“The Cottage at West 1077 = August 2013” We have stayed in Bandera almost every year since 1997 and this accomodation was by far the best we've ever experienced. A delightful, beautifully appointed cottage in the edge of the Hill Country State Natural area and just a short drive from the centre of 'The Cowboy Capital of the World'. The cottage boasts two bedrooms, a lovely bathroom, spacious lounge and even a well appointed kitchenette. The icing on the cake was the lovely porch complete with rocking chairs and table and chairs, perfect for watching the local wildlife and the sun set over the Hill Country. The owners, Mr & Mrs Kirchner, were really friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough for us. They ensured the cottage was topped up with fresh towels and made sure that our stay was as perfect as possible. All in all, we say without hesitation that we have found our Bandera 'home from home' and will visit again (and again)whenever we can. Thank you Mr & Mrs Kirchner, for letting us stay at your wonderful cottage!

“Perfect cure for Stress” My wife and I were looking for a place to unwind from the the toil of running a business. Upon our arrival, we were shown around by Todd and Laura. You could not ask for more gracious hosts. Located on a hillside with a gorgeous view, the cabin is beautiful and very comfortable. The amenities of the city are 5-10 minutes away, but you would not know it sitting on the rocking chair on the front porch. Whether you are looking to have a period of peace and quite or want to be active, hiking the nearby hillside trails, this place is ideal. We look forward to our next visit.

“Nicely Decorated” Very nice place, it's a little more money than others but worth it if you want a better ambiance. Having WiFi and cable TV is a nice touch. We enjoyed the beach and the pool which was clean. For the few gourmet meals we made all the tools were in the unit as well as some special spices which helped enhance the experience. Keyless door lock made check-in a breeze but it was a little tricky to operate. Once you get the hang of it everythings works as needed. I would stay there again.

“Lovely and well equipped condo” My daughters and I really enjoyed our recent stay in this very nice condo. It has everything you need to make you feel at home right down to a cozy blanket for snuggling to watch TV on a chilly night. The view of the ocean from the balcony is so pretty and the ability to access the beach via the boardwalk is very convenient. It is close to both Corpus Christi and Port aransas so you have all the options of a large city or a quaint seaside town within a few miles. The beach is clean and the sand is so soft and inviting. The best part of all was the ability to bring our dog since not many condos allow pets. The exterior stairs were a bit of a climb with heavy suitcases but we managed. We will definitely stay here again!

“Exceptional condo” This was the nicest condo we have stayed in. Very new and super clean! Huge rooms and living area was so spacious. Nice quiet complex with only 4 condos. Could walk to beach it is very close.

“202 Las Puertas” We really enjoyed this property. The only thing I would have seen added would be a love seat or another sofa in the living room. We were a party of seven so additional comfy seating would have been nice. Other than that, this property had a well appointed kitchen, games and books. The beds were even comfy.

“Loved my stay!” We only walked to the beach one time. We were hoping it would be closer the the beach, since it wasnt we just drove to the beach which was very easy and quik! I would definitely recommend this to a friend and I hope to return next summer
