“Amazing view !!” This is our tenth year staying at VistaRoyale and we don't want to go anywhere else. It has to be one of the most spectacular views on the planet. Every morning you wake up to arriving cruise ships, beautiful rainbows after a morning shower, the brilliant color of the waters in the bay. And your own private infinity pool, veranda and palm tree. New cabinets, appliances and countertop this year really upgraded the kitchen. It is a perfect property to get away, relax, and unwind. The new owners are easy to deal with and very accessible. Can't wait to return!

“Totally awesome” We stayed a Le Vie En Bleu for 10 days this last July on the advice from Ted at St. Martin Reservation Center. From the moment we stepped into this wonderful villa, we knew Ted's advice was spot on. Everything about this classy home was done with the vacationers enjoyment in mind. Granted, it's a bit small but the floor plan is designed in a way that brought your every glance to the beautiful ocean right in front of you. It had all the modern amenities you'd expect to find in a five star villa rental. My wife used the oceanfront gym each morning and loved it.I could write a novel about this totally private get away in paradise but I'll just say one thing. We plan on returning next summer to Le Vie En Bleu. Thank you Ted !!!

“Gorgeous, but do not forget your bug spray.” We absolutely loved Callisto...a gorgeous property that is nicely designed with 3 "Master" bedrooms.Very clean and comfort! Everything was perfect but be forewarned...there are tons of tiny mosquitos and this is open living! The wall of sliders opens the entire villa to the gorgeous outdoor living area and the infinity pool...with spectacular views. I'll book Callisto again. Lovely property.You can't beat this place...just bring your bug spray!

“Amazing, spectacular and wonderful” I cannot praise this place enough and the service of Joanne over at the reservation center. Let me tell you a few things. So, first, Joanne. Wow, I cannot give her big enough kudos. Not only in the service level, but the comprehensive handling of this vacation. She took incredible care to make sure that this was perfect from booking a hotel room for me the night before to the car and contact information. She was incredible and top notch. Second, the Villa. From the moment that I walked in, I must have said wow, maybe 50 times. It's not only beautiful in it's location, but the Villa itself is incredible to behold. There is everything there that you would need for an incredible and relaxing stay. The kitchen...holy cow. It had everything. I don't think there was anything there that I was disappointed in. If anything the pictures don't do it justice. From the private pool to the view and the beach access, we had the best time just sitting on the patio or wading in the ocean. Heck, they even had noodles for us to use. How great is that. Plus, there is a really nice grocery store across the street which was incredibly convenient. Oh, and the view. Whoa! The view is amazing. I cannot even describe how beautiful it is. All in all, I would give this place and Joanne 1MM stars. The trip was to celebrate my 40th birthday, and I am never going to forget this trip.

“Favorite Yearly Family Vacation--St Maarten” Belle Fontaine was great and is perfect for a large family or friends to get together. We spent most of our time in the Pool & Gazebo. The house is large enough that you don't feel crowded and can go off by yourself for some quite time alone. We always felt safe since the villa is in an area that is gated and you could not get in without identification. Thanks to Ted from Odrc, this was another wonderful vacation with exceptional service.
