“Pet-Friendly Destingation” As a 'Pet-Blogger', I am always looking for great places to holiday with our two dogs Henry, and Reese. More specifically, somewhere we can 'enjoy' with the dogs without having to worry about what to do with them when we visit restaurants, shops or go sightseeing. The Dolphin Inn was the perfect place to stay! This trip was arranged as a group get together; my husband, parents, in-laws and sister with her husband and two small children. The spacious accommodation meant no one felt as if they were tripping over one another. Although we didn't eat evening meals as a group, we enjoyed breakfast together at a large table located beside the spacious kitchen on the upper level. Because of the layout and quiet location of the Inn, we were comfortable leaving Henry and Reese to relax comfortably when we went out to do 'people only' things. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions regarding things to do and see in the area. Upon arrival we found guides with locations and contact information, as well as preferred rates on several activities for guests of the Inn. I am happy to recommend The Dolphin Inn to groups or families with or without dogs!

“Relaxing with the family” Carolina Breeze is a great family environment. The beach is 100 yards away and the bay is a block away. We went to the amusement area which is within walking distance. We spent more time at the pool and in the hot tub which is delightful. The house is really in a great area.

“Lovely, spacious and thoughtfully stocked home” Kelly's Beach Retreat is a fantastic place. Steps from the beach, thoughtfully stocked, and with an inviting open kitchen and dining room. The place gets amazing light and is very relaxing. Glenn was great to work with as well. Our only note is that while the home is wonderful for families--and large ones at that!--parents of toddlers should note that there are a lot of steps that are very attractive to little climbers. Had we thought about it, we would have put a mini gate or something in the car with us.

“Perfect” Angi, Thank you for such a wonderful piece of heaven. Your home is so well appointed and so cozy we just felt right at home. We also are so appreciative that you allowed us to bring our four legged little girl. It made this vacation so stress free knowing she was with us. “Incredible!” Very clean and spacious. The place was well stocked and the owners are super nice and quick to respond. Highly recommend this place to everyone. “Incredible Beach house with perfect Location!!” We cant say enough about our week at the Castle by The Sea! The house is expansive, gorgeous and beautifully decorated for that perfect beach house. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious and was wonderful to cook in. The house is very spacious with many rooms for a large group to have privacy if they wanted to have their own time. It was great having the private pool and hot tub. Hearing the waterfall is also very soothing. Each bedroom had a perfect view of the ocean, and hearing the waves at night would gently lull us to sleep. The bathrooms also had a wonderful jacuzzi tub that you could relax and watch the ocean waves roll in. Very calming! After experiencing this incredible home and being so close to the ocean, it's definitely oceanfront going forward. The walk to the beach is perfect having it's own walkway. Before you get to the beach, there is some great seating that you can sit and just enjoy watching the waves. Also has a bathroom and shower at the walkway so that you don't even have to come into the house to use the restroom while you're at the beach. We cannot wait to come back again next year and hopefully convince more family to make the drive and come. I highly recommend this house. The owner was very friendly and helpful and made our stay very relaxing which is what I needed.
