a good time, not a party, it's too much. Maybe you better stay alone in a private vila without close neighbors. Except this, which I already forgotten by now, this was the best holiday ever with family and good friends celebrating my 50 years anniversary. From my heart: I will thank you Mike, to let us stay in your absolutely most stunning place, with light beautiful energies and everything that comes with that ;)

“Magia = Magical” We just returned from an amazing week staying in Sayulita at Magia. This was our first time in Sayulita and it did not disappoint. Sayulita is a laid back town with a wonderful beach but not filled with Spring Breakers and overdevelopment. The town was full of energy and offers plenty of wonderful restaurants, street vendors and bars but the best part was having the best of both worlds at our fingertips. A short trip up into the jungle hills to Magia and voila, complete peace and quiet. Magia was one of the few places we've stayed which was actually better in-person than the photos. The wonderful-yet-subtle design and features of the home, the sights, jungle sounds and that view are hard to translate in one-dimensional photos. You simply have to experience it firsthand. Picture flocks of bright green parakeets flying past you, geckos chirping and you start to get the feeling. All of the amenities were well thought-out and you have everything you need to enjoy a quiet vacation. Cameron and Miguel ensured everything we needed was provided. The open air shower in the master suite added a special bonus. The walk into town isn't terribly difficult but we ended up renting a Jeep, which allowed us to explore outlying areas. If you rent a golf cart, make sure to reserve one first. I also rode the bus into Bucerias to get the Jeep and I found the service dependable and cheap. The bus stop is just down the hill from Magia. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in a memorable experience in Sayulita.

“Great house” Review: Wonderful view from this house which overlooks the city and has lots of charming flower filled outdoor living spaces and elegant interior rooms. Owner and staff were very helpful .We walked down to town each day and up as well, which was very good exercise but cabs are cheap and plentiful and we took those when we bought groceries or at night. This house could easily take a family as there is a separate attached bedroom and 2 other large bedrooms.

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “A wonderful place to spend a vacation!” We had a great time at Villa Alamea! The home is beautiful and has every amenity imaginable. “Nice house for large family” The house itself is very attractive. The bedrooms were very well appointed. There were sufficient towels and plates, silverware, glassware, etc., for our party. Our major problem was the parking. It is a very over-crowded community and we had five cars (to be expected in a six master-bedroom house that fits 18+), and we often had trouble parking near the house. My only other complaint (if you could call it that) was the trash. We had one large trash can and it got picked up on Monday morning. We were there for six full days with 13 people, so we easily refilled it up and then had multiple loose bags with nowhere to put them through the end of our stay. No recyclable can was available, either, so recyclables had to go in trash bags. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a very nice home!

“Fantastic!” This villa was a great place to stay! Close to Disney parks! You do need a car to get around but everything you need is within a short driving distance. It was awesome! The home itself was clean and well maintained. It was great having a private pool to come back to after we went to the park. We would stay again!

“Disney Adventure” My family and I drove from NY to this lovely house and felt right at home. We were a total of 11 and stayed for 10 days. Since the first day we booked the house the owner was attentive and responded very quickly when I wrote to him. The house was well equippped, clean and beautifully decorated. We all loved it so much!!!!
