“Great Condo and Resort” The condo and location were lovely. Right on the beach and a wonderful balcony with beach views and ocean breezes. Right next to an RV park so no hotels blocking the ocean view. Resort has several pools and jacuzzis and easy access to ocean. The only issues we had were of the maintenance type. The table and chairs were very wobbly and with half of the chairs unable to be used. Master bed was so uncomfortable we had to buy a mattress topper. We couldn't get the lights to work in the kitchen or spare room and had to replace all light bulbs. The owner was quick to reply to our requests and did send a replacement lamp for the spare room. Overall it was a fun week and the condo had everything we needed to cook and relax after enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.

“Just what I needed” Ok, let's get the little things out of the way. The cabinets have a little wear, a couple of little spots on the carpet and a little nick in the wallpaper, who cares your at the beach. I only mention those things because of all of the reviews I have read on beach rentals it seems some would like perfection. For me and my family this was great! Up one floor from the main level, right off of the elevator, 3 flat screen tv's, and even the sleeper sofa was not bad. The only thing dividing you and the beach was the deck on the main level. Great view because you are oceanfront and just high enough to see everything. Would I stay again? You can bet on it. All four of us really enjoyed it because we went to be on the beach, not to entertain in the condo but if the weather isn't behaving, the flat screens and dvd player should help. Seriously, if you are looking for a nice comfortable place right on the beach I don't think you could go wrong with this condo.

“The condo was absolutely amazing.” The condo was very nice and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The condo stayed cool even during the hot 100 degree weather. The only suggestions I have is that the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced, they are old and damaged and not safe to cook with and we had to purchase a few to cook breakfast. The washer is very loud and probably should also be replaced. The condo could have a few extra bath towels, and some cleaning supplies to clean the kitchen. Getting the keys was simple and the place was easy to find. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the condo was amazing.

“Great Place - Wonderful condo!” Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and the condo was great, with exception of the air conditioning. It never got hot in the condo, however, the temperature never got above 75 degrees. The unit was low on freeon, according to the maintenance company that we called. If they came out to put the freeon in, we could not tell any difference the whole week we stayed. All-in-all though, we will be going again, and probably staying in the same unit again, as we loved the amenities in the condo, (decor & kitchen).
