“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything. A special thanks to anna for being so helpful with her recommendations for shopping and dining. We look forward to coming back soon!

“this was a very nice house and location.” We really enjoyed our stay at Turner. The location was private but had very easy access to the beach. The house itself was one of the nicest we've stayed in; it was well kept, nicely furnished and well-equipped with kitchen supplies that were in excellent condition. I would recommend this place highly.

“Memorable, relaxing, family centered week at the beach.” The Blue anchor was perfect for our family. Loved the layout of the house, the large screened front porch, the deck and yard. The kitchen was well provided with dishes, glasses and cooking utensils and we took advantage of the gas ring on the grill to do a seafood boil. Large dining area was center for all our family meals on the closed in porch behind kitchen. Short block walk to the beach made it easy to return for lunch or potty breaks for grand kids.

“Traumerei is a comfortable, enjoyable house and Dieter Co. staff” We've vacationed at Pawley's Island, Litchfield Beach since our daughter was little. She's 20 now and we still do. Traumarei is known as the flag house and is pet-friendly. Litchfield is a great place to relax and spend quality time with the family. We started using Dieter Co. 6 years ago and won't use anyone else now. Dieter Co. staff are friendly, helpful, and accomodating. You can't go wrong.

“Heron Marsh 99” Unit was very nice, location is great. Had to contact Litchfield Real Estate three times to have old laundry removed, but can't hold the owner responsible for that. We would stay here again!

“This was a wonderful house for our family!” We were in town for our son's wedding and wanted to have a house, rather than hotel rooms for our large family. This house is beautiful and very comfortable. All the amenities we desired. Dieter Company accommodated all of our needs, including less than a full week's rental. Location is perfect, close to the entrance to Litchfield.

“Amazing” It's not the first time we make affair with Dieter Company and always we have been satisfied. The Litchfield Retreat it's like our second home. It's quiet, clean and nearby of facilities. The staff of Dieter is competent and so kind particularly Jaque. Tank you for all you make for us, it' very appreciate. Excuse my bad english because we are french canadian.

“Second row at it's best!” This one is just steps away from the beach...I have stayed in many homes and condos in this area since 1987, this home was very comfortable, lots of space with three master suites. Many times landlords do not take the time to make sure the beds are comfy... no complaints here! The outside areas are wonderful for gathering in the evenings. The kitchen is very well equipped and all of the systems (Hvac, Water Heaters, icemakers, etc)were working well. The only suggestion I would make is to update the TV in the top living area.. other than that we will see you next year!

“Beautiful!!” This rental condo was so beautiful! It was well stocked and the furniture was comfortable and clean. Even though it is technically 2nd row, the unobstructed view of the ocean was great. The pool is big. The community of Inlet Point is quiet and uncrowded.

“Wonderful!” We have stayed at Southern Dunes for many years and have always loved being there. It may not have the ultimate in updated chi-chi decor or kitchen or bathrooms with granite counters etc, but it is still very nice. The location near the north end of the beach can't be beat, and you have everything you need at your fingertips. It's great for folks who like being outdoors; there's a small screened porch for enjoying meals outside where you can hear and watch the ocean and feel the breeze, the deck on the house and the "fantail" on the dunes are great for enjoying cocktails, dolphin or water-bird watching, and reading in the afternoon. There's loads of room on the deck for plenty of folks to gather. The bedrooms all have private baths, and are very comfortably sized. All but one open onto a balcony or deck and can be kept open for an ocean breeze at night, temperature permitting. The only thing I would change might be to have newer, more comfortable mattresses that don't sag.

“Beautiful experience” Very comfortable, relaxing accommodations. Thoroughly enjoyed the great views and sunrise. Easy walk to the beach. For senior citizens, the downstairs bedrooms could be a problem. Looking forward to next year.

“Clean & Great Value” We had a wonderful time in Pawleys Island and the condo was terrific. It was spacious, open, comfortable and clean! The enclosed porch and view were spectacular. The unit was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and bath house the last day and again the whole facility was well manicured and clean; something very important to us.

“Outstanding Condo” We were very impressed with the condo from the minute we walked through the door. I feel like it is our home away from home and am looking forward to going back soon. The condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed to cook meals for our family, including a charcoal BBQ grill outside. The beds were extremely comfortable and the furniture looked brand new. We went to the beach during the day and to the pool and Jacuzzi in the evenings. There is a pool/jacuzzi across the street from the condo, which was very nice and then a bigger pool a short drive away. The residents we met at the pool were very nice and welcoming. We made use of the balcony to relax in the morning with a cup of tea and in the evening with a nice cold beverage. The True Blue grounds are nicely landscaped. We had previously stayed at other condos in the Myrtle Beach area, but we will never go back that way. This is way more laid back and not so commercial. Lots of local shopping spots, we liked BiLo supermarket, Bargain Beachwear, Quigley's for dinner (get the nachos) and definitely go to Surf The Earth. We did drive to Myrtle Beach - Broadway at the Beach for an evening of something different to do. I can't wait to come back for another visit. I highly recommend Mickey's condo for your family.

“Have stayed in unit for past 5 years” I have rented Nadines unit for the past 5 years and have never had a problem, The unit has been upgraded over the years and has always been very clean. All of the units appliances work as they should, and the air condition was always cold. I will continue to rent this unit for our two week summer vacations. Thank you Nadine.
