“Mrs. Mary Jo Gallagher” We enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms upstairs being accessible only from an outside stair case was a little inconvenient. We loved walking the neighborhood with our dog. What a pretty setting. Thanks for allowing or dog in your home. She loved the fenced in area.

“Family Vacation at Barefoot Dreams” The house was cool, the beds were comfortable and clean. We had four couples and 2 small grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space yet all gather in the family room. Location was great as we could walk to kids to the beach.

“Lounging by the Beach” Get ready to put your feet up! This house is as close you can get to the beach without getting your feet sandy. Sitting and watching the waves come in at any hour of the day or night was wonderful. Our whole family of all ages had a great time, however, limit your guest number as bunk beds are not available for children. All in all though, closeness to the beach well made up for the limited space.

“We'll be back!” Wonderful condo for our family of 6. The cleanest and most relaxing beach front rental we've had in years, including our regular favorites at Sandpiper next door. “Location not enough” LC6 has one of the better locations in Lost Colony, but that is all it has going for it. Both the interior and exterior had extreme wear, paint peeling and visible mold in the bathroom, and a section of siding pulled up with insulation exposed on the exeterior. We had a minor issue with the dvd player and coffee pot not working, but PAE quickly and professionally provided working replacements. While I would not recommend Lc6, I would recommend them to friends and intend to visit Lost Colony again via PAE.
