“Nice villa” Spent 3 nights at Baan Manu Chang. We were assigned a driver (San) and a host (Sara) who were both very helpful and friendly. The villa was very homey, pool was great. It would have been nice if they provided condiments to cook with considering it had a kitchen - I ended up bringing some from home + buying it from Tesco. One thing, the hot water in the shower was not hot enough. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

“Highly recommended” Stayed there for 4 great days. Excellent location and brilliant sea view! Basically everything you need is there. It's only 10 mins away from Patong and Kamala beach. Will definitely go back there again for my next trip! Thumbs up for this great house!

“Excellent Villa and Amazing Staff” We spent a week over New Years and what a fantastic experience! The Villa is close to all amenities (shops, beach, restaurants etc) so you are spoilt for choice for quick lunches / dinners or bar hopping. The rooms are spacious, the house is equipped with DVD's & books and the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful! Breakfasts were out of this world and dinners amazing! Thank-you an amazing holiday!

“Perfect for the family” We arrived reasonably late, Herriot kindly arranged for our pick-up & drop-off. Check-in was breezy! It was bigger than we expected (which is never an issue!) 3 bedrooms and a living room with the pool & a bit of a garden separating them. We were a family of 6 adults and 1 toddler, this villa was a great size for us, in fact it can easily accommodate a slightly bigger group. Having the pool just right at our door step was a bonus especially after being out on a humid day. For families with wandering toddler, be mindful of the pool being just there. We didn't have any issues with Eian who is 2.7 years. We explained the pool rules to him so every time he wanted to swim he would announce it rather loudly :-). The courtyard is such a great place to chill, we spent quite a bit of time by the pool chatting and reading. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable - with plenty of towels to last us for weeks. Our room had a slight damp smell to it probably due to it not being used for a while, 2 other rooms and living room was fine. The kitchen was sufficient for cooking and there's also washing machine, tv etc - it was just like staying in a house. Some of the kitchen utensils needed to be washed before we used it due to grease but that was easily sorted. They cleaned the pool once when we were there and the garden was well kept too. There's always someone at the office to help with tours/car rental ( even on Sundays). We rented a car on our last day there with the help of the office and also hired a driver. Pisit was warm and very patient with our 'wants', even waited when we shopped at Tesco! and when he couldn't accommodate to our requests he would always find an alternative driver for us. The location of the villa is convenient as it is fairly central, it depends on what the group wants to do of course. It's about 40 mins to even the furthest part of Phuket. The next time we travel in a group to Phuket - we would definitely look into renting Jah Villa again!!

“Breathtaking, Home away from home.” My Family and I stayed in this wonderful villa while in Phuket celebrating a friends wedding. As we had immdediate family coming from both australia and the UK meeting up for the first time, it was a holiday with great expectations. “A wonderful week of relaxation.” From the time of being picked up at the airport to the time of leaving we had a super time at Cliffside Lagoon. Tom and Som did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed every aspect of our holiday. We were two families (4 adults, 4 children between ages of 10 and 6) and the villa suited all of our needs. Really comfortable, all amenities available and extremely well looked after. Transport is provided to the beaches/towns daily - long beach was our favourite - hardly anyone else on the beach and we took the small bar-b-q from the villa which was wonderful. Easy to organise boat trips to the islands from ao Nang. Or just enjoy the wonderful garden and pool at Cliffside - as well as the zip line! Thoroughly recommend this villa to families or anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Krabi, without the noise!

“This villa is fantastic” I have just stayed at this villa with my family. We had 8 adults, 3 teenagers and a 9 year old. The villa was just fantastic. You could eat as a group it had plenty of areas to sit and chat and to retreat to if so desired. The bedrooms are massive, The bathrooms are super sized. The best part of this villa is Lily and her team. They are so lovely. Lily is not only possibly the best cook on the planet she is also one of the the nicest people on the planet. She is happy to teach you some of her secrets in the kitchen or to take you to the market with her. Having Jon on stand by to take you in the minibus to explore Phuket takes the hassle out of getting about. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Lily made our holiday very special. Did I mention Lily? I think I am in love. Thank you Lily. If I go back to Phuket I am staying here.
