“Perfect winter vacation” We were very fortunate to find this gem in Park City for our winter vacation. We lived in this very large and well appointed condo for two full months. Scott and family were incredibly easy to work with and made our stay so nice. The location is fantastic! We are across the street from Fresh Market, Rite aid and Starbucks (as well as many other useful businesses). We were also maybe a 5 minute walk to the Park City Mountain Resort, which is where we had our season passes to snowboard. Another huge plus is the buses here are free to use, and the bus stop is just out front of the complex (2 min walk max). We often took buses to Main Street, which was maybe a 5 minute ride. Very convenient. The condo itself is very large, plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fantastic, and had much more then we expected. Most vacation rentals have the bare minimum with dishes, glasses and cookware, but not here. They had enough to create a feast for 15 (which we didn't, but could have!). The downstairs living area with 1/2 bathroom was great and very open. Nice large TV, the sofa couch was quite comfortable, and the dining room was great for playing games. The high ceiling made this floor plan very open, letting in a lot of light from the second story skylights and floor to ceiling windows. Upstairs there are two full master suites that are separated by a sitting room which we used as an office. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are very well sized, you have plenty of room for everything. We preferred the first bedroom off the stairs as it was a bit warmer. Although the back bedroom has it's own heating system. During the summer, the back bedroom with the balcony would be awesome. The pool, hot tub and sauna in the main area of the complex is great! We met a lot of cool travelers there, and it was a huge plus that the pool was heated, we estimated around 80 degrees. We highly recommend this condo, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Park City!

“Great place!” I loved staying at this condo. The unit has recently been renovated and was very clean. The studio side has a view of the mountain and is located just steps from the ski slopes and among the shops and restaurants. The bedroom has its own bathroom and television and the bed was very comfortable. The living room area is roomy and has a very comfortable queen murphy bed that folds out of the wall if needed. The unit also has a second bathroom and a well-stocked kitchenette with nice appliances. There are also balconies off of both the living room and the bedroom overlooking the skating rink. The unit couldn't be any more conveniently located for skiing; it's located right next to the lift ticket windows and is practically on the payday run. It is also right by a bus stop which was nice because I didn't rent a car but was still able to get around town to meet friends, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

“Flawless Stay in a Perfect Location” My family and I have stayed at this gorgeous house on several occasions, both winter (with some of the best powder I've ever seen) and summer, and we believe we have found the perfect vacation home the Park City area. The house itself is a turn-of-the-century classic that has been meticulously restored and maintained. There is cable television and wireless internet as well as a reserved parking space. It is built on three levels, with a walk-out patio on the lower level that has a large hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes. The appliances are all new and the interior temperature was very comfortable, indicating a well-insulated home with an effective Hvac system. The most striking feature is the flawless location in Old Town Park City, just a block off Main Street. We typically ski Park City, Deer Valley, and The Canyons. The bus stop for Deer Valley was less than a block away, and the Town Lift for Park City was a few feet further. The Canyons is about a 5 minute drive. Generally, there is no need to ever drive while you are here because everything is so close, including ski rental shops, boutiques, taverns and restaurants, all within a few hundred feet of the house. For Park City, you can ski all the way to the bottom of the town lift and walk the remaining city block to the house. The house has a full kitchen, including dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer to keep your ski clothing fresh. Both the owners and property manager were excellent to work with, and there were absolutely no problems checking in or out of the property. We plan to return this summer and next winter to beautiful Park City and will definately stay at this house. I highly recommend a stay here.

“24 Daly - An Unexpected Pleasure” As long time visitors to Park City, we knew what to expect from the town and the skiing. However, 24 Daly was an unexpected pleasure. From the excellent location to the little details: massage chair, the spa, tasteful d?cor, comfortable beds, and master bath shower; your bungalow surprised us with its unique charm. “No hassles” My wife and I stayed at Red Pine W3 for five nights in February 2013, joining our younger son and his family staying in a nearby unit. The biggest problems we had were: (a) not being able to enter because we were at the wrong building--coming from behind through the snow two of the buildings look alike; (b) figuring out how to make the gas fireplace go on and off; and (c) reaching the microwave on top of the refrigerator. Easy fixes for all ! What we liked best were: (a) plenty of bath towels; (b) more kitchen equipment than most rentals offer; and (c) the club house a few steps away with swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. (It just needed a ping pong table to be complete.) Wi-fi and cable TV worked well.

“Great location and perfect for a group!” Hidden Creek 32B was perfect for a guys trip for 6. Everyone got there own bed and there were 2 to spare (but top of bunk beds). Directly across the street from the Cabriolet as well as the PC Shuttle stop made it easy to drop back in during a day at the Canyons or catching the shuttle to the nightlife and restaurants in downtown Park City. We cooked most of our own meals in the condo with plenty of dishes/pots/pans etc... Private hot tub was awesome after multiple days in a row on the slopes. WiFi worked well too. Visits to the No Name Saloon and High West Distillery are a must. Park City Canyon Properties was great to work with! Highly recommend PC Canyon Properties and especially this property.

“Outstanding living facilities” We really loved this place. It had all the amenities we needed. Very large comfortable TV area,WiFi and all the latest kitchen utensils. The two sided outside porch area gave us a clear view of the valley and mountains. The garage parking had easy access to the condo. The condo was very clean. The property managers, Bryan and Sonja, were very professional,helpful, courteous and took care of all our requirements. Shopping, Walmart and library close by. Ray & Val

“Faboulas family time with kids and grandkids playing in the snow” Park West Town Home 3987, was the perfect size for our multi-generation family of 11. The back yard, our grandkids sledding hill, and the hot tub made the family vacation extra special and memorable. We greatly appreciated the discount on lift tickets and how close the ski lifts were, not walking distance, but 5 minutes away. Sonjia & Bryan responded quickly to everything we ask of them during our stay and made us feel welcome. Thank you. The location to Salt Lake City and Park City was great, everything we needed or wanted to do was close enough and we loved the privacy and quiet of a home in a good neighborhood setting. The kitchen is big enough with two dinning tables to seat all of us. We enjoyed cooking and eating at home rather than eating out. We would stay here again and recommend this Town Home for family vacations, it's very comfortable and homey. We found the fireplaces not useable or hard to use. The washer & dryer could be upgraded as they are to basic for all fabrics and drying options. We arrived December 26th and celebrated New Year 2013 together with our family leaving January 2nd for home in Texas. Town Home was not decorated for the holidays, this worked well for us, gave us more space in the living areas and kept it simple, less clutter.

“We lucked out!!” What a fantastic ski trip!! We go skiing to a different resort every year for the Superbowl and the home was fabulous...we did not rent a car, walked across the street to the Canyons to ski and the shuttle bus was right out the front door. House was perfect, very clean and equipped with everything we needed.Would definitely come back to stay if we come back to Utah!!!
