“A Cozy Retreat” Fivespot is everything a little cabin should be--cozy, functional, beautiful and tucked away. Mahalia was very easy to work with and included so many thoughtful details--candied ginger in the cabinet to ward off carsickness on the windy roads and a fireplace with logs ready to go, just to name a couple. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite mountain retreat.

“Breezy” We had a blast here , everything was organized and well thought out . Everything was labeled with pictures . We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family . We normally come with a bigger group and stay at snowflower #24 but if you have a smaller group this is the one to rent you won’t be disappointed trust me Don’t forget the views !

“Steve's place was very, very welcoming” Steve's place was perfect. Not only was it clean and comfortable, it was very, very welcoming. Steve left a lot of guides and tips that made it easy for us to plan out our days at Mammoth Lakes and find good restaurants at night. The hot tub and pool were also great after a day of long hikes! It was also our first time at Mammoth Lakes and booking online, and Steve was very patient and kind to us during the process. I definitely would recommend his place, and Mammoth Lakes, to anyone interested.

“Good Stuff!” This place was perfect for us. ~2 adults and 3 kids in the master (2 kids in the closet Queen bed, and the baby in a pack n play & still tons of room) ~2 adults in the 2nd bedroom down stairs with their 2 kids in the closet Queen bed. ~3rd adult in the Queen in the loft ~4th adult babysitter in the bed in the loft next to the bunk beds, We had tons of room. It was nice. Enjoyed eating at the long table, and partying at the large island. Did a night at the pool with the kids and relaxed at the Hot Tub. It was nice as they had all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed, and even had spices, salt and pepper, so we didn't have to buy it to use it once. My only suggestion would be to possibly place a humidifier in each room, so we would have the option of running some moisture in the room. The air is so dry, and after being wind chapped on the mountain, we ran the heater a lot, so it made it even worse. We walked to the Village and had dinner and drinks multiple time a day. Its literly that close. Maybe 80 steps... Amazing. We actually ended up calling them and staying a 3rd night, and they give a discount if you extend your stay. I would deff stay there again, and next trip up there, we will hopefully be able to stay there again!!!

“OMG!!!! This was the Best House - We could not ask for better” Not enough words to say how great and the owners were (WOW) - pick them - Best of the Best First of all they were so nice to make sure we knew how to get to them giving us in's and outs to get to them. 2nd they were there to show us around to make sure we knew everything. 3rd they have everything you could think of to make it a great trip 4th this house is so big open with a great view of the water fall that my family loved 5th it was the best bed I have slept in 6th the owner deigned it and built it himself and its like a dream house They even loaned us fishing poles for my daughter and I could use if we had time. Yelena and Gene we thank you for all you did and do and we look forward to staying with you for years to come TO All people reading this Stop reading and book this before someone else does.. “Perfect Location and Owner” Couldn't have asked for a better week with our family! Location was perfect, we skied in and skied out each morning, never got in the car except to go to Mammoth Brewery and stock up on IPa growlers. With an early checkin, thanks to Peter who worked to accomodate everything and anything. Our kids loved the place, sledding right in front of the condo while my husband and I were able to sit on the couch and watch by the cozy fire. Beds are extremely comfortable, easy to cuddle into after a long day on the slopes. Kitchen was perfect size and had everything that was needed. Pool and spa are right outside the balcony which we used each night after the slopes, again perfect size and such friendly people. Overall... Perfect! There was even a cozy blanket on the couch... Cannot wait to get back!

“Awesome house” We enjoyed the views in the evening. GREAT location centrally located to visit Yosemite, Kings Canyon, or Sequoia National Park. Good roads with scenic views. Liza responds to any questions quickly and the Caretaker Steve is a new west coast brother. He even called me a few days in advance to let me know the house would be available if I wanted to check in earlier in the day so we could have extra time to sightsee and he told me what roads to travel for the best views on the way in. it's not often you get a call offering to let you check in early. In a word awesome place!!!

“This place is awesome!” We were so happy with our Vegas experience. Franco and Kay were amazing hosts. We arrived on Easter for our 8 night stay. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find hidden Easter eggs in the yard along with candy filled baskets for our 3 children. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, game room and even the dog Copper. We found all of there suggestions very helpful. Franco even got us free tickets to a magic show on the strip. In short, we loved this place and would go back again if we were to visit Vegas again.
