“Fantastic Family Vacation Rental” This house felt like we'd borrowed a friend's beloved beach house for the week, not a generic rental. It's not in pristine condition (just like any other personal home), but that was a relief since we had three boys. It is in very good condition---very comfortable---only negative that comes to mind was that downstairs bedrooms were a bit warm. Fabulous location. Friendly, helpful rental company. Would definitely rent again or recommend to others.

“Heron Marsh 99” Unit was very nice, location is great. Had to contact Litchfield Real Estate three times to have old laundry removed, but can't hold the owner responsible for that. We would stay here again!

“Right by the ocean” Nice place, due to proximity to the ocean. Nothing fancy, older house, but certainly adequate. Best part was big front porch with lots of rockers, & a table & chairs where we played games. Also, a private boardwalk out to the ocean. Second floor has a much better view, but downstairs is still a good place for the money.

“Labor day weekend” Comfortable house, close to the beach. Perfect location. Everything we needed was there. We had a blast!

“beach fun” We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is a bit worn and dated but was clean and comfortable. Since it is up for sale I understand the reluctance to spend a lot of money to update ( especially the carpet ). However, I would rent this place again because of its location right on the beach, A/C that actually worked when you have had enough heat, and most important because the house was dog friendly as was the beach ( with leash ). I would not have rented otherwise.

“Home away from home!” Our month-long stay at Stewart was all that we could have asked for and more. We were convenient to everything - the beach, shopping, restaurants, historical sites, etc. etc. The only adjustment during our stay was climbing those steps (-: Of course the steps were no surprise to us - we just didn't realize just how many times we would be going up and down each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made some wonderful memories.

“Our family had a wonderful time! Joyce's Place was perfect for” Joyce's Place is, as others have mentioned, a bit dated, but the space is great for a large group, the location right on the ocean is perfect, and the sun room is a fabulous place to look out on the ocean in comfort. It turned out to be a great place for my two youngest grandchildren to play. Having the bedroom area closed off worked well also. This place reminded us of when we used to vacation in Litchfield when my children were young. We had six adults and five children and were very comfortable. Negatively, the ants were still in the kitchen and the aC needed help from all the many ceiling fans.

“Beautiful experience” Very comfortable, relaxing accommodations. Thoroughly enjoyed the great views and sunrise. Easy walk to the beach. For senior citizens, the downstairs bedrooms could be a problem. Looking forward to next year.

“A wonderful week at Edgar's headache” We have been fortunate enough to stay at Edgar's Headache each summer for more than 25 years, need I say more. Edgar's is a wonderful place for a family vacation. This summer there were eleven in our group. The teenagers were downstairs but still apart of the family because of the inside staircase at "Edgars" the kids have the advantage of being able to fish when not at the beach. We just love our beach week in "Edgars." If there was a negative, it would be the need for a few more glasses and cereal bowls. After all "Edgars" is a house for 12. Minor things were immediately corrected- hooks on shower door, screening in porch door repaired.

“South Litchfield Beach Condo with breathtaking ocean view” We came to Litchfield Beach to celebrate our 30th anniversary and this condo was absolutley beautiful. The oceanview from the living room took our breath away. We spent many hours on the spacious balcony watching the ocean waves and tides. We were able to see marine life inluding dolphins and yes sharks! We enjoyed our meals on the balcony also. The furniture in this condo was very comfortable, we loved the decor and the kitchen was very well equipped. We didn't watch very much TV because the oceanview was so commanding and beautiful you just couldn't take your eyes off of it. Inlet Point is a beautiful, quiet and relaxing residential community. Walks on the beach were so relaxing. We also enjoyed our walks to the marsh. The pools were beautiful, quiet and clean. Our trip was awesome and we definitely want to return to Inlet Point!

“Excellent location!” What a great area! This was our first time to Litchfield Beach, and we loved it. The condo development is at the end of a road, and there is 24 hour security, which is great because the whole area is guests only. This unit in particular is located behind one of the pool areas, and about a two minute walk to the beach. Just perfect! The screened in porch was a great place to hang out in the evenings and enjoy the ocean air. However, the sliding doors were very hard to open and close. The one to the open patio was almost impossible to close from the outside. The interior of the unit was very nice and clean, but it is a little dated. However, it does have all the necessities, lots of cookware, silverware, plates, cups etc. and everything was in good working order. While we were staying in this unit I noticed that there were two holes in the ceiling of the "master" bedroom, we had to find buckets in the supply closet to put under the holes because every time the unit above us used the shower the ceiling would leak. Not a huge deal, nothing that ruined our stay by any means, just something that should be addressed. It has obviously been that way for some time, the flooring is starting to bow from the water damage. All in all this is a very nice unit, it met our needs very well, and we just loved the short walk to the beach and the boardwalk that lead out to the marsh. And the staff at Litchfield Real Estate was wonderful, booking was easy, everyone was very nice, and very willing to answer any questions. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back again soon.

“The View” Awesome house!! Every amenity and the view is spectacular. The beach is beautiful and our family loved waking up and walking right out on the beach. The kids had a great time!! There are two outdoor showers which are private and lovely. Dogs are welcome and what fun they have!!

“awesome!” One word. . Awesome! But Please don't tell anyone because I want it to be available next year! Love all the upgrades! !

“Lagerhouse July 2015” Only 3 things to say. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. From location (short walk to beach) to private pool to bedding to kitchen. We wanted for nothing. Highly recommend to anyone wanting this part of SC coast. Been going to Litchfield 20+ years and never better.

“A great place to stay!” FAMILY TIME.....It was great to gather here with family. We had 3 houses all together for our family. The pool was the central gathering place. The wi-fi was out for 2 days...still out when we left. A storm filled the pool with leaves and debris.....for 2 days. Couldn't use either for 2 days.

“Great family place! Absolutely loved it.” Very comfortable for a big crowd. Everything was just great.

“Great vacation condo” Could not have found a better condo! Outstanding beach front view and pool was directly below balcony.

“very nice!” could have had more dish cloths, towels and garbage bags. but otherwise was well stocked. we brought our own bath soap which was good because there was only a small bar for two of us for a week.

“Relaxing stay in North Litchfield Beach” This is our second year in Lone Oak over the Labor Day weekend. The house was in excellent condition and we were very happy to see a new gas grill in place. The screened porch is very nice, and enjoyed the outdoor shower. It's an easy 3 block walk to the beach. We were four couples in all and there was plenty of space for everyone. Lone Oak is convenient to shopping, restaurants and golf!

“Clean, comfortable and up to date” Quiet neighborhood, very relaxing plan to stay here during bike week for future years to come.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything.
