“Owner Cares like no others” During the years I've Rented Condo's adjacent to this one, and was a bit surprised that I was emailed to directly contact owner for anything, as other times I would contact an Office that cares for a hand full of rentals in the area and not available after hours. as I walked in I took Pics of a dented Refrigerator door, missing foot pedal to trash can and other minor wear and tear feeling unsecured of what I was getting into. Turns out Temp Ac Control went out making home feel warm for a few hours, I gave time to see if it kicked back in, then called Mattye feeling a bit uncomfortable, but she was apologetic and easy to talk to and assured it will be dealt with the next day and I could tell she was a dedicated to service to her Guest. This is hard to find, a dedicated owner to your Vacation needs, as thoughtful as leaving coupons and attraction Brochures in a basket for us guest and going beyond like including her Netflix for our kids to enjoy, and leaving me a gift for what she thought was an inconvenience, even thought I was not to worried about AC Control anymore after it kicked in. For owners like these to move from Austin to Corpus, and throwing extras shows the thoughtfulness they have for their guest and you should not worry about them doing you wrong. Thx. Mattye and Husband I hope we cleaned up well after ourselves. lol

“Highly recommend” Great location to the beach. Nice complex and pool. The house was immaculate, stocked well, and the owner was very helpful. Will book again and recommend to my family and friends. This was our first time on flipkey and it was a great experience.

“Great spur of the moment vacation” Oh this was an awesome vacation the room, view ,and amenities were out of this world! The beds were cozy the tub was super huge like a Jacuzzi the view was amazing. The decorating was cute it matched the scenery we LOVED IT. We will be back again and yes I'm referring everyone.

“Great Location and Condo” Great Condo and Location I can't say enough great things about this location and condo, we arrived on Monday and by that afternoon my husband was already wanting to set a date for a return trip. We decided to try to return for the week after Christmas since he's a teacher and the kids will be out of school. This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water. The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. “Mini vacation 2017” The location is great.We will definitely go back.Close to everything walking distance.Everything was clean all appliances came in handy especially having a washer and dryer was a plus.Only one problem mosquitoes in the morning due to grass not cut but besides that it was a great stay!

“Rest and Relaxation” My family and I enjoyed our recent stay. The location was great and would definitely recommend this to our friends. The only negative comment is that the decor could use some updating but otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

“Living in Port A” This was a very nice condo & decorated with some very tropical decorations! My kids loved their room and were very happy to have their own TV with some of their favorite shows. I was home away from home. The only suggestion I have would be to replace the cushions on the living area couch. They were flattened out and stained. We also didn't have a good connection for our cell phones and wi-fi was not available. Other than those 3 things, everything was great. This place was very cozy and the private pool around the corner was great versus the crowded main pool. Would pick this condo again!

“#30 is the place!” Stayed in #30 which is upstairs. Loved the Beach view. The big blue house directly in front of the balcony didn't actually detract from the view at all. This unit has an overhang above the roof, so our balcony was shaded. Big plus when it was time to each lunch on the balcony! Master had a queen size bed up with one side up against a wall and double with access on both sides of the bed so my wife and I slept separately, but it definitely worked. Queen mattress was too soft for me anyway. I'm pretty picky, but this made my list as a potential repeat property.

“Beautiful Condo” Met my family in Port A and stayed at this Unit at Sea Isle Village. Nice view from the balcony and short walk to the beach. The outside of property is a little older, but the inside is amazing and very nicely decorated. We only vacation during the week to avoid weekend crowds and had no noise problems. Quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. Will definitely be back.

“Fisherman House” Nice roomy place, quite residential neighborhood on bay side, lots of parking for your boat, good a/c and hot water. Only negative is that the house is two levels with odd size steps between bedroom and the bath and kitchen, stubbed my toe more than once. Definitely would stay there again.
