“Owner Cares like no others” During the years I've Rented Condo's adjacent to this one, and was a bit surprised that I was emailed to directly contact owner for anything, as other times I would contact an Office that cares for a hand full of rentals in the area and not available after hours. as I walked in I took Pics of a dented Refrigerator door, missing foot pedal to trash can and other minor wear and tear feeling unsecured of what I was getting into. Turns out Temp Ac Control went out making home feel warm for a few hours, I gave time to see if it kicked back in, then called Mattye feeling a bit uncomfortable, but she was apologetic and easy to talk to and assured it will be dealt with the next day and I could tell she was a dedicated to service to her Guest. This is hard to find, a dedicated owner to your Vacation needs, as thoughtful as leaving coupons and attraction Brochures in a basket for us guest and going beyond like including her Netflix for our kids to enjoy, and leaving me a gift for what she thought was an inconvenience, even thought I was not to worried about AC Control anymore after it kicked in. For owners like these to move from Austin to Corpus, and throwing extras shows the thoughtfulness they have for their guest and you should not worry about them doing you wrong. Thx. Mattye and Husband I hope we cleaned up well after ourselves. lol

“Relaxing place to call "home" and perfect location!” Leah and Roland were awesome! The home was stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal, and had a great deck to relax after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were so comfortable too! I loved the decor and the location. My family of 4 enjoyed the Rockport Beach and local restaurants nearby. We will be back soon!

“Highly recommend” Great location to the beach. Nice complex and pool. The house was immaculate, stocked well, and the owner was very helpful. Will book again and recommend to my family and friends. This was our first time on flipkey and it was a great experience.

“Great Location and Condo” Great Condo and Location I can't say enough great things about this location and condo, we arrived on Monday and by that afternoon my husband was already wanting to set a date for a return trip. We decided to try to return for the week after Christmas since he's a teacher and the kids will be out of school. This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water. The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. “Great spur of the moment vacation” Oh this was an awesome vacation the room, view ,and amenities were out of this world! The beds were cozy the tub was super huge like a Jacuzzi the view was amazing. The decorating was cute it matched the scenery we LOVED IT. We will be back again and yes I'm referring everyone.

“Mini vacation 2017” The location is great.We will definitely go back.Close to everything walking distance.Everything was clean all appliances came in handy especially having a washer and dryer was a plus.Only one problem mosquitoes in the morning due to grass not cut but besides that it was a great stay!
