“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“The house was every thing u could ask for” We had many guests that stayed with us and they all raved about the house. The extra TV room upstairs was super for the kids to hang out and play games. “A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!

“Great house, great location!” This house is terrific! We had 4 couples and 5 kids ages 2 months to 6 years old... we all stayed for an entire week and had a great time. There are enough bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone to have their own space and be comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for the older kids. The pool is AWESOME. All of the extra toys in the garage were a huge bonus. The dock provided entertainment at night for the fisherman of the group. We caught a stingray, blue fish, and crabs. We cooked breakfast and dinner for our group every day. The kitchen worked out well. The extra fridge in the basement adds extra convenience. The dining table sat up to 8... this is the only thing I would have liked to have changed... a larger table to accommodate 12 but that is hard to find in a vacation rental. The location of the house is great. Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Fort Walton Beach, Navarre Beach, and Destin were close enough for day trips and entertainment. Absolutely gorgeous beaches! I would stay here again without question.

“Great extended family vacation” We rented this house for a get-together with 3 generations. The kids loved the bunk room. I had brought a fan because of previous reviews that said this room was very hot in the summer. A new window unit has been put in and it was nice and cool even in the middle of July! The queen sized beds in all of the other bedrooms made them perfect for the 4 couples staying. It would have been nicer to have another bathroom for the 13 people staying there, but it was manageable. Note: there is no bathroom on the first level where the bunk room is. The management company graciously provided a new (still in box) pack- n-play for an infant in our party. We loved how close to the beach the house was. We have rented houses in Port A 3 other times and this was the closest access to the beach we have ever had. We loved hanging out in the roomy living area with the open kitchen and dining area. The kids usually ate in different shifts from the adults since there are only 8 seats at the table. There are bar stools where extra people could sit, or just spread out bech towels on the roomy covered porch and let them eat picnic style. The only complaint I would make is the lack of kitchen utensils and pans for a house this size. Fortunately, I had packed some plastic utensils (yuck!) and paper plates and cups just in case. Some large baking sheets and a griddle for bacon or pancakes would be nice additions, along with real silverware. Also, the charcoal grill was inadequate---very small and basic. If you are a party of 4, you'll do just fine. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 night stay there, though. It worked very well for our family.

“Amazing view and location, new property...bonus” We loved the location, view and proximity to town. The third floor was perfect for entertaining, had a great open kitchen which made it enjoyable to cook for the family. It was well appointed with everything you need. It ha 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bath, 2 kitchens, bar, play room, TV in every room, a well needed elevator and a garage. The pool was just an added bonus as we really enjoyed going to the beach daily.
