“Fantastic time at Narcissus House” Our family rented this house and we loved it. Our walk to the beach was several blocks, but the scenery was wonderful. The temperature in Florida was cooler than other times we had visited, but the heated pool with the partial cover was a plus for us this year. Even though the temperatures were cooler and the wind was blowing, the pool was protected and we had fun! The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all of our meals there and on the outdoor grill. The house was clean and has lots of storage space with extra towels and linens. The kids enjoyed the pool toys that someone had left for us to enjoy.

“Great rental...NEARLY perfect.” My group of friends and I have a tradition to go to a beach house each summer. Finding something that has ample sleeping spaces, proximity to the beach, all within our price range can be a challenge. We were excited to find Forever Sunshine. We rented both the upper and lower units and were, overall very happy! Pros: - Location: you really can't beat the location. Maybe 25 steps to the beach. The beach that it's connected to also seems a bit further down from the super commercialized area, so it didn't feel overrun, even on Memorial Day. - Customer Service: We were also impressed by the customer service. They even brought us fresh cookies on the first day! We also had an incident with some locals who inflicted some damage on the property and they were very understanding and even let us know what was happening. - Space: Both units offered MORE than enough space for me and my friends. We only pulled out 2/4 couches each day and had room to spare. Cons: - Provided amenities: Hand soap, dishsoap, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent were not provided. Paper goods, trash bags, and grilling stuff were provided, but minimal (or maybe they were leftover by the last folks staying?). This is all outlined in the rental agreement but I think it would be great if they had an option to add to your rental amount and have these things provided for you, since it seems like a waste to buy all of that for shorter stays. - House Design/Decor: One complaint was you can't get upstairs from the inside. I see how this is convenient when the units are rented separately but for us it was just a bit of a bother to always go outside to go upstairs/downstairs. We also couldn't get the TV upstairs to work--granted we didn't try very hard, ask about it, and didn't miss it but just a minor annoyance. Finally, the Tiki Hut outside seemed just a bit precarious, probably could have done with some screw tightening on the seats. The decor is also a bit cheesy, and one painting even depicted the Trail of Tears. Although the painting may have been appropriate for a gallery setting or educational purposes, in the context of the beach house with no educational component I found it rather exploitative, inappropriate, and offensive. Overall though my friends and I had a great time! Would definitely consider staying again. Thanks!

“Wonderful Vacation Stay!” I was a bit nervous to go online and book a vacation home, worrying it would not be as pictured or described but I was extremely happy with the beach house and the wonderful service from Belloise Realty! We had an amazing family vacation and the house was so nice and clean and was just as pictured on the site. We will defiantly use Belloise again in the future as well as request this specif house when visiting Clearwater again!

“Great family vacation home!” We went with my parents 85 & 86 years old for their anniversary. My brother and his family of four, my other brother, and my family of five all stayed. It was very roomy and open. Clean, but just some of the cupboards in the kitchen needed a little TLC, which I didn't mind doing because the place was so nice. Pool was awesome, and clean. loved that it was salt water. We liked the fact that someone from the reality actually stopped by our first day to make sure everything was alright. One of the futon's was a little hard, but we just switched beds. The only other thing was a visit from a pretty good sized Palmetto bug. There was bug spray which handled it fine.It's Florida! Would go back, and thinking of it again. Loved it!

“Fabulous!” Owner was great! Condo is everything you need or want. Every detail is perfect. Pool was just steps away.

“Outstanding as usual.” Second year staying at the Avalon. Great location! About 5 miles to the beach one way, and about 6.5 the other way. Everything needed is within walking distance. Pool is great if the beach isn't your thing. Excellent workout room.

“Just perfect!!!” I can't think of any way the condo could have been better. The view is PERFECT. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, Keurig coffee maker, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, beach chairs, toys, even a cooler, DVDs, games... everything was there. The only thing we couldn't find was a vase for flowers! We managed with a large water glass. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment on that. The beach was uncrowded and had fresh sand. The condo was super clean and bright. Even the exterior halls were hosed down each morning. Thank you so much Kay for a great vacation!

“Great condo” The condo was clean and very well appointed. Edith was reachable and a good communicator. Convenient location to Publix, restaurants, etc. The pool was nice, and gym was basic but usable. I would give the unit itself a 5 rating. However, there were two disappointments with the facility, neither of which has to do with the unit, but impacted our use. Although the pool says they are open dawn to dusk, the gates are locked with chains and padlocks until someone gets there to open it, so swimming and using the gym early in the morning was not an option. Frustrating if you prefer an early workout.

“Would stay again and again” From the moment I inquired about the condo Doreen , the owner was always right there to answer any questions we had and we had a lot ! The condo is so perfect . It was immaculate and had every comfort of home you could want or think of . The beds were so comfortable and provided a great nights sleep . The condo is so peaceful and quiet you can't help but relax . Having coffe on the balcony overlooking the pool was something we looked forward to every morning . The pool is fabulous as well . I really can't say enough positive things . We will without a doubt stay again ! Thank you Doreen Resa

“get away” My experience was kinda shaky at first , I was given the wrong gate code to get in complex, plus there were a couple of wristbands for pool entry missing and a blind that was messed up,but was able to be fixed in about 15 minutes. Our reservations were never given to property managers at office as well, but as soon as Jennifer responded she was able to take care of that. I have been to 2 other units there and this unit is the most modern by far and is very clean,and a great spot in the complex.

“Harbor View Grande Suite # 707 Excellent 5 Star *****” A Big Thank you to the owners and Staff of 707. The accommodations where beyond our expectations. The décor was professionally done and the Suite was spotless upon arrival. The champagne was a special treat and all the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers for our use was that extra touch. Harborview is centrally located to all shops and restaurants. The balcony views from sunrise to sunset was truly magnificent. Highly recommend to all friends and relatives. Will definitely return. “Great views” Great place in a good location and awesome views of the intercoastal. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the boats go by. Would definitely stay there again if i am in the area.

“Clearwater stay” The condo was very comfortable and close to all amenities. There was a couple of minor repairs that needed to be made ie screen doors for the deck area but did not effect us greatly. Great time and would rent again if returning to Clearwater.
