“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “What a great, relaxing and fun time!” We had the best time, the view was great and the cabin was spectacular. We never met a stranger in Derby, everyone was so friendly and down home--our kind of people. “Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. We referenced his helpful tips and recommendations throughout the trip and it really enhanced our vacation experience. We would definitely stay here again.

“Terrific ocean view, block from beach, close to 5th Ave, spacious, quiet.” We are already planning to reserve this very spacious condo for next year. What we loved most was the combination of space, proximity to the ocean and also the famous 5th Avenue, and spectacular ocean view. We like to eat our meals out, but the kitchen with a separate island that included the stove and hood looked like it would be a fun place to cook. Sitting around the "seat six" square dining room table with a few friends we reconnected with this year, was the perfect evening setting for indoor conversation and an order-in meal. The living room was perfect with very comfortable sofa and loveseatt, nice big screen TV, Internet. And right there are sliding glass doors that open to a large patio with a large table and chairs. Two bedrooms have king beds and are very comfortable, which is very important for good rest. We both were happy about the quiet at night, which we commented on throughout the week. There were plenty of extra towels and sheets, and beach towels. We especially liked the two beach chairs with easy carrying straps and were very comfortable. We are taking two friends along next year and hoping there might be two more chairs there! Also welcome was a beach umbrella. For us to use. Rooftop view was a highlight for morning sunrises. The spanse of the view of the ocean was a very welcome surprise. It is the perfect place for friends to gather because it has a long bar with a sink to accommodate food and drinks. There was a round table that seats four, as well as as a cushioned bench that would easily seat 6 to 8 more. A nice surprise was a bathroom there, as well as a hot tub, and shower. Washer and dryer appear to be new and nice size. We used them and they worked fine. Entry to the building and our room was easy with push button entry. The building was well protected with guards that were friendly and helpful. When we needed help with operating the air conditioner and TV, help arrived promptly, and they were very courteous. Can't wait for next year in Mamitas 305A in beautiful Playa del Carmen. What we liked least was that we had to go back home after our 10 day stay to very cold temperatures and snow on the way!

“Great property and location!” My husband and I just got back from a 1 week stay at this fabulous property. The owners of this unit are fantastic to work with - very responsive to any concerns you have. Dayna, their contact person, made the transaction and check in/out process seamless. When we travel, we love staying in condo units with hotel-like amenities. There are 2 major grocery stores close by (Walmart and Mega) within walking distance on the days you want to cook. On the days you want to eat out, you are within 5-10 minutes walking distance to great restaurants and shops along 5th Avenue. Although you don’t need a car (since everything is within walking distance), we did rent a car since we used Playa del Carmen as a base to explore other areas such as Akumal, Tulum, Isla Mujeres, etc., so it was great that the Sabbia property had a secure underground parking garage. The amenities were great. The property has a great pool with 2 hot tubs and plenty of lounge chairs. We never had a problem finding seating. The condo provides plenty of pool/beach towels to use throughout your stay. There is a gym and business center, but we did not use those facilities. There is always someone at the front desk as you walk in/out- very secure and safe. I loved the location of the building. It’s just a few blocks from 5th Avenue (where all the shops and restaurants are), so you can easily walk to any place. The beach is just beyond 5th Avenue with gorgeous white sand and calm turquoise waters. There are plenty of beach clubs that you can walk up to rent a couple of chairs and umbrella for the day. Depending on the beach club, a lot of times if you order drinks, the lounge chairs and umbrella are complimentary. In summary, we loved our stay and will be back again!
