“A gem near Orvieto” We loved agriturismo Frallarenza, near Orvieto. We were 3 women staying in the "small apartment", which was a perfect size. The owners, Francesco and Serena, have the gift of ensuring your needs are met (and exceeded) but allow you to explore and enjoy on your own, while they tend to the hard work of running a farm. Their kindness, enthusiasm and passion for what they do is apparent.The apartment was enhanced with family furniture and hand made ceramics and weavings by Serena. Enjoying the bounty of the land, such as their newly pressed olive oil, fresh fruit eggs, as well as Serena's treats were a highlight. The house is solar powered, and there was always hot water and heat when needed. (We were there in a warm late October, but the nights and mornings were cool.) Francesco spent unhurried time with us, giving us ideas and maps for our day trips. We stayed for 4 nights, but wished we had more time to slow down and savor Frallarenza. The setting among the groves and the Umbrian hills was magical. Highly recommended!

“Fabulous Time” My husband and 23 year old son stayed in one of the upstairs apartments for about one week October 2012. Franco and Bozena were wonderful host and hostess. The farm and apartment are exactly as presented. Simple but clean, great views from each terrace, and kitchen well supplied. The pool was beautiful but a little too chilly to swim in October. Franco cooked a wonderful 'saffron' meal for us and a German couple who were also staying at the farm. Lots of wonderful day trips from the farm. We hope to return very soon!!

“BELLISSIME VACANZE” Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à la Torriola : - l'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel, aménagé avec des matériaux de qualité, et une vue magnifique ; - le jardin (superbe avec champ d'oliviers, potager, verger) et la piscine, sont très régulièrement entretenus ; - l"accueil de Maurizio est tout à fait charmant et attentionné (produits du potager à disposition des hôtes, conseils avisés pour la visite de la région) ; - la propriété est assez isolée mais il y a des commerces à 2km ; - la ville de Todi est très agréable : cadre historique, restaurants d'un bon niveau, commerces... Bref, l'adresse est hautement recommandée !

“Wonderful location” The location is one of the best I have ever seen, with a brethtaking view upon Todi. The self catering apartment we rented was nice and cosy, the garden well kept, the owner friendly and professional. We had a lot of tips and recommendations, and this made our holiday in Umbria more pleasant. We will recommend La Torriola to our friends.
