“Beautiful Condo with amazing View of the Ocean - We will be back” This was the first time we rented a condo instead of staying at a hotel. Ian, the owner, is very responsive and super helpful in making your stay as best as it can be. We stayed here for a week and we are already talking about the next time we are coming back. The condo is furnished beautifully, very modern, and very comfortable. It's located right on the beach - the beach is literally a few step away. The condo is stocked with everything you need - towels, kitchen supplies, washer and dryer, and everything else you need to make you feel at home. The location is great - lots of restaurants nearby and a convenience store close by as well. A bigger grocery store is about a 5 min cab drive - we ended up stocking up here for a week and made a lot of yummy breakfasts and lunch. Not only did this save us a lot of money, we enjoyed using local ingredients to make our meals. We ate all our meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We spent a lot of lazy days at the pool - the infinity pool is really nice and there were plenty of lounge chairs to relax and kick back. Everything about renting this condo was so easy. Ian, the owner was very helpful in every way and answered all my questions, no matter how small or trivial :). Alex, the manager, met us at arrival and gave us the overview of the condo and also gave us good tips of local restaurants. We are already talking about coming back here. It really is a very special place. One tip - cab drivers never knew where the condo was so it's easier to say it's near the hotel "Villa Varadero."

“Best holiday ever” Everything was fabulous. The fantastic condo, the beautiful interior, the location couldn't be better. A few steps to the pool and another few steps to the ocean. From the first moment it was breathtaking. Susana and Rebecca, the two marvelous staff, did a absolut best job ever to make us the most delicious food and clean up for us every day. Rosina helped us out with all our questions and fix whatever we asked for without a doubt. We travelled the hole way from Sweden without knowing not more than I read on internet, we could even end up on the beach without a condo just cheated ( who knows this days?) I can honestly say I had very high expectations, and for once, ALL my expectations was fullfilled with the highest score. How can I describe a place like this, all the beauty you see with your eyes, all the comfort your body can feel all the things you can do, the beachclubs, the experiences with the fab company Puerto Vallarta adventures and so on..... I can do the list so long. We didn't have time to do evertything we really wanted to because we were so pleased and satisfied to stay at the condo. We had it all there. The only thing I could complain is the 2 last nights there , we stayed for 11 nights, we had some neighbor called and complained at us that we were noisy. Yes, we were laughing and talking, we were 11 persons( we had some friends living in another hotel there on visit) at the terass and playing cards, so naturally our voices was loud. But the clock was before 9 in the evening, it was a friday and the same on saturday. Of course we stop and go to bed, but this incident was the only thing I could complain. We were so lucky that we had better neighbors the rest of the days, otherwise it could destroy the hole vacation. I mean, if you stay in a condo with other people, you must like people and accept they are living around you. If it's a big party nighttime, I fully accept it's not acceptable, but before 9 and just having a good time, not a party, it's too much. Maybe you better stay alone in a private vila without close neighbors. Except this, which I already forgotten by now, this was the best holiday ever with family and good friends celebrating my 50 years anniversary. From my heart: I will thank you Mike, to let us stay in your absolutely most stunning place, with light beautiful energies and everything that comes with that ;)

“Great building, great location” I've stayed here three times over the past three years, and I'll definitely be back. The condo itself beautiful with high end finishes and a million dollar view. The building has a pool and hot tub, and its gate opens directly to the beach. I could never leave the condo and be content, but it's only a short walk from great restaurants and activities in Punta Mita. Punta Mita is a great little town that is nice, yet not overrun with tourists. Ask for Gerardo at the marina for a great fishing trip. The location is also convenient to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita if you're looking for a bigger town for a side trip. I'm already looking forward to my next trip.

“A week in Paradise” We had a wonderful relaxing week. All the tips and suggestions that Barbara Tucker left were the best. We loved the kitchen!!! Altho we had most meals out it was lovely being able to fix our slushy drinks and snacks for just kicking back and relaxing. Definately a place to put on the list to go back to only next time it has to be at least 2 weeks.

“Great family vacation” We just got back from another great stay at Sayulita Suites! Our kids are 4 years older now (12 and 14) and we all stayed comfortably in the Tulip suite. We really enjoyed surfing on the boogie boards provided. We also hung out in the beautiful front courtyard in the shade, reading and sketching, and enjoyed drinks with Lyn on the rooftop patio with its splendid view. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed - right down the blender for pina coladas! We were able to take the 5 minute walk into town for dinner or cook at home using great local produce and delicious fresh fish. A most memorable stay that we look forward to repeating!

“We have stayed here 3 times and love it!” Beautifully decorated,sunny rooms.Kitchen is well equipped. Our favorite area is the front balcony,with its cool breezes,overlooking the pool. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes into the town, along the beach or on the roads. The town has good choices in restaurants and a French bakery, which we frequent every morning. A local man comes around to the balcony every morning selling muffins.

“Great Place! Will be coming back to Quintas Del Mar 1 - #705” This is an excellent place. On the 7th floor overlooking a nice pool, grounds, and the Pacific ocean. Brightly painted, extremely well equipped, one BR two bath condo. Pool and grounds nicely done, with plenty of palapas and nice loungers for laying on the beach. Very secure, with community and building guards. Buses run frequently into town where restaurants are plentiful and inexpensive. Minor improvements could make this place even better. Dvd player needs to be added (we requested but never received from property manager). Pool was too cold to comfortably swim in during our april stay. Other nearby facilities heat their pools. Tennis court is almost unplayable and needs to be resurfaced. Tv system in condo is on "basic" cable, so watching sports at night requires a trip to a sports bar.

“Perfect Place for a Wonderful Family Retreat” The ten weeks spent in Punta Esmeralda Huanacaxtle 201 were a joy. The accommodation was excellent for our family and friends to visit and enjoy. Our Property manager attended to all our requests,although few, as the condo is well cared for by the owner and propery manager. We loved the location as we were between two towns of Bucerias and La Cruz that provide all the amenities one could ever need. We truly love Mexico and this provided us with everything one would need for a wonderful winter hiatus!

“Greatest time ever!” We have been there twice, in spring break 2009 and 2010. The apartments are amazing, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything was working properly, so we were able to cook some nice meals, watch some movies, rest and enjoy our time there. I went there with my family and my cousins and we had a great time. The pool is great, the view of the beach and amazing sunsets. There is security 24hrs so its also very safe. You will definitely have a great time here!

“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Fabulous place for a large group” We can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was in the Amara Penthouse. Four couples stayed for eight days and the space was great. We never felt crowded or like we were on top of each other. The private terrace was amazing. The views were spectacular and the added space was perfect for coffee in the morning while we planned our day, or using the grill in the evening to cook the fish we bought at the fresh fish market in town. The location is wonderful – located in the center of everything it seemed. We didn’t have far to walk if we wanted to go into Amara and we could walk the beach in both directions. If you look at the pictures and think the penthouse is nice, wait until you actually arrive – the pictures don’t do it justice. We found the owners extremely helpful and easy to work with. They offered suggestions on things to do and answered every question we posed. We highly recommend this rental property and hope to one day be lucky enough to stay there again.

“Great views from both balconys” We enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool at the complex and the beach club were spectacular. The walk back from the beach club was the hardest as it was a long uphill climd to the condo.
