“Excellent villa - Pool to yourself!” I and 5 friends stayed here for a week from June 1st. The villa is fantastic - I was lucky enough to get the Master Suite which is a fantastic size, had two wardrobes, an en suite, a fantastic huge bed and of course, Air Conditioning. The other rooms were also a good size with air Conditioning as well. The pool is fantastic as we found out from Daniel that only 2 of the villas in the complex are rentals so you pretty much have the pool to yourselves all day - it was because of this that we hardly went to the beach! The villa is in a fantastic location for the beach and had a convenience store and a pharmacy just outside the complex. The complex itself is literally opposite to the entrance to Secrets - The Vine hotel which can be seen from anywhere in Cancun. A short walk takes you to a mall and a fantastic Mexican Grill Would recommend this to anyone considering it. Daniel is always available on email and was very friendly at all times. He was able to recommend nearby restaurants and bars and nothing was too much trouble. He was there to meet us when we arrived at the Villa and the Security Guys based at the entrance to the complex were able to arrange taxis and also hold the keys for us when the group went to different attractions. I can't recommend this enough

“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “Peaceful, homey cabin on bay near Gulf beaches” We loved this cabin! I hung out on the wayside dock with a crane next door while watching beautiful sunsets. The Gulf beaches are close by, easy to access, and not crowded. The cabin reminds me of what Gulf Shores used to be like before all the development on the beach. This is a wonderful site for a family vacation.

“Luxury Condo - perfect location!” I stayed here for 1 week and enjoyed it so much! The location is in the heart of the hotel zone and super close to the 2 best malls available in Cancun. On top of this, the beach is more private than the other establishments along the hotel zone. My family and I mostly went to the pool everyd ay and got snacks and pina colada's at the pool bar. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and delicious. As for the actual condo - it was truly everything the seller described it as. No gimmicks or false photos here - it was the real deal and beautiful (which was such a relief)! Believe me - I can be super picky, but this place lived up to and exceeded my expectations. This is the only place I will stay at again in Cancun :)
