“Relaxing and comfortable, friendly helpful staff, without worrie” From the first contact via email, to our final in-person goodbye, this was a first class experience and villa. Every need was catered to by Sandy and her friendly accommodating staff. The villa was immaculate, the view stunning, and the pool so perfect I was almost speechless. After a long journey, the personal welcome, face towel, cold drink, and gorgeous air conditioned villa was such a luxury. All week long Sandy catered to our needs providing superb concierge services and the chef cooked every meal to perfection. Every room with its own air conditioning control was genius as we all have different tolerances. The view from our magnificent patio/living room was stunning - I believe I took 50 photos from it alone, the sunsets were worth it. If there was one thing to do to improve, it would be to provide much more drinking water free of charge. The fridge is stocked with everything except cold teas. And to find cold prosecco was a dream! Thank you so much to Mr. Capout and Sandy and staff for making our family reunion one to remember in luxurious surroundings.

“Paradise on Tha Lane Bay” It was a great accommodation. From the first to the last day of our honeymoon we enjoyed every second in the great villa. In the house there was lot of space. The bathroom with the one way looking window was great. So we could watching hummingbirds. The sleeping room had a great view to the ocean. And the best was jumping directly to the private pool :-). From the pool we could enjoy the great view to the ocean with the chalk cliffs. The well tended garden around the villa it's great to relaxing. The food and services was very excellent. So we always enjoyed our meals under the private roof outside. We had a lot of dinners with great sunsets. The organization like day-trip with car or boat was fantasic. So we felt us in good hands. Thank you very much Sandy. We enjoyed this days there very well. Lot of private ambience and the stuff is everytime helpful with a smiling on the lips. This was for us the perfect honeymoon. I think people who like to relax in good ambience and with fine service will like to stay in Tha Lane Bay. We would like to come back to the small paradise once. “My great holidays on the Samui Island, Thailand. Idyllic Resort.” In the airport I was picked up by the owner of the Idyllic Resort (Hans Beeftink) and his lovely wife (Lana Beeftink). The whole trip from the airport to the Resort takes about 10 minutes. In the Idyllic Resort I was living in the Orchid Villa. That villa is located approximately 100 meters away from the shore. And the whole way from the Villa's door to the beach is pure pleasure: at the beginning you overcome a short distance among palms and blooming bushes of orchids and then the rest of the way it is a long tunnel covered with many coloured flowers and in the end of your short trip to the beach you are met by white, clean sand and by a blue stripe of South China Sea. Probably I should mention that the beach is private and there is no access for strangers. The Orchid Villa consists of two buildings. One building includes a big fully equipped kitchen which is integrated with a cosy living room, a bedroom with a double bed and of course a toilet and a shower. As well that building has a big terrace and a summer bed outside. Another building consists of two bedrooms with toilet, shower and everything what you need for sleeping and nice time being inside of the room. Those two buildings are separated by a swimming pool with two beach beds and lawn. The Resort consists also of other Villas, they are all different but made with great taste and love in order to make you feel yourselves as at home. In the main office which is located right next to the entrance to the Resort, you can find a nice small library which is there because some people have left there many books after their holidays. There are many books in many languages, plus, DVD disks with movies and music. As well in the main office you can find a coffee machine, a fridge with fizzy drinks, high quality alcohol and chocolate. Also the Resort provides so many other services/ options which make you even happier there than you are at that moment of time!

““Absolutely loved it - book, you will not be disappointed”” An absolute delightful stay in a wonderful villa The villa surpassed expectations -ie website in honesty does not do it justice We only had 6 nights which was not long enough, but had a brilliant stay Weather was roasting hot with sunny skies.We spent most days at the villa/complex, only venturing out one day to visit an elephant village We had planned to take train down to Hua Hin from Bangkok and had arranged Willie (taxi driver / tour operator as recommended by Martin/John) to pick us up at Hua Hin station. We went to Bangkok station the night before we were due to leave to purchase tickets,and unfortunately all trains were fully booked. We were in a bit of a panic, and sent John/Martin an email and they were able to arrange at last minute for a pick up from hotel in Bangkok straight to villa - excellant service much appreciated It was absolutely blissful to relax in such a wonderful villa - pool was excellent and was in the sun pretty much from sun rise - sun set, and despite the temperature hitting ~ 100 most days was still cool and refreshing. From the moment villa was booked , the information / assistance provided by John/Martin was 1st class, and stepping in at last minute to organise transport from Bangkok was appreciated. They also provide a mobile phone, which you can phone them should any problems arise (fortunately we had none) Guide Willie has a great knowledge of local area - he was very good with my kids, and on trip to elephant safari, he took my kids on the elephant trek and they were smitten with him. We have stayed in some superb hotels in Thailand over years (the standard of hotel we could not afford in europe), and also stayed in orlando villas on numerous occasions. This villa was the best of the lot.I would not know come to Thailand for a 2 week vacation with my kids and not book a villa after this experience I would thoroughly recommend this villa, and indeed the Hua Hin area for a holiday

“Exceptionnal view - Very confortable appartment - Great location” We spent 5 days in this appartement with my husband and 2 friends ; The view from the terrace is super ; Don't miss the sunset !! We enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the jaccuzzi near the beach and the fishermen village of bang bao near by ;We had dinner often there in excellent and cheap sea food restaurants ; We booked a whole day snorkeling trip with a private boat just for the 4 of us for the price of 10,000 bath ; If you like to cook you will find every thing you may wish in this appartement ; But I should admit that the breakfast at Tantra restaurant in Bang bao was one of the best we had in Thailand ! The advice we got from the owners were very useful ; We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to come back for sure ; If you are in a honey moon - or lovers -that would be a perfect place to stay too

“Beautiful, relaxing and better than expected” Living in thailand i have rented many villas on different islands throughout thailand. choco villa is one of the best i've stayed in. it's close enough to walk to local restaurants in 10min and far enough away from the town to feel like you have peace and quiet. my family and I loved our stay and the staff was kind and very helpful. i highly recommend staying here. “Beach Paradise” "Piman Pu" is a beach paradise - a grand timber villa in Thai style with extensive tropical gardens and beautiful sea and mountain views. It is a secluded place to relax, be with friends, and enjoy island hospitality. The swimming at high tide is great or at any tide at Coconut Beach about 500 metres from the rear of the property. I've stayed more than once, and look forward to further visits. Highly recommended!

“A wonderful mountain village experience” Although it took some time to get there (we travelled from ayutthaya by nighttrain to Phrae) it was all worth the effort. We loved the small scale of the location and the friendliness and care of the staff. We were very lucky to meet another Dutch family with two children of the same age there and spent three lovely days and evenings together, going on well organised trips in the neighbourhood and enjoying simple but delicious meals together. Especially the trip into the jungle and the fishing and cooking there was an experience our children will not easily forget. The bungalows are simple but well equiped, although the beds are a bit hard in our opinion. All in all we had an unforgettable mountain village experience, which we can recommend wholeheartedly.
