“Location, Location, Location!” LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, From start to finish this Rental property was so Easy to rent. The owner Erik felt like someone I had know forever. Very personable and very attentive. Loved that it felt like home and not a museum you couldn't live in. I had My Daughters and they're husbands and 4 grandchildren and they all had such a great time. Loved that we were able to walk down to main street without having to drive and park. Thank you so much Erik, enjoyed your home and would most definitely stay there again. Maybe a Girlfriends weekend, next! :)

“Great place!” I loved staying at this condo. The unit has recently been renovated and was very clean. The studio side has a view of the mountain and is located just steps from the ski slopes and among the shops and restaurants. The bedroom has its own bathroom and television and the bed was very comfortable. The living room area is roomy and has a very comfortable queen murphy bed that folds out of the wall if needed. The unit also has a second bathroom and a well-stocked kitchenette with nice appliances. There are also balconies off of both the living room and the bedroom overlooking the skating rink. The unit couldn't be any more conveniently located for skiing; it's located right next to the lift ticket windows and is practically on the payday run. It is also right by a bus stop which was nice because I didn't rent a car but was still able to get around town to meet friends, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

“24 Daly - An Unexpected Pleasure” As long time visitors to Park City, we knew what to expect from the town and the skiing. However, 24 Daly was an unexpected pleasure. From the excellent location to the little details: massage chair, the spa, tasteful d?cor, comfortable beds, and master bath shower; your bungalow surprised us with its unique charm. “Family gathering in Park CIty” This condo was really nice. It has been remodel and updated. It states has air conditioning it did but was not central air., Had 2 window AC's in one bedroom upstairs and one on main level. Did have a room air conditioner in the main living room which worked well, but was noisy. There was also a room air conditioner upstairs that was in the bathroom which kept the bathroom cool but took a good 36 hours before cooling the upstairs off. So bedroom upstairs with out the window cooler is very hot to sleep in. View from balcony is another building. Swimming pool is very small, diffidently can not do laps in this pool. We were lucky that we were the only ones at the pool so it worked out just fine. Was like having our own private pool. Kitchen was well stocked and we had 10 adults and 2 toddlers and there was plenty of room for us.
