“Luxurious, Opulent, Well-maintained--110% satisfied (would go back tmw)” Read all the previous reviews for details--- they are all absolutely accurate. There is even purified water brought in the house and kept in a separate tank for drinking and cooking. Having access to the Reef Hotel and the gym & beach was phenomenal. We played Volleyball everyday at 4pm, then took a quick dip in the ocean. The evenings were spent strolling to town to discover a new restaurant OR simply cooking up something ourselves in the gourmet kitchen at home. The management company and the property owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We ordered the van transfer from Cancun airport (so worth it since as soon as we touched down-- the stress-free vacation began.) You could also take a luxury bus to the center of PDC and then cab over to the Reef Hotel (across the street) -- no worries. We had Maria stock some Coronas and Papaya and other items so the house was ready upon arrival (for a nominal fee). I like to give balanced reviews and have been racking my brain to come up with something at Casa Susana that needs improvement. The only thing I could say is that the Wifi got really slow when 5 people were using it -- no big deal -- get off the internet and get to the beach! You're on vacation! The property is also very safe in Playacar Phase 2 -- a 5 min/$5 cab ride into town. The cabs are constantly available and right on the corner. “so awesome!” this was the best family holiday i think i ever had. there were 21 of us and we were well fed, relaxed but with plenty of things to do to keep everyone occupied or not, depending on who wanted to do what. the service was so helpful. they desired to please us at all times. i can't rate the place and experience higher for a fabulous time.

“Bilss on the Hill” We just finished a great stay at Casa Hortencias. We loved the property. The location was great, just above Old Town so we could walk to everything. Took a cab a few times later in the evening to get back home. It was easy and inexpensive The home is beautifully appointed and the service was great. Leti, our maid, was charming and took care of everything we needed. We could not believe how ´´at home´´ we felt at Casa Hortencias. So relaxing and comfortable! They really have thought of everything. Plush beach towels, comfortable sheets, dimmers on all the lights to create ambiance, stocked kitchen, wifi, you name it. Although we spent many evenings exploring the great restaurants in Puerto Vallarta, we did have a few meals at home and hired Maria one night to cook for us. It was a great experience. She served us our authentic Mexican dinner up on the terrace where we could take in the magnificent view of Vallarta and watch the sun go down. Pure Bliss. We also loved the rooftop pool area during the day and spent lots of time up there enjoying the sunshine. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

“Even better the pictures/videos portrayed.” Sanda,Steve and the staff were very helpful from start to finish. We absolutely loved the house and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. It is a beautiful Colonial home, decorated to a high standard and offers total privacy. This was our first visit to Mexico and were unsure what to expect. Merida is a fascinating, safe and friendly City and we will return soon, When we do we will return to Casablanca Living for sure. “Magia = Magical” We just returned from an amazing week staying in Sayulita at Magia. This was our first time in Sayulita and it did not disappoint. Sayulita is a laid back town with a wonderful beach but not filled with Spring Breakers and overdevelopment. The town was full of energy and offers plenty of wonderful restaurants, street vendors and bars but the best part was having the best of both worlds at our fingertips. A short trip up into the jungle hills to Magia and voila, complete peace and quiet. Magia was one of the few places we've stayed which was actually better in-person than the photos. The wonderful-yet-subtle design and features of the home, the sights, jungle sounds and that view are hard to translate in one-dimensional photos. You simply have to experience it firsthand. Picture flocks of bright green parakeets flying past you, geckos chirping and you start to get the feeling. All of the amenities were well thought-out and you have everything you need to enjoy a quiet vacation. Cameron and Miguel ensured everything we needed was provided. The open air shower in the master suite added a special bonus. The walk into town isn't terribly difficult but we ended up renting a Jeep, which allowed us to explore outlying areas. If you rent a golf cart, make sure to reserve one first. I also rode the bus into Bucerias to get the Jeep and I found the service dependable and cheap. The bus stop is just down the hill from Magia. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in a memorable experience in Sayulita.

“Little slice of paradise” Incredible food. Perfect beach. Professional, talented staff. Great house -- comfortable, classy and laid back, all at the same time. Me and a few friends rented the villa for four days in February, and we had not a single complaint. If you are looking for a low key beach vacation, away from crowds and hubbub, this is a wonderful spot to consider. I can't think of a single complaint. Oh, and the view from the SkyLounge -- exceptional.

“Can't wait to go back!” The house was gorgeous! We went with 2 other couples and 2 teenagers - it was perfect for our group. We loved the decks on different levels - our group was able to spread out nicely in the house. The pictures of the inside of the house don't do it justice - the furnishings were very nice and the house is well stocked with games, beach bags and a cooler. And the beds were very comfy! We also loved how one of the bathrooms had a door to the outside so you didn't bring in a bunch of sand every time you used the bathroom The house was easy to book and the owners were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions pre-trip The beach is lovely. We had a great time beach combing and watching the pelicans. Maria and Bernadino were great. We had them cook dinner for us one night and it was amazing. They set the table for us, cleaned up and packed up leftovers. There was enough food left over for dinner the next night. We loved Tulum. We were in Mexico at the height of spring break, yet we had the beach to ourselves. The kids loved Matinee cenote and we arranged a snorkle/dive trip with the dive shop at the end of the road. 2 people in our group are divers, but the rest of the group wanted to snorkel. They were able to accommodate the entire group and we had a great time
