“Everything we wanted on our vacation!” We have stayed in many motels and rentals in the Mayan Riviera over the past 16 years. Casa de los Viajeros is now at the top of our list. We stayed in the one bedroom suite, it was absolutely beautiful, sunny, quiet, clean and nice lite breezes. Located 1 1/2 blocks from the nicest beach and best snorkeling in the area. A short stroll (3 blocks) puts you in the town square with plenty to see and fabulous restaurants. Rob and Jonne are very friendly and can suggest things to do, see or places to dine. “Luxurious, Opulent, Well-maintained--110% satisfied (would go back tmw)” Read all the previous reviews for details--- they are all absolutely accurate. There is even purified water brought in the house and kept in a separate tank for drinking and cooking. Having access to the Reef Hotel and the gym & beach was phenomenal. We played Volleyball everyday at 4pm, then took a quick dip in the ocean. The evenings were spent strolling to town to discover a new restaurant OR simply cooking up something ourselves in the gourmet kitchen at home. The management company and the property owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We ordered the van transfer from Cancun airport (so worth it since as soon as we touched down-- the stress-free vacation began.) You could also take a luxury bus to the center of PDC and then cab over to the Reef Hotel (across the street) -- no worries. We had Maria stock some Coronas and Papaya and other items so the house was ready upon arrival (for a nominal fee). I like to give balanced reviews and have been racking my brain to come up with something at Casa Susana that needs improvement. The only thing I could say is that the Wifi got really slow when 5 people were using it -- no big deal -- get off the internet and get to the beach! You're on vacation! The property is also very safe in Playacar Phase 2 -- a 5 min/$5 cab ride into town. The cabs are constantly available and right on the corner. “Fantastic!” My wife and I stayed three nights in unit 216. The service (from the maids to the front desk attendents)at this condo was exceptional. I think 216 is one of the best units this place has to offer. Each night we would sit on our private balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool and talk about how we never want to leave. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. The location cannot be beat. The beach is a one block walk and Fifth avenue with its countless restaurants and local shops is one block in the other direction. This is truly a great place to spend a vacation. My wife and I are already planning a return trip!

“so awesome!” this was the best family holiday i think i ever had. there were 21 of us and we were well fed, relaxed but with plenty of things to do to keep everyone occupied or not, depending on who wanted to do what. the service was so helpful. they desired to please us at all times. i can't rate the place and experience higher for a fabulous time.

“Perfect in every way!” We stayed here for a week and it couldn't have been better. The place is perfectly located - close enough to everything that you can walk to things, and far enough away to keep things quiet and remote-feeling. Rooftop patio is amazing, and the art work throughout the house makes everything feel special. The hosts go out of their way to fill the place with special touches. I would stay here again for sure.

“Excellent Condo!” The place is wonderful, if you are looking for a place in playa del carmen, this is the place. Everything is just around the corner ... few steps from the beach, 5th street, 10 minutes from cozumel ferry, parking lots (if you are driving), etc etc .... The apartment is spacious, clean, beds very comfortable, very nice kitchen, etc ... the wifi is good. it is an excellent place to stay. Me and my family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

“Awesome experience” We had a wonderful time at the condo. The service and the staff there is excellent and the condo is very luxurious. We enjoyed every moment and took advantage to take a dip in the ocean every morning. It's so great, that the beach is only steps away. “Playa Paradise” We spent three weeks in this beautiful, spacious unit, in a perfect location. It is right on the beach, next to Wicky's Beach Club, which has very afordable lunches. We like being on the ground floor because there's usually more outdoor space and it's usually easier to get to the pool and beach. This was truly the case here. The unit had a huge patio and an extra patio one step up from the normal sized one with an abundance of patio furniture - then, only down a few steps to the pool. The kitchen was large and mostly well-stocked, with purified water delivered at checkin and throughout our stay. The furnishings were comfortable and attractive. There was an extra den-like room at the entrance, for extra sleeping or quiet time, if needed. Both baths were good sized, one with a washer/dryer combo. Daily maid service was provived by very friendly staff. There isn't much to improve on in this unit. We did have problems with the phone and internet connection, but we were in Mexico and it did take Telmex a week to get to us. I would only add a few things - a few more pans for cooking, and one more chair in the living room. There was one couch and one chair in the living room of the two bedroom unit which slept 6. Also, which we found strange, there was a curtain which could cover the patio door but nothing to cover the side windows in the living room, kitchen and den, which overlooked a walkway to the pool. There were shades which you could use during the day, but you could see through them at night. We ended up using towels to cover the windows at night. We did have ants in the kitchen, on the counters - possibly because there are plants and lots of dirt next to the kitchen wall. Lots of mosquitos and no-see-ums when we were there.

“Can't wait to go back!” The house was gorgeous! We went with 2 other couples and 2 teenagers - it was perfect for our group. We loved the decks on different levels - our group was able to spread out nicely in the house. The pictures of the inside of the house don't do it justice - the furnishings were very nice and the house is well stocked with games, beach bags and a cooler. And the beds were very comfy! We also loved how one of the bathrooms had a door to the outside so you didn't bring in a bunch of sand every time you used the bathroom The house was easy to book and the owners were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions pre-trip The beach is lovely. We had a great time beach combing and watching the pelicans. Maria and Bernadino were great. We had them cook dinner for us one night and it was amazing. They set the table for us, cleaned up and packed up leftovers. There was enough food left over for dinner the next night. We loved Tulum. We were in Mexico at the height of spring break, yet we had the beach to ourselves. The kids loved Matinee cenote and we arranged a snorkle/dive trip with the dive shop at the end of the road. 2 people in our group are divers, but the rest of the group wanted to snorkel. They were able to accommodate the entire group and we had a great time

“A Beautiful Week In Playa” We had 6 adults stay in this 3 bedroom condo. The master bedroom was gorgeous and the king-sized bed was ok. The middle bedroom had 2 queen sized beds which were comfortable. The small bedroom was very small and had a fan instead of aC. There was a small bedside table on one side and nothing on the other. We ended up setting up our luggage as a small table on the other side to put water and phone etc. The bed in the small bedroom was more comfortable than the king sized bed in the Master bedroom. The bathrooms are fine and overall the place was very clean. There were plenty of towels and the sheets were changed on the 3rd and 5th days. We did have an issue with the stove - if it is not turned off correctly, there is an odor of gas. We had to have maintenance show us the trick. The beach was gorgeous and Gabrielle was there to get us chairs and umbrellas everyday. Also, we could get beach/pool side service from Fusion and ate there a few times too. There was never an issue of not finding a chair even though a lot of the units were filled. The location of the condo is great if you have children. We happen to be 6 adults on vacation the same week that a lot of families were on vacation. Being poolside was nice but we had a lot of kids in the pool at all times. Although the property manager did make sure the kids were not overly loud and playing catch, etc. the pool seemed to always be occupied with kids. I think I would get a beachfront or maybe a roof condo if I came back with no kids. The location of the complex was perfect. We were within walking distance of 5th ave, the ferry and even Walmart.

Such artistic and natural beauty, refined elegance, comfort, spaciousness, and unbelievably gorgeous views from all vantage points! You truly have a talent for creating a well-considered totally pleasing vacation environment, both inside and out. We so easily dropped out of our hectic lives and felt nurtured, uplifted, and rejuvenated. Casa Paloma is so grand and relaxing we felt like we didn't even need to go anywhere else to enjoy a fantastic vacation! And yet the quaint little town of Sayulita and its expansive beaches were so enjoyable that we left "our nest" at least once a day to go exploring. Especially enjoyable is the convenience of being able to walk easily everywhere. What a discovery your Casa Paloma and Sayulita are! We found so many glowing reviews of your place on the Vrbo site, we just had to come...we are totally happy we did...and look forward to returning as often as we can!

“A gratifying, relaxing,enjoyable vacation.” What a great vacation spot! It exelled our expectations,gorgeous well kept grounds, very clean, modern comfy accomodations. Loved being so close to the ocean, plus the soft sand beach, which would take you either way to oceanside restaurants, they were all good. So relaxing with beautiful sunsets, falling asleep to the ocean waves.It was all there! Raoul and Laurie were very graciously helpfull when we needed anything, including letting us know when the venders were at the gate should we want any fruit, veggies or fresh baked bread and tortillas. The knowledge of being secure in this gated villa was an absolute plus for me. It doesn't get much better than this. A little taste of heaven. Highly recommend it. We will be back!!

“Great stay in Playacar” We stayed at Casa Price for a week in February 2014, and loved it. We have visited the Playa del Carmen area previously and can't beat the location in PlayaCar. Quick access to the powdery white sandy beach and the beautiful Caribbean, Casa Price has everything we needed. Great views from the open living area on the second floor, the balcony and the roof top terrace. Satellite TV, internet access and laundry were all a bonus and made our trip more enjoyable. Rosa was a terrific in every way; she cooked, cleaned and looked after all the details in the house so everything was perfect. Everything was as promised! Thanks for sharing Casa Price.
