“Great Position, Great Condo, Great Place.” My Husband, 5yr old & I visited St Augustine for the first time & we stayed at Sand In My Shoes for a week to finish off our 3 week vacation. From arriving everyone was very helpful & welcoming, from the beaming smiles & waves from the guards who were manning the entrance to the very helpful staff at reception. On entering the condo there was a wonderful welcome basket from the owners with a some thoughtful necessities & instructions to help us settle in, which we were very gratefully for. The place itself was very clean & welcoming. The home is very spacious with comfy seating and great views over the large pond. The bedrooms are very spacious & everything was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The place is very well stocked & the owners have thought of everything possible to help make our stay as easy & enjoyable as possible. We visited the beach daily as its only a few mins walk to reach the most beautiful white sanded beach. & Although we visited in August the beach was quiet & we enjoyed the feeling of being on a nearly 'private; beach. St Augustine itself was a great place to visit with lots of local history. We had a wonderful time exploring the fort & pirate museum & strolling through the old town looking in all the little boutiques. My family & I have been visiting Florida every year for the last 15 years & we will definitely be returning to St Augustine sometime in the future as we found it to be the best seaside town we have had the pleasure of visiting in Florida so far. The next time we do visit St Augustine we will definitely return to Sand In My Shoes, & I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a stress free vacation in a beautiful, well stocked home by the beach, in a beautiful historic town.

“Great value for the Money” Well equiped, loaded with cool furniture and very clean beach condo. we are adding this review at the request of the owner as this is a new site for them.We really enjoyed our stay as the beach was wonderful, bikes fun, Club really beautiful and convenient to everything yet some $250 less then other rentals. new mattress was much appreciated. We also have stayed at the owners newest condo and while quite a bit more expensive, was beautiful. these owners are really easy to deal with and go out of their way to make your visit a good one. we will return to this Club and probably one of the owners two condos as they really were quite good.

“Love staying at this condo!” My husband and I have stayed here many times. It's very comfortable and is well stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. The beach is just steps away and very peaceful. The location is great! Daytona beach is just a few miles away, Flagler Beach is just north and Orlando is only 90 minutes away.

“Lovely Little Cottage, Walking Distance to So Much!” This was my second stay at the Cozy Casas, my husband and I stayed in April, and loved it so much we decided to come back. Sadly, my husband wasn't able to come this week because of work issues, so I came by myself. I must say, my week at the beach flew by! I brought my surfboard and surfed every day. I really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the front porch and checking out the waves. Also, this place is so close to so many cute restaurants and shops. I was pleasantly surprised at how uncrowded the beach was for July! It was a real treat! To top it all off, I had the amazing pleasure of surfing with dolphins AND one beautiful night, I got to see a mother sea turtle come ashore to lay her eggs. What a lovely little spot! I loved feeling like I had my own little apartment on the beach.
