“Luxurious, Opulent, Well-maintained--110% satisfied (would go back tmw)” Read all the previous reviews for details--- they are all absolutely accurate. There is even purified water brought in the house and kept in a separate tank for drinking and cooking. Having access to the Reef Hotel and the gym & beach was phenomenal. We played Volleyball everyday at 4pm, then took a quick dip in the ocean. The evenings were spent strolling to town to discover a new restaurant OR simply cooking up something ourselves in the gourmet kitchen at home. The management company and the property owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We ordered the van transfer from Cancun airport (so worth it since as soon as we touched down-- the stress-free vacation began.) You could also take a luxury bus to the center of PDC and then cab over to the Reef Hotel (across the street) -- no worries. We had Maria stock some Coronas and Papaya and other items so the house was ready upon arrival (for a nominal fee). I like to give balanced reviews and have been racking my brain to come up with something at Casa Susana that needs improvement. The only thing I could say is that the Wifi got really slow when 5 people were using it -- no big deal -- get off the internet and get to the beach! You're on vacation! The property is also very safe in Playacar Phase 2 -- a 5 min/$5 cab ride into town. The cabs are constantly available and right on the corner. “so awesome!” this was the best family holiday i think i ever had. there were 21 of us and we were well fed, relaxed but with plenty of things to do to keep everyone occupied or not, depending on who wanted to do what. the service was so helpful. they desired to please us at all times. i can't rate the place and experience higher for a fabulous time.

“Absolutely Perfect” Our Experience in this home was magnificent!! The home is beautiful both inside and out the pictures does not do this house justice!! It was fully equipped with everything you can imagine and more. The owner Julie Southern is terrific, she was always available and answered any questions. “Amazing family vacation! Sunset Point paradise” Wow! Where do we start? We just enjoyed an amazing week at sunset point villa. It is a piece of paradise and a slice of heaven. We loved it so much. The villa is beautiful. While the pictures and description are nice, they can't do full justice to the experience. Our stay was nothing short of superior. Prior to our arrival Bob was very attentive, always answering email questions quickly. The service was wonderful too. We were welcomed by Julian and he gave us a great introduction to the villa as well as the island and all it has to offer. We loved all the added touches! The villa has so much available for a family vacation. It was the perfect set up for our family. We have four children ages 15,13,12 and 10 and they all loved it! The pool toys and raft are great and were put to immediate use. The extra touches upon arrival made out hearts warm and made us feel so welcome. We rented kayaks and stand up paddle boards and we enjoyed using them right off the dock. We also chartered a boat and enjoyed a day of exploring and wake boarding with Nautique sports. Sam and Jake were awesome and the kids loved the adventure. The location of the villa is great too. Taylor Bay beach is so beautiful and we loved swimming over to play on the beach. The sand is so pristine. Another bonus were the two nice tennis courts. We had many family matches on those courts. We hope to have the chance to return to the amazing Sunset Point Villa.

“Fantastic!” This villa was a great place to stay! Close to Disney parks! You do need a car to get around but everything you need is within a short driving distance. It was awesome! The home itself was clean and well maintained. It was great having a private pool to come back to after we went to the park. We would stay again!

“Being in Paradise” The Villa was more than I could have Dreamed!! My friends and I decided to take a trip and then experience was breathe taking. The staff made us feel like Kings and Queens and it was AMAZING. I highly recommend if travel with a large group!

“Perfect vacation in St Thomas” Spent end of January, beginning of February at Laverne's place in Pavilions and Pools. Everything was perfect. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was great having your own pool just outside the door. The property was quiet and peaceful and We really enjoyed our stay here. The girls at the front desk, the maintenance people, everyone at the facility were extremely friendly and very responsive to any of our requests. Vicars, the on site restaurant was excellent. If you go there, order the steamed mussels appetizer. It was fabulous. Every morning there are bagels, muffins, cereal, juice and coffee if you don't feel like making your own breakfast. We also used the grill to cook a few steaks during our stay. The only slight drawback was the walk to the beach, it was approximately 5 minutes long, but seemed worse if you are carrying beach chairs, towels, etc. However, once you get to the beach the walk was worth it. Sapphire Beach is a really nice beach, with changing and rest room facilities and a vendor (Banana Bar) that serves sandwiches, drinks etc. From the beach it's a short walk to the Marina where you can see the Tarpon & Barracudas swimming in the clear waters. Red hook was a great area for restaurants or a trip to St Johns and it's only a few minutes away. We did not have a car and didn't need one. The Safari taxis stop right in front of the hotel, and regular taxis are not that expensive and easy to find. Don't miss the fiddle player at Latitude 18 on the other side of the Red Hook Harbor.

“Perfect Cape Vacation Experience” This was a waterfront property with marsh across the street, on a quiet private beach. The photos are very true to life, and the house was well equipped with pots and pans, cups, even bug spray. There were great views from the house, and it was truly relaxing to see and hear the waves from anywhere on the property. The rental company was excellent - key was ready for us, linens and chairs waiting on the porch when we arrived. Very close to 6a - grocery, restaurants, ice cream :) - but also remote location without any public traffic in the neighborhood. I could not have asked for a better house or location for our Cape vacation - we will be returning next year!
